24/7 access to learning! Before eloomi, we were struggling with training and development.
What do you like best?
We used to have different internal systems to train our employees, and that made things complicated. After implementing eloomi, we have all the training and education material in one place! Employees and clients can easily learn how to use our systems. It was key to be able to have that info available all the time. eloomi makes it easy for our employees to view and review training material at any time.
What do you dislike?
Not really much to say here. The system is relevantly new, so experiencing some bugs and complications was expected. But they are always quick to respond and solve issues.

An intuitive platform that will keep your learning content current and interesting for learners !
What do you like best?
Creating programs and modules with elooimi is a piece of cake! Plenty of different ways to set up training... e.g., SCORM, using video content, test creation, and much more. For our HR department, it was fairly easy to implement. I like that you can create a customized setup. It looks much more professional when you use your own colors and logo. Also a fan of the system's gamification capabilities. I really like the overview of one's own skillset.
What do you dislike?
I'm very pleased with what we've gotten so far. One addition would be to be able to bundle programs. I like that I can bundle modules into programs. But I'd love to see this evolve so that we use it on an even larger scale.

Working with the eloomi team feels like an extension of our company.
What do you like best?
It's so easy to use and it's backed up by a world-class team. Time will so, but I'm confident we'll keep using it for a long time. It's not just their product that it's a good fit for our organization. We have a great connection with their support and customer success team. I can say that our values are aligned.
What do you dislike?
Can't really think of any major drawbacks with eloomi. There was only once a persisting playback error message when a user didn't complete the module in one sitting. eloomi's support has been helping me to identify these cases through the process.

Favorite tool for formal internal training. Easy to use for admins. Learners love it.
What do you like best?
I like that the platform has tons of useful out-of-the-box features and functions. As an admin, you can easily set up departments. I didn't have any issues establishing a user hierarchy. It's pretty simple to grant dedicated user access. The same goes for all the needed notification set ups. Learner feedback was excellent. Employees really appreciate the clean UI of eloomi. It's important to have a tool that is simple and makes it easy to find available training.
What do you dislike?
Sure, we prefer to use eLearning authoring tools for most of our training, but there are times we just want to kick-start things faster. That's when we choose to create smaller courses directly in the LMS. Due to being used to working with dedicated authoring platforms, I expected the eloomi course creation tools to be better. I hope the content editor evolves in upcoming updates. It's a bit limited for my liking.

What do you like best?
Highly recommended if you need to offer a blended learning experience to your learners. The eloomi team went above and beyond to help us out. The made the system adapt to the needs of our employees. I like how accessible and digestible learning can be with eloomi. Our learners share great feedback. In fact, most of them found the content very appealing. Having a training solution handy when there's a moment to spare is great. Plenty of our users log in from home as well.
What do you dislike?
Not really something major to complaint about regarding the system. The platform is so easy-to-use that you won't have any trouble setting it up. You can start using it from day one. Note this, though; the pricing may be pretty steep for smaller companies. None the less, it's value for money for sure.

I love the gamification of eloomi! Makes it very engaging for users to keep taking courses.
What do you like best?
One of the easiest LMSs I've used for my training. Neat software, accessible, and very easy to use. From the admin side, it's easy to assign and setup courses. Great customer service overall. Such a fantastic team! Thank you, guys, for being so exceptional! One thing I love about eloomi is its great gamification. It does a good job motivating users to take up new training etc. I like it so much that I think it that could be used even more!
What do you dislike?
They have fantastic customer service and top-quality support! My only feedback is making minor interface and setting up improvements to some features. For example, the Dashboard. I'd like it to be more vibrant and visually pleasing. Also, what shows up is less to the point than I expected. Where it says "All learning", it would be great if the system showed up modules/programs available to each user.

I've been really enjoying this platform. No issues on the admin side. Easy to find to find content.
What do you like best?
I really like that eloomi goes beyond compliance. Our learners wanted to find content and just learn, so I'm happy that eloomi helps them do that. The admin side is pretty easy. You can navigate through the platform and do whatever you need easily. Learners can play content with just a few clicks. I really enjoy using this platform so far. Excellent customer service as well!
What do you dislike?
Although I like eloomi a lot, it runs a little slow at times. For example, when running reports. Also, when I do other activities where the system needs to pull a lot of data, it struggles a bit. Other than that I'm very pleased. If want an LMS that's a good fit for overall learning not just compliance, I say go for it!

For me, it's the best LMS for ease of use and UX/UI. Offers flexibility to meet company needs.
What do you like best?
With eloomi, we have managed to streamline our organization's learning culture. Knowledge is now easily passed on, and we've optimized the whole process. Having a global organization in a fast-paced industry means you need to grow quickly. And to do that, you need a tool like eloomi. I'm so happy that we've found a platform that does what it promises. We can evolve and scale as time goes by without any issues. My experience with eloomi is outstanding so far.
What do you dislike?
I really enjoy this LMS; it was easy to set up. But I also love some of their additional products, like talent management. Can't say there is anything negative about it. Using it has been a breeze since day 1. Smooth adoption; our users love it. We've started on a small scale, but we plan to expand pretty soon. Our integrations work smoothly with the system. The UX and UI are superb. If you're looking for a robust LMS, eloomi has my highest recommendation!

What do you like best?
It's great that we can grow alongside the platform. They've gone out of their way several times to help us out. We see the eloomi team as an extension of our small L&D group. I'm sure will have a steady and prosperous collaboration with them. As far as the platform goes, it's intuitive, robust, and has an easy-to-use interface. Navigation is incredibly easy, and that's something all learners have praized.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing at all to add to this section. The eloomi team certainly delivers the goodies! Kudos to their team!

Exceptional product value! It's very user-friendly for end-users and admins alike.
What do you like best?
eloomi is exceptional! When I think of great Customer Experience, this certainly checks the box. I like how intuitive the system is. I worked with it both on the admin and user side, and it was very user-friendly. If you are looking for a tool to ensure company growth, eloomi gets my highest recommendation!
What do you dislike?
We've got excellent feedback for it. It's fast and reliable. Even our IT colleagues didn't have anything negative to comment. On the end user side, we'd like our people to upload documents. It would help make processes even more efficient. We'd definitely want to avoid using email because of this...

eloomi is a user-friendly training platform you can use to assign courses.
What do you like best?
Working with Eloomi has been a breeze. It's one of the easiest LMSs I've tried. Simple interface with diverse features and customization. It's a great tool to manage and monitor performance across different training types. If you need to deliver training material to a wide audience within your organization, I highly recommend it. It's a good product you can easily set up and implement. Editing and assigning training to your learners is fast and intuitive.
What do you dislike?
Not really much to complain about. Since I can assign training in a short time, I'm pleased. Their support team is exceptional. Always there to help with troubleshooting etc.

What do you like best?
The product is scalable with the ability to make it as sophisticated as the organization (or client) needs.
What do you dislike?
eloomi is based in Europe so difficult to get timely support in the U.S. Unable to attend webinars.

Great for onboarding and getting new hires to train before starting at the company.
What do you like best?
I like that the implementation was fast and easy. Setting up a learning course won't take you more than a few minutes. Their feedback tool is great. I find it most useful since learners can leave a review after completing training. It helps to improve our courses. I love that we could brand it with company colors and logo. It feels like it's our own tool! Checklists are another thing I love about eloomi. It was very much needed to make future steps.
What do you dislike?
Overall I'm very satisfied with eloomi. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always ready to solve anything that comes up. eloomi is a good product, it really lives up to its promises. :)

eloomi providers a great balance between features and cost
What do you like best?
eloomi has been the go-to solution for our learning needs for some time now. Can't wait to start working with the Performance Management/Appraisal modules as well. I like that we can integrate different solutions in one platform. I found scheduling on-site courses and webinars very useful. Since we have plenty of groups in our company, it works great for planning and managing them. Kudos for their reporting! I can easily gather pretty much all the info I need with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike?
Most LMS's are bulky and slow but not eloomi. Can't find a single thing I'd change at the moment. I love everything about this platform. They've been responsive to the most demanding requests we've had. Since they made it fit our needs, my experience is more than brilliant!

If you're looking for an easy-to-manage and user-friendly platform, I say go for eloomi
What do you like best?
eloomi makes it easy for our employees to view and review training material at any time. It's also really cool that we can verify training for our employees. It was a standard requirement we couldn't keep track of before. It's a great tool for giving access to online learning 24/7.And, if you need any help, their staff are more than willing to help out. They are good at receiving feedback and acting quickly to accommodate client needs.
What do you dislike?
It would be great if users could set up monthly goals and get rewarded with a trophy. My point is to use the Dashboard with more gamification. It would give users the motivation to push their career/personal development.

What do you like best?
How easy it is to use the system, both for admins and users. Then the service from the staff at Eloomi is excellent.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system is to simple. Also I think it would help if we could have a test account to sell more functions.

The eloomi LMS is the best one out there for complex organizations and I have tried a few.
What do you like best?
I like how user friendly it is for admins and users alike. The possibilities are endless, especially for content creators, and It is both easy and fun to use. It takes onboarding and in house education to new heights, and the customer service is excellent.
What do you dislike?
A few months ago it became really slow on certain times of day but they seem to have fixed that.

If you're in Fintech, you'll love this! Allows you to track and test compliance training attempts
What do you like best?
I was excited that eloomi let us track test answers and attempts to pass compliance training for our financial institution. That was a must for us; however, not all LMSs have this feature. That's why we transitioned to eloomi... The system is seamless! I like how easy it is to use. Training others to use it is a piece of cake, especially if you go through the included training guides. They also have help on their website.
What do you dislike?
The system itself is an amazing all-in-one LMS + course builder. The only con I could find was with Skillsoft (the content provider). We had some problems with Skillsoft's modules and its diversity challenges for US-based banking/compliance training content. But they fixed it. So all is good.

Great Learning Platform backed up by Great People!
What do you like best?
eloomi has been a crucial partner in helping us streamline our customer training needs. I cannot thank them enough for the ease of use of the platform when compared with other bigger names out there.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system can be quite slow. This mostly happens when you are trying to run a report, but it makes sense since the system needs its time to gather all tha data required.

A very easy-to-use and sophisticated system. Highly recommended!
What do you like best?
I like that the platform can be as sophisticated as we need it to be. It's customizable and very versatile. It's a time saver to be able to work on different projects as we need to assist multiple clients. And that means we've got a huge population of consumers we need to take care of. eloomi is a truly robust product; we had to try 3-4 different solutions to make our final decision. It's certainly worth it. And their support is always helpful with timely responses.
What do you dislike?
My only concern is that I can't really attend live webinars because we are in Europe, and they are a US company. So, I'm looking for alternative ways to get more immediate support due to the time difference. It's an excellent choice at this price point.

Can't recommend it enough. After 3 failed attempts to find the right LMS, eloomi has made the cut!
What do you like best?
I love it! Excellent learning tech, expertise, and customer experience. I'm so happy we can finally offer a fantastic learning experience to our customers. Sure, having successful live workshops is one thing to celebrate, but we needed to have an equally good offering digitally. eloomi has a brilliant company culture, one that is similar to ours. They've got tons of energy and the can-do attitude we need from a business partner.
What do you dislike?
Our employee feedback before getting eloomi was pretty negative. After we made the transition, we now have a fresh system that helps us increase user engagement and keep employees happy with training.

What do you like best?
As far as its interface is concerned, eloomi is very powerful and flexible. I love that you can shape it into what's needed for your specific company needs and learning requirements. I really like the Gamification features and the certificate generator. It's great to be able to reward learners for completing learning experiences. The online modules work great. You can use presentations, videos, SCORMs, tests, etc. Also, I like that I can design content directly on the LMS.
What do you dislike?
We've been looking for a robust platform for a long time, and I'm glad we found what we were looking for in eloomi. It's not just a great LMS. Being well structured makes all steps logical. Hence, end users find it easy to use and learn. My only comment is about the translations in multiple languages. For example, when it comes to Spanish, it needs to make some local adaptations and use some more polished words.

Eloomi is a great e-learning platform which is very easy to use for users as well as admins.
What do you like best?
Service is exceptional, I get responses very quickly and even requested features are added very fast. Very easy to use both as admin and user which makes learning how to use the platform efficiently very fast.
What do you dislike?
Some quirks about how you set up the learning material and the search feature needs some more work in my opinion. Also would like to have more tags etc in the learning section.

What do you like best?
Although the software is fantastic and a great value, I think the people in the company are what takes Eloomi to the next level. They are very committed to what works best for your business instead of trying to oversell you. They are quick to respond and are a joy to work with. Kudos to the CEO and a mention to Karolina and Alexander who have been critical to our success in using this software.
What do you dislike?
We have a special use case so at the beginning it was a bit difficult, but their team helped us to better envision how we could leverage their system. We run a global virtual incubator and we wanted to have a system that our incubatees could leverage as the "headquarters" for the program.

So fun and easy to use! Team members couldn't believe it!
What do you like best?
We had tried SAP success factors before making our decision. eloomi was the better choice for our needs. It has all you expect from a learning management software of this caliber and then some. We didn't have any issues with the implementation. I'd say it was straightforward and was done quickly. Apart from using it to allocate training and dive into reporting, we also use it as a communication tool!
What do you dislike?
No major cons for me. eloomi brings both of these two worlds: creating a learning culture and having an easy-to-use communication tool. One suggestion for improvement is to have some more visibility regarding the content of the eloomi unlimited package. For instance, having summaries of each training material would be nice. Admins will surely find these short summaries really useful during the selection phase. I mean right before allocating training.
