Highly recommended for their outstanding service and creativity
What do you like best?
We approached Totem with a rough guide of what we wanted to achieve, and the team took the time to listen to our objectives, ask questions and guide us in areas that we might want to explore further. They understood our budget and worked with us to ensure that we utilised this most effectively yet sharing the art of the possible. Helping us understand and plan future developments and making suggestions on ways that we can improve what we have created, the more they learn about our sector.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I haven't enjoyed about working with Totem. They are knowledgeable, fun, creative and involved. They take the time not only to listen to your requirements, but to understand your industry.

completely positive, whether face to face, or remotely, the work ethic, approachability works 4 me.
What do you like best?
Working with Totem feels like the best of co-design. They have accommodated 1:1s right through to co-design events with more than 100 participants, face to face through to remote interactions and throughout they have used these contacts to sense check and enhance the brief. I don't think we have always been the best group to work with, but they have never let this show. professional, creative, hard working from Executives right through to coders. a completely positive and enjoyable experience.
What do you dislike?
After sitting back and thinking, I have nothing to type. it has been an entirely positive experience.

Collaborating daily with Team Totem to continuously delight and amaze our railway customers
What do you like best?
Working with the team is just a delight. They bring so much passion, energy, attention to detail and creativity to everything we do. Bottom line they are very serious about games, really care about doing a great job and want to delight the customer - which is a great partnership as that is what we care about! So often our customers are amazed and we exceed their expectations. They are considerate to our pressures and constraints, they always do their best for us.
What do you dislike?
That there are not more of them and that I often have to ask them to work so hard because the customers budgets are so tight as they learn about the value of this work.

Excellent experience in developing an interactive game for project managers
What do you like best?
I felt a real partnership when I worked with them. They respected my expertise as the SME for the game we developed (Unlock: Project Management), and I was never in any doubt about their capabilities as a serious games developer.
What do you dislike?
There was very little I did not like about working with Totem Learning. As a small dynamic firm they were able to flex to my specific needs.

Working with Totem on digital healthcare innovations, including patient and staff-focussed projects
What do you like best?
Very approachable and experienced team who are really happy to offer guidance on early stage projects all the way through to final prototypes. They are very knowledgeable about digital innovations within the healthcare industry and work collaboratively. The needs of patients and staff and quickly appreciated and solutions offered in line with suggestions from the frontline of the NHS. They are very flexible in arranging meetings, especially through the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
What do you dislike?
If only there was more funding from within the NHS to support the great work that Totem can offer.

Excellent collaborators on an iPhone game for the blind and visually impaired.
What do you like best?
We enjoyed working with Totem on creating a business simulation game to teach Canadians with sight loss how to start and run a business. We enjoyed the collaborative approach Totem took with our ideas and the easy communication we had with their development team.
What do you dislike?
It was unfortunate we couldn't collaborate in person more as our team was in Toronto and their team was in Coventry, UK.

Partnership with Totem to create and develop bespoke online driver training solutions
What do you like best?
A 'can do' attitude is heavily embedded in the culture at Totem. Throughout our time working together, the Totem team have worked extremely hard to understand our needs and work collaboratively to produce finished products of a very high quality. From initial storyboarding, to ongoing development, the team have accommodated us well and share the same visions we have around the importance of road safety. The content Totem has produced is now in use by our clients around the world.
What do you dislike?
Nothing - very happy with the partnership and am looking forward to continuing the journey with new material in future.

Working with Totem was a great learning experience and delivered the desired outcome
What do you like best?
The team has a broad range of knowledge and experience and can provide all the required expertise from within the team. They were able to interpret our product design needs and deliver an outcome that fully met our requirements - on time and on budget. We will continue to work with them.
What do you dislike?
Nothing! One would always like a lower price - but you have to pay for quality.
