What do you like best? The feedback we're getting for BlueVolt from our users is very good. Most of them find it pretty straightforward. Also, if I'm not able to answer any questions, BlueVolt is always there to support me. We've worked closely many times to troubleshoot things quickly. It's been an amazing system for our courses so far.
What do you dislike? This won't sound new to you, but there's a bit of a learning curve, especially for someone who hasn't used an LMS before (like me). Truth be told, though, the BlueVolt team helped me out consistently and in a very friendly manner. I also get tips on how to do things through links to resources.

Blue volt is an overall great product. The implementation was very smooth

What do you like best? Regarding the user interface, from the admin side, it was a game-changer for our L&D team. I love that we were able to customize our interface. That way, we managed to make it match our brand. Go for it if you want a mobile-friendly solution. BlueVolt is super user-friendly and offers seamless mobile access.
What do you dislike? This is such a great tool! I like how the system focuses on content. In our company, we have different departments around the globe where some employees work in central offices and others in the field. Because of this, it was hard to filter each employee. Thankfully their support helped us out and made the system work for us the way we wanted!

What do you like best? This software is extremely user-friendly. I'd say that most of its functions are easy to activate. Also, it offers plenty of customization so you can make it suit your company's needs. At first, it might be a bit overwhelming, though, especially if you haven't used such a tool before. The team at BlueVolt is outstanding! They answered any questions speedily and made sure to collab and help us design our own online university.
What do you dislike? Truly, I don't have much negative to write about this software. Whenever we needed something extra, they were open to suggestions and requests. Overall, I recommend BlueVolt for its ease of use and customer service. Go ahead and try it; it's a wise investment.

Great assistance for our virtual learning. So far, the whole experience has been remarkable.

What do you like best? Just an example of how easy it is, I'd like to note that without having used an LMS before, my department managed to complete 30 live webinars in 20 days with over 120 customers on average on each one. We consider it a huge success because our industry is known to be a bit conservative. Nonetheless, everyone seemed to be very engaged with the sessions via BlueVolt.
What do you dislike? One addition I'd like to see is adding a feature where admins can send emails to all enrolled or non-enrolled users. It'll make the process even faster. We seemed to have some issue with that because of the inconsistency of whether the system generated initial login instructions when bulk loading. However, I count on their support to improve this.

This LMS meets our needs by far. I love how it allows for lots of customized features.

What do you like best? What I like most is that the system has growing functionality. So, by utilizing that we can upload, manage, and report courses easily. Training Tracks is one of my favorite features, mostly because it allows us to make course accessibility much easier for the end user.
What do you dislike? Overall it's a great tool, so there's not much to complain about. The only thing I've noticed is that is plays better with Articulate rather than with Captivate. However, that doesn't keep us from posting both kinds of courses online. I recommend it to those who need a dependable platform with a lot of value.
