An all-around great development company to work with
What do you like best?
All of the people we have worked with at Folio3 are very nice. They listen to our needs and do the best they can to meet out requirements. They are responsive to changes, and they were especially responsive when our system went down. The work so far has been quality and they do their best to be available for some portion of our working hours, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike?
Some questions/requests get lost in the communication or there is simply a misunderstanding which goes un-clarified and leads to wasted hours of work. I'd like to see them take more initiative to consider use cases and recommend to us problems they foresee with an update, rather than us finding them after the fact and having to revert a release or make additional changes based on this new information.

Our alliance with Folio3 for developing robust e-learning platform worked great.
What do you like best?
Our focal person at Folio3 was competent and very responsive on emails as well as on phone. We got to learn from his expertise during the deployment of Moodle LMS for our social development project focused on skill building of under-privileged youth. The Folio3 team of software engineers provided support and facilitated the process as and when required, and assisted us in resolving the observed glitches in our e-learning platform.
What do you dislike?
We could have benefited more with some guidance in terms of content structuring and/or improving user interface/experience.
