What do you like best? 9.1 is a mature product so it has all the features of a standard LMS, it's not overly glitchy, there's lots of support available.
What do you dislike? Social learning needs to be more integrated. It could definitely improve on look and feel. The new version, Ultra, is trying to do this, but the product is not mature enough yet to have all the features and work without glitches.

What do you like best? flexibility in connectivity and collaboration, anytime, anywhere.
What do you dislike? not much, but it takes time to practice and put to full use all the available features. in most cases, i barely use it at optimum

What do you like best? The flexibility and various components available.
What do you dislike? I've used various LMS and they all do the same thing. Blackboard seems to do think I like to do the easiest. All LMS take learning and I find that the Blackboard online resources abundant and useful.

What do you like best? Many opportunities for assessment and collecting data on student progress. Many customization features. Integrates with Banner ERP
What do you dislike? Change from Crocodoc to Box loses critical instructor feedback options for students. No drag and drop option for adding content. No integration with Google calendar. Mobile app is more frustrating than useful. No embedded voice or media feedback. Sales/contracts service is slow.
