What do you like best? I've been using Asana for the past 8 years now on a daily basis, and it's amazing how much the system has evolved through these times. From simple tasks all the way to over-complicated projects, the tool gives you all you need to accomplish them.
What do you dislike? I haven't made much use of its newer features such as agents etc., so I can't comment much on that..

Asana keeps our training projects from becoming a giant group chat

What do you like best? We started using Asana when "I'll send it later" became a little too common in our team 😅 For training projects there are always a million small pieces: scripts, visuals, course edits, reviews, approvals. Having an actual task for each step makes a huge difference. I can open the project in the morning and immediately see what's done, what's late and what needs me. Way better than chasing people in chat.
What do you dislike? Setting up a new project properly takes some time. If you rush it, you can easily end up with way too many tasks and notifications. Once the structure is right though, it's pretty smooth.

Asana became the place where unfinished ideas finally got finished

What do you like best? I have a bad habit of starting things and forgetting about them a week later. Asana actually helped with that. Seeing everything in one place made it much harder to lose track of work. I also liked that I didn't have to remember every deadline because the reminders did that for me. It feels less like managing tasks and more like clearing your head.
What do you dislike? I still think there are a few features hidden deeper than they need to be. Every now and then I catch myself clicking around looking for a setting I know exists.

Asana is a clear way to assign tasks and track progress in learning projects

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to assign tasks and see who is doing what. You can set deadlines, add comments and keep everything in one place. For learning projects or training tasks it works really well. It helps keep things structured without too much chaos.
What do you dislike? At first it takes a bit of time to understand all the views and options. Also for very simple tasks it can feel like a bit too much.

Powerful for structured projects but feels heavy for everyday use

What do you like best? Asana gives good visibility over tasks and deadlines. You can clearly assign responsibilities and track progress across projects. Timeline view and task dependencies are useful when working on bigger initiatives. For structured teams it brings order.
What do you dislike? For daily work it felt too complex. There are many sections, views and settings, and it takes time to configure everything properly. For smaller teams or simple workflows it can feel like too much. I eventually moved to something lighter.

Asana is a structured project tool that helps organize tasks clearly but takes time to master

What do you like best? Asana is very structured. Tasks, deadlines, dependencies, everything is clearly organised. It’s easy to see who is responsible for what and track progress. For teams that need visibility and control, it works really well. The interface feels cleaner compared to some other tools.
What do you dislike? At the beginning it feels a bit overwhelming. There are many views and settings, and new users may need time to understand workflows. Also advanced features are locked behind paid plans. It’s powerful, but not the simplest option.

What do you like best? Portfolios, Hidden Projects, dependencies as well as all the important integrations with Slack, Zoom, etc. The UI/UX really stands out and makes you want to use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike? From a pricing perspective, Asana ain't one of the cheapest options in the market, but certainly stands out from their competitors with their various well-integrated features.
