What do you like best?
We had a hard deadline tied to our annual conference and a content scope that seemed ambitious for the time available. Ninja Tropic was straightforward about what was achievable and what trade-offs we would need to make. We launched on time with a product that met our quality standards. That is a result we had not achieved with previous vendors.
What do you dislike?
Time taken to get on-boarded could have being shorter, since we were able to provide all details ahead of the project.
Video training production that makes complex policy accessible

What do you like best?
We needed to translate dense regulatory policy into training that practicing professionals could actually absorb. The video training production Ninja Tropic delivered used scenario-based formats that put the policy in context. Pass rates on our annual policy assessment went up 28 percent.
What do you dislike?
The Ninja tropic team did really well but having a shorter on-boarding time will be great especially if we have to work on tight schedules
Built for continuing education requirements, not just content delivery

What do you like best?
CE programs have specific structural requirements around learning objectives, assessment design, and credit documentation. Ninja Tropic understood those requirements going in and built the custom eLearning around them. We did not have to go back and retrofit the content to meet accreditation standards.
What do you dislike?
They were were amazing and met what we desired, so we did not find any fault or problems when we worked with them.
Micro-learning solutions for safety professionals who are time-constrained.

What do you like best?
Safety professionals spend most of their time on the floor, not at a desk. Micro-learning solutions that work on mobile and fit into short windows have transformed how our members engage with professional development. Ninja Tropic built the content with that constraint as the starting point, not a secondary consideration.
What do you dislike?
The time it took us to onboard was a bit laggy at first but it was eventually worth the wait.
Continuing professional education compliance tracking is a significant administrative burden.

What do you like best?
Since we launched the microlearning solutions Ninja Tropic built, completion rates have improved enough that our compliance follow-up workload has dropped considerably. The content quality is the reason people complete it without being chased.
What do you dislike?
we did not experience any hiccups in our working operations with them. So I don't have what we liked lease about them.
A Creative Course outreach for Students of all IQ levels

What do you like best?
The Systemic arrangement of the course outline to reach every student making the explanations look personal to every student is an approach that should be encouraged in the eLearning sphere.
What do you dislike?
The project was a great success and we have nothing against the ninja tropic team, the results were just nothing short of amazing.

The visual approach added by the ninja tropic team brought a long lost passion for our STEM courses great way to get to the students.
What do you dislike?
The team were not perfect but hit every pain factor that we wanted to deal with, which we found very helpful.
