What is Eddy?
EddyHR is a cloud-based human resource (HR) management solution designed to help recruiters and HR professionals track applicants and conduct employee on-boarding. Key features include job posting, time-off management, progress tracking, secure document storage, and reporting.
The application enables recruiters to check the development of applicants in a recruiting pipeline, schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and communicate offers to selected candidates. Hiring teams can collaborate to review the candidate’s performance by adding comments, tags, ratings, and emojis. Plus, new hires can use the self-service portal to add personal information, documents, and electronic signatures, which streamlines the on-boarding process.
EddyHR comes with a people management module that allows administrators to create profiles and save documents, which helps them manage details of both new hires and existing employees. Team members can record and maintain various employee details, such as job position, assets, documents, notes, and PTO balances within a centralized repository. The solution also allows HR members to create custom PTO (paid time off) plans for the organization, track requests, and view performance reviews for each staff member.
