What do you like best? Easy to use when building modules, the team have responded well using the app. I love the cheat sheets as I can download our blog and upload in an easy way. The different ways to answer questions and the ability to add in genially quizzes etc
What do you dislike? I hoped to have a leaderboard where the team can compete against each other. Being unable to download the modules as scorms

What do you like best? I love the automatisation of many tasks, especially towards my clients' users. I also like the easiness of changing our programs, videos and quizzes.
What do you dislike? It can be difficult for our clients to get a hold of all the possibilities in front of them when they want to export their data. Still, it only requires us to have a more detailed first meeting with the client while starting a training program.

What do you like best? I find the support team at 360 the most helpful. Jesse and Savannah were accommodating and supportive throughout the launch. The platform itself is easy to navigate for our training participants. I also love that we can make documents downloadable. We've streamlined communication with our training participants using programs and paths on the platform.
What do you dislike? I found learning the platform overwhelming and a bit confusing at times. All the information was helpful, but there were a lot of emails, passwords, and websites to remember.

What do you like best? What I appreciate the most is that the platform is really easy to use, so it doesn't need a big onboarding of trainees

What do you like best? All of the features allow for fluid and participatory interactions internally. They also allow you to create dynamic training modules very easily. The coaching module allows the creation of user-side videos that can be very interesting both in onboarding and in the assessment of skills and knowledge

What do you like best? Very easy to use. Easy to create interactive modules and also to create sessions and courses. The session templates are very useful for creating sessions. Reporting and follow-up are easy.
What do you dislike? Many features are very good. I think 360 should develop the paths a bit more, and the ability to create videos by integrating the ability to edit directly in 360. What also needs to be developed is that the videos created can be exported.

What do you like best? The ease of administration enabling to free up time for creating content. The automation of email and certificate. The user-friendly environment for learners and admin
What do you dislike? I am sometimes experiencing slowness when loading admin pages. I also think it would be nice to be able to access some of the premium function for free. If you can't test, you can't know what's good for you.

What do you like best? 360L is a multi-cultural organization that not only provides a complete solution, but also offers its clients and partners a comprehensive understanding of how to implement and support your learning program. It has an important and powerful communication tool that facilitates interaction. 360L is constantly improving and adapting new results that go beyond the standard solutions on the market. I would like to emphasize the professionalism of the teams and their commitment.
What do you dislike? Getting to grips with the tool is not necessarily easy at first, but the support and listening skills of the teams are invaluable.

What do you like best? 360 Learning provides all the expected functionalities for all roles: for learners, an intuitive interface and mobile app, social network type feeds, for authors, simple integration of content including external content and blended devices, and for the administrator, simplified processes. The platform, truly scalable, accompanies the growth of learning projects with advanced features at the administrator's fingertips. In short, it is perfectly adapted to our training era!
What do you dislike? Some specific needs could be integrated to improve the design of the learning plans such as but with the company's growth, I'll guess they be in the road map if it's not already the case!

What do you like best? The homepage is dynamic and makes the content easily accessible. The paths allow you to create free paths while guiding the learner. The administration is very easy !
What do you dislike? Statistics can be improved : a nice redesign is being done for the manager dashboards and group dashboards. A consolidated view of active users for all groups would be a plus.

What do you like best? 360learning is a very ergonomic and intuitive platform. The Customer Service, the CSP and Support Service are very reactives and attentives. We can tell them about our problems and our requests. The platform is updated according to the needs most requested by the customers. This platform is adaptable by the many features it offers. It can answer different problems. It's easy to create training content and courses. Updates provide new features and experiences for our learners.
What do you dislike? The platform is constantly evolving. Despite the communications on the subject, it's necessary to take the time to follow all the updates in order not to lose track (especially concerning the ergonomics).

What do you like best? In term of functionality; i like that it give the ability for anyone to share ; whether it is a comment or an expertise. The support team is genuinely great! They always answer my questions really fast and never let me with any doubt. They have at heart to better improve the platform and make it a remarkable place to learn and create. They take into account your advices to constantly improve and undoubtedly develop a better Learning platform and we get updates as we go.
What do you dislike? As for anything 360Learning as room for improvement and growth. Most of the advices have paid off, but there are, nevertheless, some parts that in my personal opinion could be improved to make it 100% userfriendly.

What do you like best? I love 360Learning's ease of setup to turn content into courses/programs in very little time. The instantaneous feedback icons and forum chatting functions also quickly allow users to interact with instructors and admins. Exporting statistics can be done easily on a large or small scale. Support has been great, and any requests for improvement are passed on to development in a timely manner.
What do you dislike? Honestly, there are only minor things that I find bothersome with the platform. Group hierarchy management is better managed outside the platform at press time. Most of the time, Support is able to help me find a way to get close to what I want to do, and if not, it gets passed on to development for future consideration.

What do you like best? I like the building-block style of content creation. The fact that multiple program sessions all funnel back to a singular program template or that you can pull reports in a variety of different ways at the course/program level is very helpful from an analytics standpoint as well. It's also great at limiting who can view what type of content thanks to the robust group hierarchies.
What do you dislike? I would like more customization options around things like due dates. For instance, when setting a "deadline" for program sessions, it's unclear whether this is a due date for users and all progress is lost as soon as the session expires/closes. It's these little "growing pains" that hinder the platform's functionality a bit as it evolves.

What do you like best? 360Learning has provided a platform for all of those who are dedicated to developing a culture of learning. It is a dynamic solution that not only makes training rollouts easier but teaches US how to build engaging and impactful content. In the past 6 months, we have utilized 360Learning to deliver sales enablement campaigns, onboarding programs, university-style lectures, and compliance programs all while keeping our employees engaged with short, bursty content and interactive learning tools.
What do you dislike? We are anxiously awaiting a new feature launch that will provide us a bit more flexibility in how we deliver our learning programs. We build content for many diverse stakeholders, including those who would like us to make a program mandatory BUT flexible in the sequence of the courses. We have full confidence that there is a path to that functionality (pun intended), so we're excited to see what the 360Learning team has up their sleeves.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create and update courses, as well as how scalable it has made our onboarding program. It saves me a ton of time, being able to assign onboarding in a few minutes.
What do you dislike? I wish there was a "user" preview or a "view as" functionality – as an admin, I'd like to be able to preview how certain programs or catalogs look for users.

What do you like best? This was our first LMS and the implementation was so much easier than I anticipated. 360 provided so much assistance through their customer success and solutions teams as training to help you get comfortable with the platform. It was important to me to find a platform that made everyone feel like they were learning together regardless of where they were located. The collaboration elements of 360 make it easy for learners to engage and learn from one another.
What do you dislike? The only downside is that 360 may not be as advanced in certain features compared to other platforms, but they're actively working towards improving the platform and are always open to receiving feedback on current or potential new features. Many of the requests I have made are coming soon or being planned for future updates. It's great to work with a company that truly cares about what its customers think, actively solicits feedback and utilizes the feedback to make improvements.

What do you like best? The responsiveness of support when needed. The Engagement Academy which allows us to improve our knowledge of the platform. An original and intuitive platform that allows better management of trainees
What do you dislike? The management of users from one group to another could be improved. the way to create a training session: you can modified your settings before the end of the session, so you have to close the session, modify the setting you want, and recreate a new session.

What do you like best? Getting started is simple and the platform has a truly documented knowledge base that answers many usability questions (and if it doesn't the experts on the support team are always available to help quickly.) This LMS has functionalities for deploying training in environments with complex architectures, offers very fine statistics on the follow-up of learners and proposes a collaborative learning philosophy that is very much appreciated by learners.
What do you dislike? The LMS could offer new native gamification modalities to make learning even more interactive. A small negative note on the cumbersome process of duplicating courses and programs.

What do you like best? Our organization trains large groups of staff in the summer, before the launch of the school year. Historically, when staff were hired after we hosted the trainings, there wasn't a mechanism for catching those folks up. Thanks to 360 Learning a staff who starts any time - on the first day of summer PD, the first day of school, or even the 60th day of school - can get caught up on all our essential trainings!
What do you dislike? There are a few more rigid features that sometimes trip up our less experienced authors, coaches, and instructors. For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on! We've learned most of the features now - and have increased training/support for folks - but they tripped us up a lot at the start!

What do you like best? I like the interface a lot, but definitely, the help we are getting from the 360learning is the strongest argument in favor of the brand. And obviously, we chose it because the functional coverage is very wide.
What do you dislike? Probably the language management for end users, it is not awful, but it can be improved.

What do you like best? The onboarding of the tool (being a company that did not have a previous LMS) was very easy, it is user-friendly and we've had good feedback from our users so far! The teams have been great, support is efficient and fast to answer queries. I would definitely recommend using it.
What do you dislike? So far, we've had very few difficulties with it. It took some time to learn the "language" and architecture (groups, paths, etc...) but their e-learning was really impressive and helped us to learn it fast!

What do you like best? What we appreciate the most is the ease of use of the platform for the trainer but also for the learner. The back office and module creation is simple and this makes the organization of our content fast and efficient. The learner also has no worries and quickly finds the content he is looking for.
What do you dislike? If we have to give a negative point we can say that the smartphone version is better designed and easier to use for the learner than the computer version. The majority of our learners use the computer version.

What do you like best? 360Learning is the simplest, visually appealing, agile, and highly interactive learning management system. It is my favorite because of its simplicity and user-friendly interface. In a remote-first workplace, I can create courses using different types of activities, questions, and videos, or even upload documents or share them from any other online platforms I found 360Learning's best among hundreds of available solutions and it is exceptional among the ones I have tried before.
What do you dislike? Like any other learning platform there are a few things to improve but nothing significant, I appreciate their support team and their timely manner response. I like the way that they are open to feedback.

What do you like best? Paths and the content editor are very clever and fast to use. We also use find that groups are usefull to get clients segmented in their own platform.

What do you like best? Since we've implemented 360Learning for onboarding and role mastery, we've seen an increase in the NPS for each program. Our learners are actively contributing to the discussion in the forum, and managers have more insight into their teams' performance which enables us to identify knowledge gaps. The UI is intuitive for both admins and learners, and the 360Learning team takes our feedback seriously and makes us feel like true partners of the platform. I'm so happy we chose 360Learning!
What do you dislike? There are so many notifications and not enough control around who receives what. This leads to a messy inbox which makes it difficult to manage what you do need to address. The level of customization in authoring tools could be increased. We use emails within programs and with more customization in the 360Learning email templates, we could sunset other tools we currently use to share beautiful emails that have embedded URLs, files, etc. while a learner is participating in a program.

What do you like best? I find Looop incredibly easy to use, it's easy to get going and there are no limits to the possibilities it has. The support team is also quick to reply and assist. The structure really helps to break our material down into smaller pieces that are easy to distribute and go through.
What do you dislike? There is a little bit of a learning curve to using Looop, mostly getting in to the language and structure.

What do you like best? As a small L&D team I feel empowered now to reach more people globally with better content that is totally tailored to my business. Mike and Kathryn have patiently taught me how to become an expert on Looop, right from the look at feel of the platform, to managing complex external training events. Nothing I have asked has been too much trouble, and their support in setting up our LMS means I can now transform how our business learns and how we measure impact.
What do you dislike? Is been a steep learning curve for me, I have had to invest a lot of time into it. However, it's not a negative as I think it will more than pay off. For other users the learning curve has been much gentler, and the key content generators in the business have been able to author content with very little input as the platform is so intuitive.

What do you like best? Honestly, EVERYTHING! The UI is clean and intuitive, content creation is fast and easy, and access to analytics is AMAZING. If I had to choose, my absolute favorite feature would have to be campaigns - creating custom slack messages and emails that are triggered and sent to users within a group, who meet a specific criteria, has been a game changer. Looop's client services team is also one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to work with - they are super friendly and quick to respond.
What do you dislike? Nothing! There is not a single thing that I dislike about Looop. Looop is constantly engaging their client base for feedback and they are always improving. They even host monthly knowledge shares for Looop users to learn from each other.

What do you like best? Of all the review points, this is hardest. Looop has so many outstanding features. From the help/chat function to the usability for our learners. It simply does what any L&D professional has wanted to do for so long. It stops knowledge being hidden in endless courses, positions knowledge in the way people need it, when they need it and finally moves L&D out of the shadows of ambiguity by providing analytics and insights into how the platform and resources are being accessed and applied.
What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. Looop have an iterative approach to the platform so are always looking for ideas to innovate and make it better. At a push, maybe Google Spaces integration would make a small improvement.

What do you like best? The campaigns are excellent. Once you've completed the hard graft of setting them up you can take people through an entire program at the click of the button, including reminder emails to the learner and their manager.
What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike about Looop. Some greater functionality in terms of customisation would be a bonus, but I'm aware there are plans to introduce this in the future so that will tick all the boxes.

What do you like best? It's user-friendly. The UI is simple and intuitive, which helps my learners in the business log in and learn immediately, vs. having to navigate complex tech, which often becomes a barrier to usage.
What do you dislike? I liked all of the product -- there were a few small things that I'd like to see built around optionality for quizzes and such, but the team immediately listened to some suggestions I had and were open to building. Overall highly recommend Looop.

What do you like best? 360Learning offers a fun and easy-to-use learning solution. Learners appreciate the diversity of the courses and their design, as well as the exchange forum to ask questions about the modules. As for the creation of modules, it is very simple and collaborative. It allows to include a large number of animations which is very appreciable. The platform also facilitates teamwork through its project management tools, and numerous statistics are available to analyze the quality of the training.
What do you dislike? Many updates are underway on the platform, which may lose some users. But as an administrator, we receive very complete emails to help us understand these changes. Moreover, the new homepage is much more user-friendly.

What do you like best? The technology is great. We're able to use the campaign feature to automate a lot of tasks which would have otherwise been cumbersome and time consuming. Our employees are really engaged in the content and it is improving performance in areas. Not only is the tool great but the level of support and the Looop community are worth paying good money for. You have access to immediate support, L&D experts and an active community of other Looop users to learn from and network with.
What do you dislike? There isn't a lot I dislike but as a young company there have been a few bugs to fix and some of the integrations have taken longer than expected but none of this really impacts my positive view of the tech or the company.

What do you like best? Customer support is #1. Looop support is always available no matter when I reach out to them. The Looop community is a bonus to connect with other admins. The platform is also SO easy to set up, and easy for the end user to use. "Looop" is now regularly referenced by everyone in my company, and our brand partners.
What do you dislike? I'm hard pressed for things that I do not like. The entire Looop team is open to suggestions and requests from the Looop community. The platform is packed with useful tools and insights. I do not anything I can say I dislike about Looop

What do you like best? How you are able to create resources that directly answer questions people are searching for. This allows users to get answers to questions that matter to them most very quickly. This saves a lot of time (for the user) in searching for information as oppose to trawling through lengthy eLearning courses. Equally this saves time (for the L&D team) and a whole lot of money in creating courses.
What do you dislike? There are a few features and improvements that I would love to see, however these are well covered by Looops roadmap of ongoing development. The features I would like to see will be on the platform within the next 3-12 months. I like how Looop provide a transparent view of their roadmap.

What do you like best? I love the unique features. The campaign piece is super critical and getting to the best ways to communicate with our dispersed team on learning activities.

What do you like best? LOOOP is a system built with both the end user and administrator in mind making it inviting and incredibly easy to use. Perhaps it's best feature is the campaign function enabling automated messaging an resources to be sent to those who need them most and at exactly the right time without the need for any administrative involvement.
What do you dislike? Not so much as dislike but it would be good to perhaps have more recourse design functionality.

What do you like best? We have found Looop to be an easy and intuitive tool to use. Many new users pick it up straight away and have none/very few issues using it. It has been great to further engagement and communication across the business and we have received full support from Mike at Looop through all stages of implementation.
What do you dislike? It can be slightly fiddly to add in images to a resource, would be great to have more freedom to move them around but that is a very minor issue.

What do you like best? Information can be shared in a varierty of ways including text, illustrations, videos and external links. The set up of Looop helps to breakdown learning material into bite size portions that are available on demand.
What do you dislike? There might already be the functionality to do this that I haven't got to yet, but I would like to be able to create diagrams in Looop in addition to inserting images.

What do you like best? Our organisation uses Looop primarily as a communications tool, rather than a learning and development tool. It’s been extremely useful as an internal communications platform and employee intranet. What do you like best? The ability to have people throughout the organization contribute to the creation and deployment of content is so helpful in getting content to employees that is most meaningful for them. Also, the tools the platform has internally to be able to create and evaluate an engaging learning experience for the end-user are unmatched to other LMS I have used before. The support team acts as a trusted partner from the moment you open up the conversation with launching the platform.
What do you dislike? Let me be clear- I LOVE using 360 Learning as our platform. The one note I have here is that you have to be pretty strategic about the shell you put required learning in (program or path) depending on the intent of the learning content.

What do you like best? I think it's very simple to use, and can be engaging as you want it to be to your learners. The commenting functions within the training, and the available quiz options built in, are very nice.
What do you dislike? The reporting leaves a lot to be desired (like scheduling, overall grades, averages, etc). Also, the recent UI changes make it easier to navigate for learners, but more difficult for Administrators (it's difficult to get to admin panels).

What do you like best? I absolutely love how easy Looop is to use. It's allowed us to get creative with the on boarding and the learning process for our teams, including fun ways to engage our teams across the sites, provide just in time learning and share experiences.
What do you dislike? Looop is continuously developing (which I love) and the areas that I would love to see improved are already in motion... such as the ability to add more branding elements.

What do you like best? The intuitive user interface for the end user. The ability to build effective campaigns to launch training and report on who has read emails sent out. The reporting analytics. The amazing team at Looop, their support and assistance for any issue is first class, always on hand to help.
What do you dislike? I wish the reporting functionality allowed for SCORM, it limits the use of building SCORM eLearning modules when you can only report on start and completion.

What do you like best? The variety of assessment tools when building courses is unmatched by any other provider! Also, the number of different ways to present and deploy the content (course catalogue, learning paths, program sessions, etc...) gives added flexibility when creating a curriculum.
What do you dislike? There were some glitches in the beginning but everything gets more efficient and streamlined with each update.

What do you like best? 360Learning is easy to use for learners of all skill levels, as well as training authors and admins.
What do you dislike? No complaints about 360Learning! We would like to be able to disable the fast forward feature on some videos (in the case of mandatory trainings). From an admin perspective, we would like to be able to edit learner's profiles to some extent (approve/update their profile photos in particular).

What do you like best? Ease of use on a daily basis. This is really an asset when you have a large cohort of authors who do not spend all their days on the platform. The dynamic platform with a modern interface. It adapts to all generations, some will find the social aspect, others a simplicity of navigation!
What do you dislike? Some small missing features compared to competitors, which can be compensated for by external tools/websites (but which limit control over content)

What do you like best? The ease in which you can create learning and publish it quickly. You can add learning in to campaigns to support engagement which saves time doing this by other means.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility Looop provides. My favorite component is that everything is setup as a resource initially, and then each resource can be repurposed in a variety of ways to facilitate learning. I especially love the Bongo video integration.
What do you dislike? As an administrator, making organizational changes can be a bit cumbersome. Having a drag and drop option rather than using the arrows may make the process quicker.

What do you like best? I appreciated the extremely comprehensive onboarding process, particularly useful as I had no prior knowledge of using an LMS. The consistent support from our client success manager was invaluable to the success of our product launch - we couldn't have done it without her! The engagement academy and access to support services meant I could get my questions answered quickly.
What do you dislike? The social features make up a big part of the offering from 360 but were not particularly relevant for our audience or the product we were creating.

What do you like best? The Looop platform does not approach learning as something employees come to, rather it is something that must go to employees. Utilizing the platform has really required us to rethink our efforts and really determine what will have the most impact. Ultimately, we have started to really ask ourselves what are we looking to accomplish and what does each person need know. The Looop platform has profoundly aided us in simplifying our question to what does a particular employee need to know.
What do you dislike? Looop is still a platform that is being developed and built out. While functionality is being built and created at a rapid pace, there are a couple of system functionality that would be useful to have sooner rather than later. That being said, the Looop development team is highly responsive and open to ideas from users.

What do you like best? Looop was super easy to get started with, we booked a same-day demo and within two weeks of the demo we were fully set up & using Looop daily, with the first big step of our content uploaded & already being used by our team. The feedback options that Looop provides for users give the admins great insight and visibility into how the platform & the contents in the platform are being used, which is a significant part of why we choose Looop for the onboarding project.
What do you dislike? We haven't encountered any issues with the platform based on our usage so far, and no negatives to report at all.

What do you like best? We love Looop. It's “disruptively different.” They make the tools you’ll actually need and will actually use. I never feel like I’m fighting a system to make it work, it’s both intuitive and deep. - light and simple - deep - Search is incredibly fast - marketing savvy and the campaign tool is remarkable - Looop’s content editor is SO GOOD - Bongo integration adds interactive video component - looks great - incredible support - excellent user community
What do you dislike? There is very little I don't like about Looop. Perhaps I don't like that we didn't find it earlier, because it's radically shifted how we develop our teams.

What do you like best? It is easy to create new courses and programs and publish them quickly. I appreciate that they are always improving the platform and their client services team is very responsive.
What do you dislike? If I haven't been in the system for a few days it takes me some time to reintegrate into it. While I appreciate their updates there are times that the updates change how our users use the platform. We end up needing to provide additional training to our end users on the updates.

What do you like best? The campaigns tool give you full control of how to reach and interact with users which is simply not possible with traditional LMS. The way of storing resources in your own custom workspaces expands looop from being a traditional LMS to operating as an intranet and internal comms platform leading to higher engagement across all resources. There are a constant series of updates and integrations, driven by direct feedback from the community. There is always something new and exciting.
What do you dislike? The reporting suite is functional however requires additional development to make it easier to use when exporting to CSV. These changes are however due soon :)

What do you like best? This software is easy to use. Our company currently has just under 200 team members and as we grow we needed a way to get training out to our geographically dispersed teams quickly and efficiently. 360 is going to allow us to do just that. This platform was so attractive to us because it is easy enough for someone without a formal background in learning and development to create really effective training with just a few simple instructions.
What do you dislike? I like everything about the platform and am excited about the upgrades that are getting rolled out! The only thing I hope can be made available in future upgrades would be the ability to show multiple quiz questions on the same page.

What do you like best? 360Learning is extremely easy to use, with excellent technical support. Our support advisor has been great to work with - very responsive and helpful. He's gone above and beyond, and answered all of my questions (and there have been plenty!). There are great webinars and resources provided, which helped me learn the platform and how to better optimize learning. I also love the ability to utilize other interactive platforms and tools, and nest them into the 360Learning courses.
What do you dislike? The only gap I can see, is that the collaboration aspect of the platform could be enhanced. The platform allows learners to ask questions and comment or "react" to courses and information, which is great. I only wish this collaborative element could be enhanced to allow learners to create threads on topics relevant to their practice, and collaborate with peers further in this regard.

What do you like best? The ease-of-use of the platform makes the process of getting authors ready to create content and share it with stakeholders quick and easy. The different options available in building courses helps keep learners engaged, and the customer support is high-touch and responsive.
What do you dislike? Some statistics can be difficult to pull, and some of the set up of programs and courses can be a bit restrictive, i.e. not allowing admins to directly assign a course to a user, it must first be put in a program and then the program assigned.

What do you like best? All of the support from staff is extremely helpful when my team has questions. Things can be a bit confusing when you begin working, but now that I know my way around the system I feel like it has all of my needs for an LMS. Our team has created course work quickly and 360 has helped us deliver content in effective ways for our participants. These courses have also allowed our clients to revisit material that they might have forgotten once their program is completed.
What do you dislike? When I cannot figure something out I have to submit a help ticket and wait for them to respond instead of getting “real time” answers for a chat. Sometimes this can slow down the process of creating new content courses or trainings.

What do you like best? Simplicity. It doesn't take long to understand how to create trainings. You can get in, create your content, assign it, and get back to your other responsibilities.
What do you dislike? No Active Directory/Azure AD integration built in, must pay extra fee for custom integration (we ended up doing it ourselves), but would be great to see this as a built in feature down the road, especially with Azure AD.

What do you like best? I like the way to implement courses and build program templates, it's really easy to do. What is also interesting is the social dimension of 360Learning. Users can easily react to the content through emoji and give feedback.
What do you dislike? 360Learning could implement more varied tools to build courses, but the ones already implemented are very good.

What do you like best? 360Learning is really easy to use. Our team started creating their trainings within a few days. Right now we already managed to add : our onboarding, some basic training courses, internal demos and training for our sales team
What do you dislike? I would love to see even more gamification into 360Learning. But after a year of use, I'm far from using all its potential.

What do you like best? My favorite features are creating resources (simple, fast, and flexible), campaigns (powerful yet simple communication), user insights (simple survey feature with multiple question types), and analytics (simple visuals with the option to export more detailed data).
What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything, as Looop is very open to our suggestions for improvements and new features. They listen to users and work to incorporate feedback into their development plans, If we request something that is not likely to get prioritized soon, they are transparent and let us know, We appreciate that.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use - easy to load resources from an administrator's point of view and easy to navigate the site from a user point of view. The support I have received from Mike and Sarah has been useful and prompt. I love the simple, real-time and relevant " does what it says" on the tin approach to learning that I can develop through Looop
What do you dislike? Because I am a "one man band" L&D manager, on 3 days a week - time is very precious. So I would love more pre written content that I can just pop into the site.

What do you like best? The approach of 'resources not courses' really drove our desire to integrate Looop into our L&D offering. For Learning to be truly continuous we need to fit with our team's lives, not the other way round. Access to the actual info they need, in a online digital format that they can get to from anywhere, including on their phone in the middle of a field, is perfect for us!
What do you dislike? There aren't things we don't like as much as things that will only improve Looop's functionality. The main one for us at the moment is anonymity in the user insights, although this is on its way.

What do you like best? After looking at multiple systems and finding that none of them lived up to the expectations or requirements we wanted for our LMS platform, Looop came to save the day. With its many capabilities of slide decks, page view, video assessment, campaigns, emails, reporting and so much more, this platform has it all. I have found setting up the platform surprisingly easy and had how to guides and the Looop community behind me all the way with the support of Mike on intercom and via weekly calls.
What do you dislike? That I didn't find out about Looop sooner! This platform has it all and I do not have a bad word to say about the platform or its support.

What do you like best? Several activities are directly integrated in 360Learning which allowed various and pedagogical content. The platform is user-friendly for all and the support team is always reactive and efficient.
What do you dislike? It could be great to have the ability to more personalize the platform (font, colors, etc), and to have the ability to stock documents.

What do you like best? The usability. Very user friendly and the interface is up to date. We switched from a much more cumbersome software and all of our team members have given great feedback regarding Looop.
What do you dislike? I don't really have much criticism for Looop. The only concern I initially had was that it was a fairly new system when we started but every update there are new and better features that make using it better and better.

What do you like best? Looop saves me time. The automated follow-up and reporting capabilities are far superior to our previous platform.

What do you like best? Looop has really changed the way we do training. We can upload training videos, documents, quizzes and the list goes on. I love that we can pull reports to determine where our employees need help, which really shows gaps and training requirements. It is so easy to use, and with a lot of our company working remotely now, it has been great!!
What do you dislike? With Looop, there's not a lot that I don' t like, if I'm honest. If I had to pick something, it would be creating a way that it would show all of the resources straight away, instead of having to press it if there is a lot in that workspace.

What do you like best? The user friendly approach it adopts in using the platform. It's intuiative and focussed on making it easy to use for learners and therefore takes away any boundaries in learning.

What do you like best? Looop's user interface is built in a way that a modern learning platform should be – simple and intuitive. Combine this with a powerful search function, and it's easy for people to find the information or help they need, at the moment they need it. The platform requires no instruction on how to use it as a learner, meaning the workplace tech experience is catching up to what people are used to outside of work.
What do you dislike? More of a "it would be nice to have" than a dislike – When building resources within Looop, it would be useful to have the ability to preview content with varying screen sizes whilst using a desktop. This would help make sure learners have a seamless experience on all devices.

What do you like best? I LOVE the data driven approach to Looop. The campaigns allow you to interact with your learners on an ongoing basis and curate an amazing learning experience. The interface is very intuitive and I found it easy to design great content. Our learners were also very happy, which is what it's all about.
What do you dislike? I really can't find any faults. It's a great product. Wish I started using it sooner. It's transformed how I approach learning.

What do you like best? It's extremely accessible as both a platform for delivering resources and for accessing. The pathway and campaign functions allow me to provide full programmes for attendees in a very easy way and the analytics help me target people more specifically.
What do you dislike? Some of the functionality for adding to a workspace is a little bit basic. It's often easiest to create content outside Looop and then copy it in.

What do you like best? The campaign features allows us to achieve a high degree of personalization and individualization, which was one of the biggest reasons for us to choose Looop. The usability is outstanding and they are constantly evolving and optimizing the platform.
What do you dislike? The integration of more different media formats e.g. with iframe integration could be improved and some minor usability fixes like e.g. a drag and drop for building pathways. But overall the usability is really easy and these are minor things to be fixed.

What do you like best? Most importantly we do not need training to use the system. It is extremely user friendly. You can create and assign trainings very quickly. Campaigns support to organize development programs (e.g. for new leaders and a mentoring program). Very most I like to see how the software constantly gets better.
What do you dislike? There could be more reporting options. We are waiting for the implementation of some features (e.g. waiting list for events). Also, the quizzing options and reporting on quizzes are limited.

What do you like best? I love that I can choose my own logo for the platform, customise the colour and also choose my company font. I love the campaign feature as it means I don't have to worry about remembering to send emails as its all done for me. The new pathway feature is great as it means I can pull key resources into a pathway and track the analytics easily.
What do you dislike? there is nothing I do not like. Looop enables me to complete my job to its full potential and be super successful.

What do you like best? Looop have been a great partner to ASOS. They've worked with us very closely to create our learning environments and constantly ask for feedback for new features that could be included in the platform. I honestly don't know if learning would be the same at ASOS without Looop.
What do you dislike? What's not to like? As mentioned if there are any bugs or even better ifs, Looop are always happy to add to the backlog.

What do you like best? Working in the L&D team for the past 18 months, I've seen a huge shift in the business towards this platform. It's simple and easy to use, anyone can be trained up and it's a great way to have our resources together. Our account manager, Rachel, is always on hand to help us, and they are constantly listening to feedback and evolving the platform with their clients.
What do you dislike? Not being able to categorise the home page makes it look a bit messy. Also, the manual labour required to make sure users are updated regularly is tiresome but I know they're working on this.

What do you like best? As a user, it is a clean, modern system that is incredibly easy to navigate. As an admin, it's easy to use and manage with very little fuss or hassle.
What do you dislike? Looop is new to SCORM so we have had some minor teething issues as we use SCORM, but 9/10 times it's not been due to looop and yet they have supported with a solution anyway.

What do you like best? As a business that grows and changes rapidly and wanted a digital learning solution that supported people with learning resources, when they need them; and to deliver key learning and messages in manageable chunks instead of 'online courses'. It's early days for us but we have immediately seen increased engagement in our induction process and we're able to get consistent, on brand messages out to everyone who joins us using the campaigns function to automate the process.
What do you dislike? There are minor improvements that could be made which the Looop team are receptive to hear our thoughts on and quick to fix any small issues we've had.

What do you like best? Looop is a contemporary performance platform that allows learners to easily access great support resources when they need it during the workflow. The mobile app is great for those who don't always have access to a desk top. The analytics is insightful and creating content is a breeze. The functionality is slick and the customer service is the best I've had from a vendor. Engagement issues are a thing of the past. The best bit? - the price!
What do you dislike? For us the events management function is a little basic but you aren't buying Looop to manage your classroom based events, you're buying Looop to create and deliver great resources to your people.

What do you like best? The best thing for me is how easy it is to use for users and for administrators as well. Content creation is basically like working on a word document. It saves me a lot of time of delivering content and helped massively with capturing, embedding and keeping alive best practices in the business. It also allows me to spend face-to-face time with learners with doing activities and providing performance coaching. This is incredibly valuable to the business.
What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. There are certain functions that are requested that are already under development, which shows me how much potential this product has and I like it that they design it with the end user in mind.

What do you like best? The approachability of everyone - no matter how small the query, you are guaranteed to get a fast, helpful response and are not made to feel that you are wasting their time. Communicating with more people than we would be able to get in one room for a workshop, and allowing learners to learn when they have the time, rather than choosing the time and date and forcing them to sit in a room together.
What do you dislike? Currently that we are unable to use our company font, but we have been told that this will soon be rectified!
