What do you like best? Ease of use, great accessibility features. The Training at the beginning was great and the continued support.

What do you dislike? I would like to see more gamification and animation, but I find that most LMS does not have a lot of this.

What do you like best? The best part about Cypher Learning is the people. The staff are helpful, friendly, and truly care about our experience. Additionally, I have found all staff, from the help desk to our customer rep, to be incredibly responsive. I could also go on and on about the look and usability of the platform, in addition to the various features Cypher keeps rolling out. I have used other (well-known) LMS platforms and this is the best of all of them!

What do you dislike? Our university has partnered with Cypher Learning for years and I have not found anything that I dislike about the company or the platform.

What do you like best? We’ve enjoyed getting Cypher as our LMS! I find that from a learner's perspective it’s particularly pleasing. Most of our users have shared positive feedback. Be it students or trainers there weren’t any issues navigating course content. The variety of useful features and functions is huge plus!

What do you dislike? We’ve seen only but a few glitches, but other than that nothing negative to add. It’s now 6 years we’ve been using this tool and their support team is second to none! They’ve helped solve anything that came up within a couple of hours.

What do you like best? We are using NEO LMS for more than 5 years and we are very happy with it. It is tailored to our institution's mission and goals - "...to provide knowledge through the development and delivery of superior learning systems." Customer service is excellent. They are very responsive to suggestions and customer requests.

What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of because I am always delighted to start my working day with using NEO LMS. It satisfies everything we need and we are utilizing its full potential to deliver the best online learning experience for our students and teachers.

What do you like best? It has a friendly interface that helps administrators and students to work with no problems at all.

What do you dislike? For the beginning it seems a little complicated but day by day you discover all the secrets of the platform.

What do you like best? Usability. I am by no means a computer guy. Using our on-site IT department has never been needed. As well as NEo replies quickly regarding questions or issues.

What do you dislike? I do wish that I could disable the right-click butting while doing assignments. Myself and a colleague have requested it, seems like an easy fix but refer back to the "not a computer guy" They have informed me they will look at it sometime. Honestly, only gripe so far.

What do you like best? The ability to be able to setup the overall course structure & child classes and also enrolling the students via bulk upload method into the child classes allows us to easily manage multiple cohorts seamlessly.

What do you dislike? Unable to edit the subject hierarchy to include my custom subjects.

What do you like best? It is super easy to setup and use.

What do you dislike? I wish it had more test security features. There is no lock down browser functions and not preventing students from copy and pasting within a test.

What do you like best? As a 20 year veteran in elearning initiatives, I have used more LMS solutions than you'd care to remember. Matrix LMS stands out in the current cluttered LMS market as the best value fully featured solution currently available. As a regular on procurement activities with SME companies and vocational training providers, Matrix feature set consistently meets the greatest overall operational needs for a vibrant digital implementation.

What do you like best? The range of integrated features 'out-of-the-box' with Matrix LMS initially attracted us to the solution and we're glad it did! Having experience with a wide range of LMS platforms, Matrix is hands down the best value for money solution for our needs as a fully featured digital learning & social community environment. The high level of support for the solution and ongoing published development roadmap means we can keep our users informed easily & be sure we have future proofing inbuilt.

What do you like best? The entire package is very well designed, the team is responsive for support (sometimes within minutes), and the features are outstanding.

What do you dislike? As a small business owner, the company is pacing themselves out of reach due to the rising costs. Most disappointed over this...even with their smallest package restricts features that pushes a small business owner to have to upgrade or look for a different product. I hope Matrix reconsiders their recent price increase of over $1,200/yr for smaller packages. Due to the rising costs, I am not willing to recommend Matrix to other small business owners.

What do you like best? simplicity of features

What do you dislike? I envy the paid versions, I couldnt get the school to use it as an organization but am happy that they allowed me to use it apart from the official school LMS (Canvass). I only teach part time every Saturdays so I just handle one or two multimedia arts and animation/game design classes.

What do you like best? We use this platform for compliance and for training, we like that we can build our courses and that the UI is responsive (most of the time we are on the road and use it on the phone). Very user-friendly, we recomand it.

What do you like best? I work a lot and can't get to PTA meetings that's why I like that I can keep track of my kid's grades, I can talk to the teachers and I can see if my kid turned his assignment on time. I also like the badge and points awarding system, keeps the kids more engaged into class.
