What do you like best? I like how easy it is to assign tasks and see who is doing what. You can set deadlines, add comments and keep everything in one place. For learning projects or training tasks it works really well. It helps keep things structured without too much chaos.

What do you dislike? At first it takes a bit of time to understand all the views and options. Also for very simple tasks it can feel like a bit too much.

What do you like best? Asana gives good visibility over tasks and deadlines. You can clearly assign responsibilities and track progress across projects. Timeline view and task dependencies are useful when working on bigger initiatives. For structured teams it brings order.

What do you dislike? For daily work it felt too complex. There are many sections, views and settings, and it takes time to configure everything properly. For smaller teams or simple workflows it can feel like too much. I eventually moved to something lighter.

What do you like best? Asana is very structured. Tasks, deadlines, dependencies, everything is clearly organised. It’s easy to see who is responsible for what and track progress. For teams that need visibility and control, it works really well. The interface feels cleaner compared to some other tools.

What do you dislike? At the beginning it feels a bit overwhelming. There are many views and settings, and new users may need time to understand workflows. Also advanced features are locked behind paid plans. It’s powerful, but not the simplest option.

What do you like best? Portfolios, Hidden Projects, dependencies as well as all the important integrations with Slack, Zoom, etc. The UI/UX really stands out and makes you want to use it on a daily basis.

What do you dislike? From a pricing perspective, Asana ain't one of the cheapest options in the market, but certainly stands out from their competitors with their various well-integrated features.
