What do you like best?
ClearCompany provided us with a full spectrum of HR tools to facilitate everything from applicant tracking to performance reviews. Tracking candidate pipelines, automating reminders, and evaluating performance all in one place has made our HR more efficient. Leadership also welcomed the real-time dashboards and reports that help plan its strategy. This makes it clearer for our employees to understand the overall goals and the progress that can boost engagement.
What do you dislike?
Mobile experience is functional, but the interface could use an updated design and be more user-focused. Many of our employees thought navigation was more intuitive on larger screens than smaller ones. Expanding the mobile features as they are available with the desktop version would help drive adoption among our field staff.

What do you like best?
ClearCompany excels at connecting performance management with our organizational goals. It connects specific goals to higher-level organizational needs and visibility, assisting with alignment. It is transparent, and our employees like that. Our managers are also way more involved in coaching conversations. Plus, the various options for continuous feedback work wonders to keep our teams engaged throughout the year
What do you dislike?
The user interface is mostly clean, but we noticed some areas, such as the performance dashboard, could be more engaging. A modern visual style with customisable widgets can improve usability. Our team has also noticed occasional system slowdowns during peak usage periods.

ClearCompany has transformed the way our HR team works. The platform unifies recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and engagement tools under a single system, eliminating the need to coordinate between many providers. The platform provides an easy applicant tracking system to manage our candidates and collaborate between departments. The reporting and analytics features offer actionable insights, helping us make better talent decisions.
What do you dislike?
While the platform is comprehensive, the functionality can initially feel overwhelming. Configuring everything to suit a particular company’s needs is challenging. A few more tutorials or quick-start guides could have helped us get up to speed quickly without raising support tickets now and then.

What do you like best?
ClearCompany has been a useful tool to manage recruiting, onboarding and performance in one platform. The ATS is easy to use and allows our team to stay organized and create actionable insights without managing on a spreadsheet or disconnected tools. They are easy to get job postings in, my candidate pipelines are visible, and collaboration across hiring managers is seamless. The onboarding workflows are a time saver and make new participants experience uniform.
What do you dislike?
Some settings are overly complicated and require time to understand, especially for admins unfamiliar with setting it up. Some portions of the reporting dashboards may seem inflexible and could offer more options for customization. The learning isn’t steep, but more in-app help would make the software faster to adopt for both new users and managers

ClearCompany’s integration with job boards and candidate communication automation is a huge time-saver for our recruiters. This onboarding module gives our new employees all the necessary tools from day one. It reduces paperwork and provides a better first-week experience for new hires. The mobile usability has also improved response times, allowing our managers to preview candidates and provide feedback while on the go.
What do you dislike?
The system has good reporting features, but customization was difficult. To reduce the setup time, it would be helpful if the system had more pre-built report templates for standard HR metrics. Lastly, performance reviews remain a poorly designed one-size-fits-all approach for everyone. We could have benefited from more flexibility in design to suit our different team structures.

What do you like best?
We frequently use their services for customizations, and they are always quick and efficient in answering technical questions or providing custom configurations. Aside from supporting, the platform is also integrated with other HR systems, eliminating duplicate data entry. Customizable hiring workflows to cater to our department's needs are also significant as our organization expands.
What do you dislike?
Some of the integration setup required additional IT support on our side, which slowed down the initial implementation. Also, companies lacking dedicated IT resources would benefit from more self-service integration options. Lastly, the system's advanced features are hard to learn, meaning we needed appropriate training to extract maximum value from the system.

Having everything in one system helps reduce confusion and keeps both managers and employees informed about growth and expectations all year long.
What do you dislike?
While ClearCompany is strong, there are moments when the performance area feels slightly slow. Searching for older review notes can take longer than expected. Some users prefer more visual summaries, and adding those could help teams get insights faster. A few extra filtering options would also help managers sort through records with less effort.

What do you like best?
Using ClearCompany has made it much easier for our managers to track milestones and keep conversations meaningful. The platform encourages steady communication and provides space for helpful notes.
What do you dislike?
Some reporting features could be more flexible so managers can build summaries faster. The layout sometimes makes long lists harder to review without extra clicks. New users may feel a bit lost at first, and clearer tutorials inside the system would help them get comfortable. Once everything is set up, the experience becomes easier, but the start can take time.
