Work with Novita always feels effortless, efficient and collaborative.
What do you like best?
I appreciate Novita's responsiveness to not only moving the work but to quickly identify solutions when challenges arise. Novita's flexibility in tailoring their approach, communication and working style to meet the needs of the project and client is always a breath of fresh air. Working with Novita always feels like a partnership and not like a vendor/client transactional experience.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything that I can identify as liking least. Novita is a great vendor to work with. I've worked with them on several projects in the past 7 years and any feedback provided on how to improve on the work and partnership has been taken seriously and applied.

Collaborated on development of numerous curriculum
What do you like best?
The inclusion and flexibility, as we create and build out our programs and processes, eLearning Industry was flexible with course correcting the structure and direction of curriculum to match changes in programs and processes
What do you dislike?
Initially, the project management processes is very comprehensive however overtime I realized that it needed to be in order to stay on track with deadlines.

I appreciate Novita’s creativity and their competence in the learning space.
What do you like best?
I’ve had several opportunities to work with Rob Bilotti and Novita Training over the years. The most recent projects that they tackled included redesigning our LMS and creating proprietary e-learning courses for our company. Both projects were complex, involving global constituencies and multiple languages. I appreciate Novita’s creativity, & their competence in the learning space means that they truly understand our needs, sometimes better that we do ourselves. I am happy to recommend them.
What do you dislike?
Frankly, I have no "dislikes" to relate regarding Novita. The most recent projects that they tackled included redesigning our LMS and creating proprietary e-learning courses for our company. Adapted an ILT resulting in the Bronze Brandon Hall Excellence Award for custom content.
What do you like best?
Novita took the time to understand the complexity of the task for the learner and built in creative assessments to develop the learner's sense of mastery through an eLearning design. Our course evaluations showed significant satisfaction in confidence and competence as a result of completing the course.
What do you dislike?
As a small business, Novita was highly responsive and proactive during all phases of the project for a large company. Depending on project scope and timeline, resource availability could be a consideration.

Rapid response times Maintained strong lines of communication Flexibility with their approach to problem solving
What do you dislike?
Not sure this applies given the context of the project we completed. We came in on time and under budget

Novita re-designed our entire ILT Manager Training curriculum into e Learning format.
What do you like best?
Novita's ability to interpret the content and create new learning activities and instruction. Novita implements a very strong instructional design process to analyze performance problems, present training and non-training solutions. The analysis, design, and development phases are very thorough to ensure content validity. They demonstrate patience and understanding while working with SMEs.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of anything that I dislike. Novita is a great company to work with. Thorough and strong communication.

Novita is a very professional, accommodating, and creative company to work with.
What do you like best?
Novita is a company full of experts in their field and can understand one's vision for an eLearn very easily. They are extremely timely in what is requested and always bring fresh ideas to the table.
What do you dislike?
Majority of the team does not have video access for meetings, so you need to have a dial-in in order to have a conference meeting.

The Novita team is amazing. They always meet deliverables and exceed expectations.
What do you like best?
They provide options that fit within budget, they are collaborative, have amazing project management skills, and always deliver effective work products that meet the need. It is always a great experience working with the Novita team.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to share. It is always a pleasure working with this team. They are flexible and responsive.
