They’re organized in terms of process. Andrea made our lives easy for a relatively difficult projecT
What do you like best?
They are very fast and efficient. They also had a great process to show our SMEs which simplified everything. What i appreciate is the fact that they took the time to learn our goals. We needed content that was engaging and effective for our sales staff and they got it!
What do you dislike?
They are very strict and direct on timing (in a polite way) Sometimes we felt the pressure from them to hit our deadlines but I guess we needed that lol

What do you like best?
How passionate they are about making learning fun. Every one has a different of style when it comes to learning.
What do you dislike?
Cant say there was anything. From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with their work.

Intentional and relevant guidance on creating a product that best highlighted my business.
What do you like best?
Responsive service with professionalism and expertise. Steps to create product were efficient and helped create my desired goal.
What do you dislike?
My experience was positive and the representative who was my point of contact used her expertise to guide me in a way where I felt heard and my end goal was achieved.

Efficient and cost effective work from an outstanding team.
What do you like best?
Communication and value. The team was world class in understanding exactly what our needs were, ensuring our projects were completed on time and with minimal errors.
What do you dislike?
They will be very on top on things making sure deadlines are met, which isn't a bad thing, but I could see some people being off put by it.

We've worked with Ninja Tropic on several video and on-demand training projects.
What do you like best?
The culture of the company is very professional, across the board. From project management through production, they have command of the tools, workflows and development processes to ensure we not only stay on track, but deliver the best product possible. We've worked on projects directly with senior managers of the company, and we've worked on projects with only staff-level project managers, and I haven't seen any deficit in their ability to deliver high quality video and training programs.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints working with Ninja Tropic to date. I'd estimate we've produced roughly 70 videos, roughly a dozen training courses overall. They've helped us refine scripts, find voice talent, create animations to illustrate difficult concepts--I can't really point an area where we've had any complaints.

What do you like best?
Easy to schedule meetings, great feedback, and excellent insight. Elearning tech made the collaboration smooth and easy.
What do you dislike?
I would like the ability or option to meet face to face, however given the time and geographic barrier this has been difficult.

Ninja Tropic provided high-quality production on a virtual event with multiple video components.
What do you like best?
The team we worked with was professional, responsive, organized, and supportive. They worked on a tight timeline, including making last-minute edits. The quality of their work was top-notch. The communication during the editing process was seamless and organized. We always knew the status of the project and received the deliverables by the expected deadline. They also provided unique assets that we will continue to incorporate in our materials going forward.
What do you dislike?
We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and are looking forward to our future collaborations. They are an excellent partner and anyone looking to use their services will not be disappointed.

The Ninja Tropic team was easy to work with and produced a project that exceeded expectations.
What do you like best?
What I liked most about Ninja Tropic was the ease of the process and the measures they took to make sure I was confident in the team. They made sure to explain everything step by step, continuously updated me and always made sure that my input was never ignored. The end result was not only high quality but was full of creativity that was able to teach and engage.
What do you dislike?
Honesty I was very happy about my experience with Ninja Tropic but if I had to focus on something, it would be some of the technical language went over my head and sometimes I did not quite know what was being talked about. With that being said, I never stopped or asked for clarification. If I were to ask, I’m sure they would have taken the time.

They TAUGHT me how to communicate better through video.
What do you like best?
I am a strong communicator via prose and print. When trying to transition some products from text based to video I struggled to understand how to best communicate my message. They took the time to help me understand both the art and science of transitioning print to video. Without them my products would have been mediocre at best. With them I am very happy with the fantastic product. Also, because I now understand the fundamentals, future products with them will be even better.
What do you dislike?
I don’t have much to complain about. Like in any human interaction there were miscommunications (which were as much on me as them), but NinjaTropic was able to calmly and clearly identify miscommunication to get everyone on the same page and the project moving forward.

Quality work tied with Responsiveness and effective communication.
What do you like best?
Didn’t think it was possible to attain this level of quality and efficiency when working with a creative team. They were great at outlining the process and over delivered. Would definitely recommend!
What do you dislike?
Cant think of anything. We were very happy with the experience and final outcome. They are an elearning gamechanger

Creativity meets timely! Great customer service and schedule management.
What do you like best?
It was nice working with an agency that had structure to help guide our project. We utilized their services to create videos for our software. They communicated great, set scope expectations and met our schedule demands. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike?
Overall, great experience. They were Type A about staying on schedule and having our team provide the required resources. Which was refreshing!

Overall, my experience has been great. They are very timely in their delivery.
What do you like best?
I really like the quick turn-around times. I usually get things back within 2 to 3 days of submitting a new script or after I request changes. Everyone is very friendly and easy to communicate with. They listen to any feedback I give, and are very willing to make any changes that I request.
What do you dislike?
When my contact person was changed during the project, I had to change to a different file management system for transferring files back and forth. The change made some things easier, which has been nice, but overall the 1st system worked better for our company. I have not discussed this with Ninja Tropic, so they may be willing to switch, but at this point it isn't worth switching back. It just would have been nice to start with this system instead of changing in the middle of the project.

Efficient, effective, and effortless, great team!
What do you like best?
The best part is how easy it is to communicate with the team. We were about to get our project done more quickly than we could imagine. The team is responsive and professional.
What do you dislike?
We can't find more projects for them. The team was able to execute everything that we needed them to. You don't know what you don't know, so having a standout team made all the difference.

Professionalism and dependability on a tight deadline
What do you like best?
Ninja Tropic is a team of fantastic collaborators who provide authentic creativity and reliability. They were able to deliver several animations when we had a strict and quick deadline without hesitation or complaint.
What do you dislike?
Distaste is difficult to find when using Ninja Tropic as a service provider. If I had to choose, it would be our strict deadline that prevented us from working with them for a longer period of time. No complaints on our end!

Fast, affordable and a very transparent and talented team!
What do you like best?
Quick turnaround and friendly team. Really upfront about the scope and expectations. The level of quality of their work is exceptional for the value.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I've worked with a lot of creative teams over the years and they are definitely one that I would recommend.

The Ninja Topic team is talented, efficient, and created a great animated video for our training.
What do you like best?
The Ninja Tropic team is very responsive with great communication between the project managers. They delivered our vision in a timely manner and were flexible to our needs and adjusting timelines. From the storyboard phase to the final product, they were professional and good listeners.
What do you dislike?
This is a challenging question to answer since there wasn't a specific "least favorite" part to the process. I think the hardest part, since this was out first project, was just figuring our how each works best and the best way to provide feedback. This is normal for any new teams working together so I don't see it as an issue but it was a challenge during this first project.

Amazing and talented professionals at a bargain price.
What do you like best?
Ninja Tropic was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, detail oriented and very attentive to feedback. I was impressed with the quality of work.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to meet in face to face would have been nice. But in the end this was not a deal breaker.

Amazing value solution to a really annoying problem
What do you like best?
They have a great process to build our videos within budget and within the schedule. Our other providers, we always had issueswith the timeline or budget. I don't know how they are so much faster.
What do you dislike?
I could not stop by their office. I like in person meetings and our lastvendor was in ourcity. Routine video calls made communication easy but this was just a personal preference.

Refreshingly responsive with a solution for your budget.
What do you like best?
Erick and Carlos and their team of ninjas kept me informed throughout the entire project and also found solutions to problems that I wouldn't have anticipated which saved me an incredible amount of time and money. They are truly experts in their craft.
What do you dislike?
They don't live in southern California.......................................
