Our experience in working with Performance Development Group has been extremely positive
What do you like best?
I couldn’t be happier with the interaction we have had with Performance Development Group. They have a deep understanding of their craft and have done a great job in communicating their expertise with our customers. I have been working with them for quite some time and have clearly seen their impact on our business. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any company that's considering on working with them in the future.
What do you dislike?
All of our interactions have been extremely positive to date so I don't really have any negative comments at this time.

I am always impressed with PDG, our partnership is always Positive, Fun, and Productive.
What do you like best?
I like the people the most. I have completed many projects with PDG and had the pleasure of working with multiple members of their team with the same positive result. I truly enjoy the partnership, commitment, passion, and creativity that their people bring to the table.
What do you dislike?
Not sure I can come up with answer for this question.............................

PDG carefully listens to our needs and creates customized solutions for today's learners.
What do you like best?
PDG has a talented and creative team that is extremely easy to work with. The team listens, thinks outside of the box, pivots quickly, and always keeps the learner in mind. The team provides honest feedback and consults well. The solutions are high-quality and receive positive feedback from business stakeholders and end users. In addition, I like that they don't reuse the same solution for every project like other vendors. They are creative and proactively bring ideas to the table.
What do you dislike?
Design/development timelines. Not sure how to solve because we face the same challenge with internal design/development projects.

Consultants/Development --- Leadership/Measurement/Reboarding (Post Covid)
What do you like best?
The PDG team makes it easy to problem-solve any L&D issue due to their communication processes! While I worked with them previously, having joined a new organization, PDG partners continued to share resources as the pandemic hit. Although not officially part of a specific project, the fact that their L&D portfolio is open to all and that they continue to offer best practice sharing highlights their values and makes them a great company to work with.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I can think of. The team is always responsive during and even after a project is complete.

PDG is easy to work with, builds innovative and state of the art learning programs.
What do you like best?
Performance Development Group has truly been a partner in our performance improvement. Their team is extremely dedicated and talented and they constantly go out of their way to provide excellent service. Their communication was great throughout our project and they went above and beyond.
What do you dislike?
We had a few issues with team members changing mid-project, but otherwise I have no complaints about PDG and I look forward to working on more projects with them in the future.
