What a superb product! I love that it offers everything my team needs for engagement. If you're looking for an affordable solution, you won't regret it... Plus it helps me a lot in doing the things I want for personal use. Well done to Engagedly!
What do you dislike?
Engagedly is a very good product. At first, I wasn't sure if I would use it for long but being so cheap and helpful, I'm glad I kept it. No cons to mention.

One of our best software selections yet! Plus, it was easy to train our employees on using it.
What do you like best?
Finally, we've found a Talent Management software that has solved all of our needs. Being performance, goals, feedback, having a social media platform, peer crowdsourcing, collaboration, and sharing information, this is an all-in-one solution. If you have a cutting-edge approach to performance like we do, this software will work perfectly and help you achieve your goals.
What do you dislike?
I'd like this software to have a more robust LMS - SCORM compliance because we had to purchase a separate system to make everything work. We've already shared our feedback with them and asked to see more of a build-out for development planning and tracking. I'm really looking forward to the enhancements of this feature.

If you want a tool to engage employees, your company needs this!
What do you like best?
For me, it gets a 10/10 for sure. Features and cost are the main reasons for choosing Engagedly. Great modules with good functionality. The surveys have certainly helped shape our 2022 goals, especially in HR. Overall, it's an excellent tool for managers and businesses who need to engage employees and give them incentives to look at their goals and check on their progress. All the above have a direct effect and roll up to each employee's performance review.
What do you dislike?
It's hard to pinpoint any cons. Maybe the only issue I had was not being able to report on an employee after they have been terminated or blocked from the system. However, it's easy to work around and solve it. Their support team was kind enough to help me out. Whenever I've run into any issues, their responsiveness has been outstanding. I just email my request, and they follow up with a resolution promptly.

Engagedly Software is a great tool if you want to manage and monitor employee performance
What do you like best?
We've been using Engagedly at our company to track employee goals and objectives. I'm very happy with the product because it helps us track and improve performance on all levels and in different departments. It's also useful that it can track employee birthdays and other events. You won't miss any important dates with this one!
What do you dislike?
Engagedly is a much better solution than our previous tool. With it, we can check where each employee is on a daily basis and help them improve even more. We've been using it for 6 months now, and we haven't encountered any issues.

Performance management is made easy with this amazing tool!
What do you like best?
I've used similar tools before, but nothing surpasses my experience with Engagedly. It's very easy to use. If you're looking for user-friendliness, you've hit the jackpot. Great user experience compared to other similar tools! I like that I can view the history of ratings achieved in previous quarters. My favorite thing about Engagedly is that it is easily accessible, and I can find everything in one place.
What do you dislike?
For me, it is the best by far, no cons as of now! I've already suggested this software to peers and friends who needed a performance management tool. Everything is up to the mark. If I could make just one addition, a "walk-through" guide would be helpful for new users. Mostly to help everyone see which feature is used for what purpose.
