What do you like best? I love that it is a mobile-friendly platform. Unlike other LMS software, this one focuses solely on the hospitality industry and our challenges. This LMS is certainly feature-rich and has proved to be great for performance management. Our managers get insightful talent quality metrics while having the opportunity to offer industry-leading training content to our employees.
What do you dislike? Unfortunately, we've noticed a stall out regarding the modules. Meaning they take too long to load up in the browser. At least after the transition to HTML5 this doesn't happen so frequently. Also, occasionally we might run into WIFI connectivity problems within our organization. Consequently, this makes it hard to use DiscoverLink when not connected.

What do you like best? Everything is so easy to use and understand. I was able to get up to speed quickly and my users find it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike? Some of the reporting could be more robust. I would appreciate being able to self-customize reports.

What do you like best? The easy, intuitive and clean interface makes getting what you need done, done quickly. The support is far and above any level you could want or expect!
What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike! Discoverlink is extremely easy to use and the support teams are top notch!

What do you like best? DiscoverLink is always trying to find new ways to improve their product and solve our issues. After sharing some of our current goals, we have had discussions with our Sales person and are looking at how we can reach them using the DiscoverLink Talent system.
What do you dislike? Not enough people know about DiscoverLink (yet).
