What do you like best? It has a wide range of functions that tackle situations from learner management, to design and deployment, as well as good analytics.

What do you dislike? The back office interface is absurdly heavy, limited, and non-intuitive. It requires a lot of study and re-study to be able to use its functions and, more often than not, they don't fully answer to the original need, forcing us to adapt the features to what we want.

What do you like best? Many options. It is possible to create very complete and useful courses with communication plans, social aspects, gamification... in several languages. Great!

What do you dislike? On the other hand, it seems sometimes this LMS forgets about training managers/HRs needs. For example, the workspace "Analyze" is not optimised yet. And you have to be an HTML5 expert to be able to create nice emails.

What do you like best? Working with the CrossKnowledge team has always been a pleasure. They are very supportive, responsive and teachable. The system gives me the flexibility to deliver just what is needed to our people to help us achieve our business objectives. The staff is always improving and enhancing the platform with new functionalities that help deliver improved learner engagement, course management and integration.

What do you like best? The content is updated regular, with speakers that are well know in their field. It's an online library on hand and though I would like to have some more search options, it's easy to find what you're looking for.

What do you dislike? The search is not ideal and you have to remind yourself to go to the platform once in a while (though this has nothing to do with the user friendliness of the platform). I find it depends strongly of the internal learning culture whether employees will use it or not.

What do you like best? I love the very modern look and feel from both the admin and user side and especially I love how quickly I was able to support myself, add content, create complex programmes and deliver really engaging content to my audience. The team at CrossKnowledge are all lovely people to deal with, very helpful and always go "above and beyond" when getting you started and then afterwards when you want to try out new features.
