We had been facing a great challenge of corporate training for an 800+ workforce. Then we opted for ELM, which developed strategic and tailored learning experiences that captured learners' attention and provided information in a thoughtful manner, resulting in a happier and more productive workforce for us. They took into consideration the specific needs of our business and utilized the neurolearning methodology to incorporate various forms of media for optimum knowledge.
What do you dislike?
No cons so far. They are a specialized learning agency that uses state-of-the art technology, both online and in person, to train people for bigger organizations. Highly recommended!

The professionals are ELM are a pleasure to work with and felt more like teammates and partners than service providers.
What do you dislike?
On our end, there was a learning curve in following their processes but now that we have been through one major product, we are confident that the next project will run even more smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best?
ELM had done their homework to understand the content of the training, the audience it was for, and the learning objectives. They met our very high expectations in terms of quality of assets, meeting our aggressive deadlines, and being very easy to work with.
What do you dislike?
There were quite a few people to liase with in the beginning, but quickly, the communications became streamlined. That said, I am hard pressed to think of anything negative about our partnership. I would work with them again.
