BOB has taken our digital learning to the next level!
What do you like best?
Our Blue Ocean Brain experience has been outstanding. From the initial design and launch to our ongoing support. The BOB team has been wonderful at addressing our concerns and delivering engaging and exciting content to our team members.
What do you dislike?
My only complaint is that we didn't find Blue Ocean Brain sooner. Their content is constantly evolving and they incorporate our suggestions into future learning topics.

Blue Ocean Brain customized a micro-learning platform for all of our Commercial Leaders.
What do you like best?
Besides the micro-learning platform and the new content provided daily, I love the fact that Blue Ocean Brain is very willing to customize the content to include material from our company and its employees. We have a leadership article written by company employees that is published every two weeks and a podcast that highlights our best and brightest leaders sharing their insights. I cannot remember our Blue Ocean Brain account managers ever saying no to a single request!
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I can think of. We have even asked that any articles focused on diversity and inclusion be sent to us two weeks in advance so our HR colleagues can approve them, and B.O.B. has complied every time. Amazing!

What do you like best?
I enjoy the openness and creativity in our conversations. We freely exchange ideas and suggestions with the same goal in mind - that is to ensure that we provide the most value to those using this service! I appreciate that BOB is open to new ways of bringing their terrific product to those who can use the development. Our conversations spark innovation on all sides.
What do you dislike?
One challenge is making sure that BOB's micro-learning is affordable for smaller size organizations. While a valuable add on to the leadership development work we do, not all organization's can afford customization.

Opportunity for new learning for our business everyday.
What do you like best?
Personal development and the permission to learn and be better. I get the opportunity to challenge and validate my thinking an a daily basis. Peer to Peer conversations and learning enables positive business application. I enjoy the games more than I expected. We have good engagement and people investing in their development.
What do you dislike?
Personally nothing. It is a great learning and development tool. As a business Manager, I need to find a way to engage more in this style and approach to learning.
