What do you like best? ClearCompany provided us with a full spectrum of HR tools to facilitate everything from applicant tracking to performance reviews. Tracking candidate pipelines, automating reminders, and evaluating performance all in one place has made our HR more efficient. Leadership also welcomed the real-time dashboards and reports that help plan its strategy. This makes it clearer for our employees to understand the overall goals and the progress that can boost engagement.
What do you dislike? Mobile experience is functional, but the interface could use an updated design and be more user-focused. Many of our employees thought navigation was more intuitive on larger screens than smaller ones. Expanding the mobile features as they are available with the desktop version would help drive adoption among our field staff.

What do you like best? ClearCompany has been a useful tool to manage recruiting, onboarding and performance in one platform. The ATS is easy to use and allows our team to stay organized and create actionable insights without managing on a spreadsheet or disconnected tools. They are easy to get job postings in, my candidate pipelines are visible, and collaboration across hiring managers is seamless. The onboarding workflows are a time saver and make new participants experience uniform.
What do you dislike? Some settings are overly complicated and require time to understand, especially for admins unfamiliar with setting it up. Some portions of the reporting dashboards may seem inflexible and could offer more options for customization. The learning isn’t steep, but more in-app help would make the software faster to adopt for both new users and managers

The mobile usability has also improved response times, allowing our managers to preview candidates and provide feedback while on the go.
What do you dislike? The system has good reporting features, but customization was difficult. To reduce the setup time, it would be helpful if the system had more pre-built report templates for standard HR metrics. Lastly, performance reviews remain a poorly designed one-size-fits-all approach for everyone. We could have benefited from more flexibility in design to suit our different team structures.

What do you like best? ClearCompany does very good job of integrating recruiting, onboarding and performance management into one system. Our HR loves having all of it in one place, instead of trying to manage several tools. The applicant tracking is seamless and the correspondences with applicants are professional and organized. Performance management features have changed for the better in the past few years. It also integrates well with others HR systems and lessens the need for manual input of data.
What do you dislike? Some parts of the interface could be more modern and streamlined, particularly within the performance review sections. Custom reports sometimes require extra steps to get exactly what we want. Occasional system lag appears during peak usage, though it’s usually short-lived. More customization options for workflows would make the platform even more adaptable for companies with unique HR processes.

What do you like best? Our experience has been very positive so far. The implementation process has been smooth. The ATS is highly customizable. One standout feature is the interview invitation tool, which integrates seamlessly with Outlook — instead of spending hours coordinating interviews over the phone, the system now handles it for me. I also love the Scorecard feature, which allows me to send scorecards to the hiring team alongside each application making it easier to narrow down top candidates.
What do you dislike? Since we've only been using ClearCompany for a short time and have only fully implemented the ATS module, I haven’t encountered any major issues yet. If I had to point out one drawback, it would be the additional cost for adding more than three custom forms in the onboarding module. While this is a minor inconvenience, I've found ways to work around it without much trouble.
