Great app to replace the use of filling out paperwork. No more scanning and sending files.
What do you like best?
The app is really easy to use. As soon as you complete the task, others can view the data instantly! I recommend Donesafe to any organization that needs readings and data available quickly for everyone to view.
What do you dislike?
We are happy with using Donesafe. It's a really good product and makes a perfect fit for our business requirements. We did have an issue prior with syncing with the desktop software, but their superb support fixed everything right away. The app works fine!

What do you like best?
What I love about Donesafe is that it's very modular as a system. That's great because it can be developed anywhere from a simple system to a complex integrated management system. I enjoy the workflow as well as the automation features. They've helped us reduce double handling for sure. The paper copy days are over!! I like that Donesafe focuses on transparency and actually gives live feedback. They were also able to provide online forms and an offline app for the above.
What do you dislike?
I love the product and find it perfect for our business needs. I had some issues with the print functionality, mobile app, and video integrations, but all are fixed and work perfectly after the latest updates. Its reporting options are a bit limited. Meaning you can't easily drill down within Dashboards. However, we've found a way to enhance this. We export the data into third-party software and get a really powerful analysis.

With Donesafe, completing safety logs has become so much easier for our restaurant.
What do you like best?
What I like most is that I can keep track of all the safety meeting minutes with this system. Plus, it also keeps all comments and conversations! In addition, I love that I can add additional info, even after an incident is closed.
What do you dislike?
My experience is good, and I feel satisfied with what they offer. They seem to care about their customers. It's great in all aspects. No cons to note after 6 months of use.

My favorite platform for all Health and safety reporting.
What do you like best?
From hazard reporting to incident reporting, Donesafe is an excellent tool. You can use it for follow-up actions and assign actions to the completion of actions. It's great that we can track overall compliance in Incident actions and Audit actions.
What do you dislike?
It used to have simple reporting, but after the updates, I'm utterly impressed! The training compliance features have also been updated. The same goes for the acknowledgments and version controls in the knowledge base. Now it's even more powerful.

Excellent tool to centralize the management of your company compliance software in one place.
What do you like best?
I'm really glad we started using Donesafe. Its best contribution to our company? That we can enable consolidation of our entire compliance infrastructure: all in one single platform. The system allows us to create specific apps for our organization. Plus, it helps us to be proactive when it comes to not repeating previous compliance issues. Donesafe's strong analyzing tools is what won us over when making our decision.
What do you dislike?
If you want to collect all your compliance apps in one place, I strongly suggest Donesafe. I'm very happy with the product but I'd like to have more advanced reports in the management panel. Donesafe's support team is very responsive, no complaints whatsoever. They are experts at how the features and the functions, and they've also helped us many times with the custom implementations of the platform.
