What do you like best? 5App are a joy to work with. From understanding our vision and learning strategy - willing to join and be part of our journey and not just a provider. The 5App platform is so intuitive and requires zero training. Engagement is now 92% month on month! Through partnering with 5App we have been awarded a Gold Brandon Hall award for the 'Greystar Business School' (5App platform) and have a further submission where a product we have created was pushed through the platform. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike? I don't have anything I can really say that I don't like about the platform. Any suggestions or requests are either actioned or discussed and placed on the 'future roadmap'.

The hub has totally changed how we deliver comms and content to our business.

What do you like best? With the touch of a few buttons and no huge user manuals, we can upload and create playlists to share the latest business comms, news, onboarding welcomes, policies etc to the right people at the right time. The latest features have allowed content creation to happen across every team without the need to give everyone admin access. Whether you are an admin or a learner the UX is simple and there are regularly new features which enhance and improve how we use the hub at HF.
What do you dislike? We would like more features to support group learning and have social interactions, which are in the roadmap.

5app offers an easy-to-use L&D platform and a great customer service.

What do you like best? Very friendly and approachable customer service - account manager, product manager. They make you feel like you're their one and only client, and you feel your issues and questions are their priorities.
What do you dislike? Their platform is a work-in-progress and they develop/add features almost every month. I know if something bothers me and I make suggestions to improve, I will be listened to.
