What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is relatively easy to administer and that support is available if I need it.
What do you dislike?
There are lots of courses (a Benefit), but there are that it takes me some time to find exactly what I am looking for (not really a negative).
BizLibrary has amazing content and great customer service. It has full filled our LMS needs!

What do you like best?
The variety of content is amazing! The system is very easy to use and we are able to upload our own content. The record keeping has been accurate and easy for our administration and supervisor to access. The customer service we receive from BizLibrary has been outstanding.
What do you dislike?
At first the amount of content seems SO overwhelming, however, once we worked with Alyse, our customer service representative, see worked with us to use the filters and it has become so much easier to find what we need and at a quicker speed.
Biz Library has what Training teams look for - simplicity of use and wide variety of content.

I like the format of the learning - short, topic specific learning - and variety of courses offered.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an easier integration with other systems that allowed for a single sign-on option .
