What do you like best?
The final product was phenomenal and is already making an impact. Every individual I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted my product to come out as desired. Very much enjoyed working with Sweetrush and will be back for more.
What do you dislike?
Make sure you're clear on what exactly can and can't be changed once development begins. Some things had flexibility and others didn't which can be critical once you start to SEE the final product and may want to make tweaks.

What do you like best?
Excellent and responsive team, great innovators, inclusive leadership. All of this has made me and my team feel at home as if SweetRush were an extension of our internal team members.
What do you dislike?
Proactive and agile communication can always be improved. We were a new type of client for them that constantly evaluates risk against agile timelines (compared to slow corporate L&D teams with fixed budgets and scope). SweetRush had to grow into working at that speed, which necessitated them learning a different communication style and approach than what they were used to. By the end of the two-year project, they had vastly improved!
I have nothing but a very positive experiece with everyone I have worked with at Sweetrush.

What do you like best?
Everyone that I work with is nice, responsive, and accomodating to what I need. Due to changing leadership and directions, there are, at times, alot of changes that impact projects and sweetrush is always very flexible and willing to do whatever is needed to complete the project in the best way possible. WHenever there are concerns abotu anything, the project manager does her absolute best to resolve it in a way that benefits me as the client.
What do you dislike?
The costs are a bit expensive sometimes so when my company is looking to cut costs, i have to make some hard decisions on where to cut things out.
Helped us build the foundation for a digital transformation developing engaging, relatable content.

What do you like best?
Every individual we have worked with at SweetRush has been friendly, professional and gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were willing to go on our learning journey through all the twists and turns and never said no to our many last minute changes and requests.
What do you dislike?
Development time frames were a little longer than we desired on a few of the projects
Highly competent staff, passionate about their work and solution oriented.

What do you like best?
Customer care and innovative. They bring together specilazed team for each project, a team that collaborates throughout the project. Enquiries and questions are promptly answered so the customer feels he/she is engaging with a small company providing specialized service to you, their main client.
What do you dislike?
The fact that it takes me considerable amount of time to identify any negative experience speakes volume. Company decentralized so more challenging to more frequently faca-face.
SweetRush was bought into our success from Day 1. Incredible commitment and partnership!

What do you like best?
Openness, flexibility, responsiveness - able to pivot when needed. End to end learning design team covers all aspects from strategy & program design, instructional design and branding.
What do you dislike?
Ensure you spend proper amount of time in discovery to set expectations before diving into content development and design. This will save time in the long run.
A personable team of professionals who listen intently, recommend great ideas, are highly creative.

The creativity of the team both in strategic ideas and in the use of technology.
What do you dislike?
This is due to budgeting and not really Sweetrush, but due to budget we are limited to the number of photo-based characters we can use in a course.

What do you like best?
The SweetRush Team is amazing. They are all so friendly and quick to jump on any questions or concerns. Their communication is top notch and their final product is amazing. They helped us realize our vision and produce something new and fresh our company had never seen before. I have and will recommend them for any eLearning need in the future.
What do you dislike?
The SweetRush team is amazing there is absolutely noting I don't like about them. They are a fantastic partner.

What do you like best?
We've had a great experience working with SweetRush on multiple projects. For each learning journey, the team at SweetRush was super communicative, very professional and flexible with a clear process. They understood our needs and delivered learning courses that were impactful and ignited the curiosity/excitement of our learners.
What do you dislike?
SweetRush has been and still is a great partner to work with. They truly act like a partner and co-creator and we share our values. We hope for SweetRush to keep on innovating their service in line with the trends in learning experience and measuring the learning impact.
Our experience with SweetRush has been extremely positive.

What do you like best?
During the past year, we have done four projects with SweetRush working with the same Director of Client Solutions and the same Instructional Designer. I like this continuity of service because both individuals have gotten to know our company's needs and deliver the products flawlessly.
What do you dislike?
I have no criticisms of SweetRush. The Director of Client Solutions has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
SweetRush enabled us to convert a legacy textbook to an online, interactive series of modules.

What do you like best?
SweetRush invested a lot of time and energy in understanding our unique audience -- teenaged cadets who are serious about their leadership development.
What do you dislike?
SweetRush's costs were on-par with other bidders, but their bid (as well as their competitors' bids) ran about 20% higher than expected.
The team at Sweetrush is responsive, thoughtful and creative.

What do you like best?
They bring creativity and collaboration to all experiences. They are extremely responsive and will work closely with you to accomplish your goals. If you have a concern, they work hard to address it and ensure you are a happy customer.
What do you dislike?
Not all their instructional design professionals are the same level of quality.
My experience with SweetRush has been and continues to be incredible.

What do you like best?
Its hard to pick just one - creativity, innovation, professionalism, partnership and excellence rise to the top of mind when I think of SweetRush.
What do you dislike?
SweetRush is a true partner. While the work is excellent, it does come with a high price tag.

There really wasn't any major challenges working with SweetRush. I would choose them again and again

What do you like best?
SweetRush approaches each solution as a partner. During the initial brainstorming, they help identify the end objectives and provide alternatives that can be developed within a given budget. I appreciate collaborating on solutions, the thoroughness of the work, and the professionalism of each of the team that we have interactions with from design to billing for services.
What do you dislike?
When engaging the services of an instructional designer, it can be a challenge to accurately gauge how much time will be needed. For our purposes, we augment our staff and it can be a challenge to ensure project ebbs and flows. SweetRush is accommodating and work with us to fill in the gaps or extend resources to align with the work.

What do you like best?
Sweet Rush ability to create a positive and collaborative environment, even with a tough deadline. I really appreciated the incredible disposition from Sweet Rush to help us meet our needs. Great creative team with always a solution at hand. Incredibly talented core team, and consistent rapid response to our needs and changes.
What do you dislike?
It is totally related to the project and the deadline, the last push in order to meet the deadline was a bit rushed.
An incredibly collaborative and creative organization that met every deadline!

What do you like best?
They were very professional and prompt in all their communications, and were willing to talk through all decisions to make sure (1) you were heard and (2) there was consensus.
What do you dislike?
Everyone was so committed to the projected and everyone did their part, that is nothing to say that I liked the least - perhaps the project being over? haha!

What do you like best?
Consultants from SweetRush are professional and embody a collaborative spirit to help you reach your goals. Their team is extremely talented and, as such, can address many tasks in a short amount of time, without sacrificing quality. They stay current in terms of what the latest developments are in the industry. And, it's very clear that while they value the customer relationship, they are also not afraid to say "no" when appropriate, which speaks to their integrity as a vendor.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing to add in this section. They're great to work with! Because their processes are solid, it will actually show the challenges/lag in your own business processes.
SweetRush has been very patient in coaching and helping us to realize our eLearning goals.

What do you like best?
Good, weekly communication and patient, interactive dialog with IDs and developers. The interaction library that they designed and developed became the basis for all of our additional courses - both through SR and in-house. Our project manager has been a joy to work with and her guidance and coaching on what to work on next has been a big help.
What do you dislike?
Some miscommunication at the start, which ended up biting us later - failing to complete a subject matter expert interview for each module, which were completely different products and processes - made the DDDs and initial storyboards a lot of work.
Sweet Rush is the epitome of service. Their positive "can-do" attitude is contagious.

What do you like best?
Sweet Rush is the epitome of service. Their positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were 'happy' with the end result. Even when faced with obstacles they've remained focused and optimistic about delivering results.
What do you dislike?
We had a very large project that was spread across multiple ID's. Sometimes it felt like there was no connection/communication between the ID's which had an impact on the cohesiveness of the project.
They've been a great a partner, not simply a vendor.

Sweetrush's ability to develop meaningful and engaging L&D content from the baseline information we have provided.
What do you dislike?
I have no issues with Sweetrush - they are timely, creative and helpful and its a pleasure to work with them.

What do you like best?
Amazing how SweetRush can quickly understand our business. Right from the start the SR team (yes I said team) worked with us to develop an exciting Virtual Reality experience. Their ability to wrench on the creativity nerve was amazing. SR's customer centric approach is second to none while flexibility and innovation exceeds expectations. The result is a handsomely designed, impactful Virtual Reality solution. More projects to come.
What do you dislike?
Absolutely nothing. The project went together flawlessly. The entire project offered NO dissatisfaction.
We worked on a project with SweetRush and have more planned for the future.

What do you like best?
They are always responsive and have some great ideas. Their ability to serve as an idea partner is exceptional. We were able to build something that exceeded our stakeholders' expectations not only in functionality but also in appearance.
What do you dislike?
We are limited in the amount of work we can do with them due to budgetary restraints. I'd like for us to be able to work with them more closely!

What do you like best?
SweetRush has been great in providing creative ideas to support our business needs. They are pay close attention to all the details, ask questions, provide feedback and are great to partner with. They are flexible and understanding. They have a great team from start to finish to get the job done while having fun along the way!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I can say I dislike about SweetRush. They are our primary vendor that we turn to when we need assistance in developing content, eCourses and other deliverable items. I and my coworkers are beyond happy with all aspects of SweetRush.
They are professional, creative, resourceful with high quality delivery and a great team spirit!

What do you like best?
They stay on top of the latest trends in their field, hire diverse talents, are very responsive to client needs/feedback, and they have the courage also to stand up for what they believe in. It was a true joy to work with them as we would go through the ups and downs of our projects with a "glass half full" attitude, making sure it was fun to do the work at the same time as we were really focused on a high quality outcome. I would say I think Sweetrush are the best in their field!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes when bringing on new hires they seem to struggle to have the time to onboard them properly so details could get lost between people.
We've loved working with SweetRush for 2+ years. All around excellent service and client management.

What do you like best?
We have been working with SweetRush for 2+ years on various learning modules for our program. We have been extremely satisfied from conceptualization to project management and final delivery. We've always wrapped every project on time and on budget. They are extraordinarily collaborative and puts the client's preferences first. They will offer complementary expertise and be a real partner in meeting project goals.
What do you dislike?
As a nonprofit, we are always looking to get the highest quality at the best prices. While SweetRush's fees have not been the most competitive, their service and expertise make the partnership a worthwhile investment.
SweetRush has been a great partner throughout our project - they created a high quality product.

What do you like best?
They are very easy to work with, open to feedback, highly professional and creative. They brought our ideas to life in a way that was engaging and inspiring for our employees.
What do you dislike?
That we can't use them more!!! They all work remote too - so it would be great to meet the people behind the voices - understandably not realistic when the team is from around the world.
The entire project team at SweetRush was very professional and knowledgable.

What do you like best?
The development team that worked with us, Jumana, Heidi, Andrew and others were all amazing. They understood our goals and constraints, and helped us develop an interactive elearning course for a high priority project within very strict time and budget requirements.
What do you dislike?
SweetRush's price tag was on the higher end (not too high) of the price range, but having worked with less expensive development teams, it's easy to see that one gets what one pays for. SweetRush was well worth the investment and we have seen very positive business results and higher than average ratings from employee feedback.
SweetRush develops HP LIFE business courses on many topics for a global audience.

What do you dislike?
I enjoy working with SweetRush and there isn't anything a strongly dislike. We have a strong working relationship.

What do you like best?
When we look to bring on new learning partners, one of the criteria that we look at is the corporate culture of the organization and whether or not we believe it would be a true partnership. SweetRush comes out on top in this area. Working with them always feels highly collaborative and the team builds off of one another's ideas to get the best possible result for the Client. When we work together, it is like we are all one team vs. two separate entities.
What do you dislike?
We find the cost structure to be fair for the quality but do believe that at times the cost for a program comes in a bit higher than with our other vendors. At the same time, we believe the quality and end result is far better than what we get for the lower cost options.

Sweetrush are very innovative and creative in terms of how they create learning. I found them to be helpful, great project managers and they felt like an extended part of our team.
What do you dislike?
Sweetrush may not be the cheapest provider, however, this is outweighed by the quality of work you receive

What do you like best?
The creativity, freshness of design and the ability to bring in large projects on time and within budget. SweetRush is very customer centric and does backflips to make sure each and every project exceeds expectations. They have mashed up excellent instructional design, creativity, project management, learning technology expertise, innovation and exceptional customer service into consistent engagements that deliver time and time again.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! In two years of working with SweetRush there has never been an interaction that provided any opportunity for disappointment.

What do you like best?
From the start, SweetRush understood our business drivers and goal. Instead of a traditional sales or account manager, we were partnered with an instructional designer and this made the process seamless. Working with their team of experts was an absolute pleasure - they got us, what we were trying to achieve and knocked it out of the park. The result was a beautifully designed, elegant and fun solution. Exactly what we had hoped for.
What do you dislike?
SweetRush is not the cheapest vendor, but they deliver tremendous value. We have partnered with them for our high visibility and impact projects to get the most out of our investment.

What do you like best?
SweetRush's creativity, knowledge of instructional design, and capable team of experts are what make them an industry leader. Working with SR has taught me about creating innovative e-learning and it has been an enjoyable experience working with their dynamic and supportive teams. SR are truly dedicated to understanding learners’ needs which has made a lasting impression on our organization. SR has exceeded my expectations in all areas of service, instructional design and technical capacity.

What do you like best?
Great team of people with a varying areas of expertise ensure you can get help with everything you need or want. They are always available and respond promptly to requests and adapt well to the changing priorities and demands of our business needs. They handle "curve balls" with good nature and execution. I truly believe they care as much about meeting our needs as we do.

What do you like best?
I worked with the Center of Excellence for Transgender Health at UCSF to create an online program to help clinicians to be comfortable with and welcoming of transgender patients. Through every step of the process, SweetRush showed respect and commitment far beyond what I anticipated from a vendor. They’re people who are passionate about applying their craft for good, are responsive to nuanced feedback, and are exceptionally professional.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to think deeply about this. It's sometimes difficult to do creative work with a vendor, and SweetRush makes it easy.

What do you like best?
SweetRush really invests in creating a partnership wherin open communication is encouraged (both ways). That, together with their strong project management and creative teams results in an effective and fun workflow and great e-learnings. We also highly appreciate SweetRush being open and flexible for suggestions to adjust their workflow to accomodate our preferences.

What do you like best?
Tremendous instructional design expertise; true partnership approach; ambitious in their thinking and willingness to play and be creative; lives the remote/virtual ways of working so uniquely suited to create programs for a remote/virtual audience.

What do you like best?
Great people on our project! Ernesto was the project manager that kept us on time and on task to meet our schedule. Heidi listened to our needs and facilitated the content development with a team of creative professionals. Attentive customer service, even after the project and contract was completed.
What do you dislike?
At first I was very concerned about the fact that SweetRush is entirely a virtual company. The entire team only met one time as a group at a kick-off meeting and then all other meetings were via webinar. Much to my surprise, this project valued at over $1 million and localized for multiple international markets has been a huge success. Thank you, SweetRush!

What do you like best?
Our project (self-directed study) was slightly different from what SweetRush typically works on, but I've been blown away by the results. This company is well-versed in training trends and methods, and they have the creativity to match! I am an extremely satisfied customer, and very happy that I chose to work with SweetRush!
What do you dislike?
I almost wish they were all in one spot so I could take a visit, but they make working remotely work very well for all parties.
Consistent ability to deliver effective solutions in a timely manner.

What do you like best?
Since SweetRush is a virtual company, they are able to add skilled developers, designers etc. to our project whenever they’re needed. And each one of them makes every effort to give us the results we’re looking for; they aren’t satisfied until we are.
