What do you like best? The simple yet fluid interface is so easy to use for all level of employees is what makes the mobile app so wonderful
What do you dislike? The app is still in development phase so lot of features have a lot of areas for improvement however with time I'm sure the app will see huge improvements

What do you like best? Easy features, navigation good, model lucid. Assessment portion needs improvement. Charges are high.
What do you dislike? Service from back end team not upto the mark. TAT is too high. Team needs to be more responsive.

What do you like best? The Interface looks good. The features are advanced. Gamification in particular caught my attention.
What do you dislike? The complexity of integration with current system. Nothing else. Happy that the team are open to customisations.

What do you like best? Modern UI, Micro Services Architecture, Mobile App, Gamification and 3rd party integrations
What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike, however further improvements and enhancements on the workflow engine could be introduced

What do you like best? Getting points for completing tasks was what I liked most. The gamification should be better integrated into the system
What do you dislike? The dashboard is boring. The interface is not inviting enough for the users. More colours and backgrounds are required and some customisation too.

What do you like best? Very easy,Simple and flexible to use. No need of technical intervention.Animation, Graphics are not too much loaded.Audio visual makes the participant to gain the interest into the course much deeper and faster in completing the course modules. The main feature is your eyes don't get strained after taking this course and atlast you feel that you have gained and attained knowledge and it's worth for it. The advantage of this course is you can take the course as per your pace and skill competency.
What do you dislike? There are no reason to ignore it. Continuous improvement is always good for any e-learning course.There must be a pop window when there will be course get completed, how many days left or remaining to complete the course.

What do you like best? System is user friends and interactive. Even new users would be able to locate assigned courses and attachments.
What do you dislike? Nothing as such to dislike, in future team can work on Virtual/Augmented reality as that is the future of digital learning.

What do you like best? Empower learning management system is a feature rich and user friendly application. It provide a great flexibility as well.
What do you dislike? There is nothing as a great set back or dislikable feature. However, I would like to have calendar feature to be more configurable.

What do you like best? Its very simple to use and has lot of things to make it exciting for the users.especially post the revamped versiob,its all the more fun.
What do you dislike? Nothing big i can remember of however it would have been even more amazing if i could customize the color theme of home page and give it a look n feek of our organization

What do you like best? Flexible to cater to the different need of different employee base. The team was able to flex and provide a solution to our specific need.
What do you dislike? The team can invest in backend capability to support international projects. We faced challenges on server capacity at the start which were subsequently resolved.

What do you like best? User centric approach while developing the LMS. People find it very useful. Team is open to consider the suggestion basis ongoing learning and works with client to make it better.
What do you dislike? Since it is development process, sometimes you expect team to deliver the resolution fast, but due to other business priorities TAT increases.

Very easy to use for a 10th/12th pass frontline sales staff.

What do you like best? My only criteria was integration of various business divisions on one single platform along with easy customization. This was possible easily through Empowered. The UI for the mobile app for this LMS is also what impressed me the most. It was clean, simple and clutter free.
What do you dislike? Although it is the easiest system to use for a store staff, it is slightly more complicated for the admin. But it is like excel, you have to work on the first row with formulas, after that it is just drag and drop, metaphorically speaking.
