MicroGenesis Learning (Mgen Learn) was founded in 2017 with a vision to re-define the way corporate professionals learn. We at Mgen Learn strongly believe in the learning philosophy of Mastery Learning (ML). ML proposes that every learner can master the learning objective given time and variation in instruction. Being successfully experimented in the classrooms we (founders) use to teach, we strongly follow lesson planning template and backward plan all our learning materials.
We (founders) are passionate teachers, got degrees in Psychology and have been a part of top firms before starting MicroGenesis Learning. We love creating learning materials by using innovative learning techniques and theories.
