Third Term staff are flexible in how they approach requests and manage our relationship. They are patient and helpful as we explore possibilities and test solutions.
What do you dislike?
As in any relationship, there is sometimes a lapse in communication or responsiveness. However, it has always been resolved positively in our many years of working with them.
