Excellent Quality, Communication, Skill and Service
What do you like best?
Rio have created 2 eLearning courses for us using Animate CC and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. They have provided excellent quality work, dealing very quickly with change requests and were able to get used to our development style very quickly. The highly skilled team were able to use our templates and adapt them with very little instruction and training from our side. I was particularly impressed with the high level of quality review for the content provided.
What do you dislike?
Nothing. Very pleased with the service overall. Rio worked to a very tight deadline for us and offered a very friendly service, going out of their way to help and provide a high level of service.

Excellent work ethic and great quality control and delivered on time and to budget.
What do you like best?
Great communication, excellent quality and delivered on time. Rudraksh is an excellent project manager.
What do you dislike?
It's very difficult to find anything to criticise when working with Rio. We've had a few issues around working with Dropbox, but we've found a mutually acceptable alternative, so a small problem was easily solved.

Trustworthy, professional services with commitment to quality are their biggest value.
What do you like best?
The team is great at taking our requirements and turning them into a finished product. Though there was an initial period of intense review and feedback, over time we realized that the processes are set in place and quality work was being delivered. This is a part and parcel of all content delivery and I was happy to see that Rio was delivering professional quality with minimal supervision over time. The biggest factor is the trust that they will deliver the requirements to our satisfaction.
What do you dislike?
Barring a few minor issues with upload of content and storage space, I found most of their processes to be quite good overall. Some minor improvements in communication of deliverables and schedule would be great, but overall I find that they are proficient at what they do. They are also good at stepping up when deadlines are shortened or some requirements are demanded in short notive, and delivering as much as possible in short time.

What do you like best?
Working with Rio is like working with a partner, rather than a vendor. Extremely supportive vendor.
What do you dislike?
Some occupational hiccups do happen with them, as with any other vendor, but it always gets managed.
