What do you like best?
Thinkdom has developed in-app video tutorials for our B2B operations. What began with just 5 videos has now expanded to 100, and we continue to collaborate with them. Since implementing their tutorials, our app adoption and usage have significantly increased. We appreciate their creativity, exceptional customer service, and valuable suggestions for improvement.
What do you dislike?
They need to get better with integrations and ensure they are scaling faster. Expanding of team is needed

What do you like best?
Thinkdom’s content development approach is well structured and involving. Overall effectiveness of the e-learning content is high as the learning process is highly engaging and impactful.
What do you dislike?
Since they are new in the e-learning space I believe there could be some time till they create a sizeable list of collaterals.
