In a world of heavy-weight LMS and more recent LXP, the Hub provides light relief - purchased as an alternative or to bring agility to existing systems by surfacing learning content in a highly engaging and digestible way. Most important was when our customers started telling us that the Hub had become THE place that employees went to find out what was going on in their organisation. In a way that had never happened with their other intranets or communications platforms.
Customers even described the Hub as giving their employees the feeling of 'FOMO' - or fear of missing out. And this goes some way to explain the exceptional levels of engagement seen since, in our customer metrics.
