A small and medium business-friendly vendor that stands out from the competition.
What do you like best?
Activica's consulting approach was impressive. They’re organized and agile, making them an accommodating partner in the ongoing engagement. I would definitely recommend them.
What do you dislike?
They are Miami-based, and sometimes I wish they had a branch closer to me so I could visit their team face to face. But I know they are a decentralized company and no one on my team had an issue with that.

It adapts quickly in changes, be they in specs or other
What do you like best?
We are not an easy client to work with and Activica has always been receptive to our needs and addressed them quickly to meet deadlines. Their quality of work and swift adaptation to changes of requirements impressed us the most.
What do you dislike?
I can't really think of anything. Activica's depth of knowledge and ability to react quickly to our requests was a big plus.

A highly flexible, creative and organized elearning boutique.
What do you like best?
Activica is a very flexible vendor, and they find it easy to ramp up or decrease their involvement in our projects based on our needs. We value this ability very highly. They are also very creative and original.
What do you dislike?
They are a very reliable partner, sticking to timelines and helping us organize our own workload. There is nothing I don't like about them.

When it comes to affordable and engaging elearning solutions, Activica is the way to go.
What do you like best?
If you are looking to build a high-impact online training program without breaking the piggy bank, Activica is the way to go. All of the solutions they have built for us have been consistently higher quality and more competitively priced than other vendors we use.
What do you dislike?
I thought for quite a bit on what to put here and the hiccups we had in the development process were so trivial and typical of any development process that I have nothing to point out.

They are extremely creative and committed to quality. Whenever we need a solution that needs to stand out from our other elearning, they are always top of mind

Nothing to dislike so far. Activica takes pride in their work; they has been a key partner since day one.

Amazing aesthetics and usability. Great service and fair price
What do you like best?
Their courses have always received very positive feedback from our employees, especially for the amazing aesthetics and usability. They’ve successfully met our requirements and will continue to be an ongoing partner.
What do you dislike?
I have little to dislike because Activica always delivers high-quality products, which reduces the number of tickets assigned to them.

High-quality training solutions managed by a team of experts in the field
What do you like best?
Activica has provided us with high-quality training solutions for the last 5 years. They’re particularly excellent at Business Sims and gamified learning experiencies.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike. They are good listeners, always understand our goals and want to help us succeed.

They know their stuff and they simply deliver. Highly recommend . Goals have been met
What do you like best?
Activica has a profound knowledge of all things training and development and it shows. While working with them I have seen first-hand that they are always extremely communicative and guide us to a better solution than what we may have originally had in mind.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to note here, there was no issue that they left unaddressed, as before mentioned, highly recommended.

Activica is one of the most creative eLearning vendors we have used.
What do you like best?
We can always rely on Activica to deliver unique training that excites, delights and makes a behavioral impact change. They never fail to impress us with their high quality creative solutions. Javier and his team are creative geniuses.
What do you dislike?
Activica is a small business firm as compared to other known large eLearning vendors. As a result, do not expect a very strict project management schedule. Instead, they are flexible in order to meet the demands of internal reviews, etc. They deliver BIG results with a personal one-on-one interaction.

What do you like best?
Activica delivers high quality work created with excellent attention to detail. Many things are created in advance of our deadlines, with amazing quality.
What do you dislike?
Activica has yet to disappoint us. I am required to fill space for this review, and I have enjoyed working with Activica.

A top-tier custom elearning vendor. Very easy to work with.
What do you like best?
We have worked with Activica now for a period of 7 years and we are consistently impressed with their work. They are intelligent in their analysis and understand adult learning theory. They have and continue to develop creative and innovative solutions that meet our business needs. They are easy to work with, dependable, and reasonably priced. Top-tier elearning vendor.
What do you dislike?
Years ago when we started collaborating with them their project management was a little sluggish at times, but their current PMs are first-rate.

Great craftsmanship and design quality. Stuck to the timeline.
What do you like best?
Great craftsmanship and design quality. They have helped us overhaul our entire onboarding elearning courses with ease, while also meeting our (very tough) timelines.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything about working with Activica. They outperformed our expectations for this project.

What do you like best?
Working with Activica is always a great experience. The company has very well seasoned professionals that excel at what they do and are always willing to listen to the client and provide guidance and insight. Real pros.
What do you dislike?
Nothing big enough to justify a negative comment on this site. There are always hiccups on any project, but they navigate them well.

Qualified and professional e-Learning partnerships
What do you like best?
I have worked with Activica for e-Learning services for years and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Their staff and leadership are customer focused and always available to assist and provide consultation. I highly recommend Activica and look forward to continued partnership with them in the future.
What do you dislike?
Nothing noteworthy as our experience was positive from start to finish. We will reengage for future needs.

We have worked closely together on a leadership development game for the past two years.
What do you like best?
It has always been a consultative and open dialogue of how the game has evolved, the expert advice, guidance and collaboration has the been the highlight of the experience so far. Activica are not afraid to take risks, test the market and work closely with client needs. They have always translated the technical knowledge in to simple, easy to understand components and allowed us to develop our own understanding of the game learn industry, I am very grateful for their support and guidance.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, deadlines were slightly overdue as a result of script writing and game ideation, these were few and far between.

From the beginning was really easy get on well with the Activica Team, they understand our needs and translate it to a proposal. The interface was amazing, the user experience also better.

I liked everything. The customer service, the attention to details, etc. Activica is more than a vendor. It was like they were part of our team and we were able to create some great interactive experiences for our customers.

What do you like best?
The team at Activica is always highly responsive and supportive in realizing the vision of our videos, modules, and assets. They are professional, organized and knowledgeable. We have collaborated on many projects with this fantastic team and we love the work they have done for us.
What do you dislike?
Activica always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our projects, I can't think of anything that I would change.

Activica always creates high-end custom courses for us on time and on budget.
What do you like best?
The key factor I love working with Activica is their personnel. From the Project Manager, Jackie, to the Instructional Designer Michael, all programmers and designers… everyone who worked with us and participated in the project was lovely to work with and very knowledgeable in their respective fields.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! It has been close a year of working with Activica and I have nothing to complain about it...

What do you like best?
The team at Activica consistently produces highly creative and visually stunning e-learning courses for us. Working with them is a wonderful experience - they are responsive, available, and always strive to exceed our expectations.
What do you dislike?
Some slight delays in one or two deliveries, but with little to no impact to the general timeline.

5+ years building Storyline elearning modules and organizing video content
What do you like best?
Activica has brought to our projects consistently high-quality work, great rapport/communication and responsiveness, top-level tech knowledge, ability to advise and consult, and strong collaboration and partnership. A trusted vendor.
What do you dislike?
Nothing negative to say about Activica as a vendor. They are not the least expensive vendor, but their bids have been reasonable and commensurate with their consistent, top-notch quality and reliability.

They create beautiful and high quality e-learning courses
What do you like best?
Their visual design. Sure, project management and instructional design are both of good quality, but on par with various other vendors we regularly use. However, it’s their visual designers and graphic artists that steal the show for me, especially on the latest Compliance and Safety training modules they built for us. It’s always the visual design of their work that exceeds our expectations.
What do you dislike?
So far, there ´s nothing we dislike nor improvement opportunities detected. We are currently in our 2nd year of partnering with them.

Activica are passionate about making our elearnings engaging and fun.
What do you like best?
Their passion for making every project we work on fun and engaging for our employees. We’ve done some games and courses with them, and they always make sure the story and narrative aspects of the learning hit the mark, not just the learning itself. Everything else is downhill from there.
What do you dislike?
Their bug tracking database. It’s a bit of a pain to use… and we prefer Trello for that anyway, which they were happy to use.

Highly original screen design and effective instructional design that reinforces learning via feedback in scenarios and game-style experiences
What do you dislike?
I don’t have any specific complaints. But note that I’m referring to a project delivered in 2014 at a company I no longer work for.

Easy to work with, creative, on time and on budget.
What do you like best?
I chose Activica because their animation work is fantastic and their game based learning solutions extraordinary. Javier and his team are super attentive to my project and very easy to work with. Projects are completed on time and within the estimated cost. I would highly recommend them.
What do you dislike?
To be perfectly honest, I did not really encounter any low points or negative aspects of working with them.
