Great customer care team, and the customer experience at OES is impeccable.
What do you like best?
Customer service at OES is top-notch. They clearly understand our needs and goals and help us achieve them. Whenever something goes wrong, they respond quickly and try to get us back on track as soon as possible. Great company, great support!
What do you dislike?
With this question, I can't think of anything that I don't like about OES. OES always listen to customer feedback, and their products and services are always improved and updated.

The experience with OES has been very positive. The interface is intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best?
I like the interface of the system. It is designed to be very intuitive and easy to use, helping me find and access learning content quickly and conveniently. I am also very impressed with the colors and graphics on the interface, they help me feel more relaxed and focused during the learning process.
What do you dislike?
I can't find anything bad to say about this system. This system has fully met my requirements for learning and training.

I'm amazed with how invested everyone is. They offer many options to make the best decision.
What do you like best?
I like the dynamism and dedication to the projects of the OES staff. I can usually count on a speedy response whenever I send a message to the staff, and they've always been prepared to deal with any issues that have come up.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes their eagerness to discuss and take the initiative on their ideas makes me feel like I'm not cutting it. It would be helpful if I had some sort of initiative to constantly prompt them.

The time we spent with OES has been wonderful. OES always supports us very enthusiastically 24/7.
What do you like best?
OES is a unit with industry knowledge and understanding of user business. In the process of implementing e-Learning with us, the L&D, technical,... of OES always actively researches customers, not mechanically applying available formulas. Besides, OES is always ready for new feature development and positive feedback.
What do you dislike?
From start to finish, OES has always been an extremely reputable and quality e-Learning service provider. Hopefully, OES will continue to promote this in the future.

What do you like best?
OES really provides trust and companionship with each customer thay work with. I noticed their dedication in each product, from preparation to packaging of the finished product, they have never let me down in any way. Besides, the enthusiasm and dynamism of the staff helps me experience positivity and professionalism. I feel very satisfied.
What do you dislike?
In a professional team like OES, I personally feel that I always need to try harder to keep up with everyone. However, I think this is not the cause of my fatigue, but on the other hand, helps me push myself more in the process of working.
