Always a pleasure to work with and always deliver great eLearning
What do you like best?
Lumious has been my go-to for eLearning projects for almost 6 years. Their quality of work, flexibility, and value are what keep me coming back. My favorite thing about working with them is their people (so kind and positive) and their project dashboard! They never missed a deadline, the visibility/transparency into the work was a luxury, and they are overall phenomenal communicators throughout the entire project, every time.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to add here! They have a deep bench of instructional designers and developers who are more than willing to bring new ideas to the table and try new things, while still working within the scope and requirements of a project.

Critical Thinking and Sales Training module development
What do you like best?
Account management and content development teams are second to none as they over communicate. They ensure the projects are on-track and on-budget to deliver at or above the level of expectation by me and my staff.
What do you dislike?
They force me to always be on top of my game! There are times where they keep up with the projects better than I do...

What do you like best?
The Lumious team is amazing to work with due to their collaboration, partnership, and flexibility. All of this starts with the team which are all fantastic. They deliver high value learning solutions in a moment's notice, which is necessary in the ever-evolving business landscape.
What do you dislike?
I have worked many projects with the Lumious team over the last few years, and I genuinely do not have negative feedback. They honor their commitments, flex when needed, and provide great value for their products.

What do you like best?
Lumious knows our business. Lumious employees are always skilled and knowledgeable. I've worked with them on projects for diverse lines of business including sales, management, network technology, and field services, and they always come prepared, and know their material inside and out. The Lumious team is always quick to respond to ever-changing scope, priorities, and requests.
What do you dislike?
When people from my company mis-pronounce "Lumious". Any potential risks, or unforeseen surprises that arise on our shared work have always been quickly dealt with, and resolved together, so I have nothing to add here.

Lumious focuses on ensuring their clients are satisfied with their support, deliverables, and strategy. Their people, processes, and quality set them apart. They also lean heavily on after project satisfaction.
What do you dislike?
I don't have anything that we dislike with this relationship - the people are top notch and differentiators in the client experience. We have had experience with Casie, Sabrina, Amanda, Jennie, Veronica and others that have invested significant time to understand our company needs/challenges and to partner with us on outcomes - GREAT GROUP!
