What do you like best? The implementation phase ran smoothly and the system was up and running within the lead times that were initially agreed.
What do you dislike? Lack of customer support, poor reporting system, ignorance by our AM who was later replaced by a similarly ignorant AM.

CSOD is a complex lms, able to do every training job. It is non-intuitive. The support is terrible.

What do you like best? I like the reporting and easy ILT class setup. I like the self help documentation. It is all you have.
What do you dislike? I dislike the inconsistent use of jargon and language throughout the system.

Bad, bad, bad..No other way to put this without sounding sane

What do you like best? Nothing at all, pricing was so-so, the sales rep was convincing but after that point simply nothing worked for our organization
What do you dislike? Mostly arrogance, yes CSOD is one of the big players, but why not focus only on 500 users organizations when you can't treat a 50-65 userbase adequately?

What do you like best? Well, not much, UI is decent, UX is unbearable and many features that make your life more complicated than it already is.
What do you dislike? Takes much time to get a grasp of it and means you need to put all your work behind and focus on the admin side of things. Support is literally non-existent. It's like they pick the easy to be resolved tickers and the rest piles up. Would stay away

What do you like best? Decent custom reports,
What do you dislike? Updating an existing course for a small thing like a typo is senselessly difficult.

What do you like best? A lot of different functionality.
What do you dislike? Very poor support. System is rigid in some situations, requires to have a lot of workarounds for simple actions.

What do you dislike? Quarterly releases are great in theory, but when the admin role is just part of a person's position, they can seem overwhelming. However, the releases do keep the system moving forward.
