Best solution for institutions as ERP and more than that
What do you like best?
Very easy interface, ease of configuring the application on our own, less technical support required.
What do you dislike?
Marketing can be improved, may be advertisements will hep to reach the industries. More marketing videos will help.

The interface allows for easy administration and management to empower solution and result-driven operations.
What do you dislike?
Slight latency with some operations. I am sure the experts back end have a delivery commitment to this.

Creatrix allows institutions to achieve the transformation they envision & that's a game changer
What do you like best?
I like their user-friendly workflow engine, their rules engine, and analytics engines as these make it easy to configure the system to suit an institution's exact need without needing outside help. I also like how they provide support resources in the platform itself. Creatrix also comes with easy integration with third-party systems which is very handy. The solution is end to end but allows for clients to select specific modules from its package as stand-alone systems to integrate as well.
What do you dislike?
I believe their marketing could be a little better and more visible as they have unicorn potential in this market. Their product is too good to be kept under wraps. I also believe they can improve their website a little as well.
