What do you like best?
Customer service. The project lead that handled our project was knowledgeable, creative and reliable. They not only delivered on our objectives but they added to the process so the end product was better than we imagined.
What do you dislike?
While the ongoing costs of the LMS are very competitive there was a cost to our customisation, though you get what you pay for so not really an issue.
