What do you like best? -
What do you dislike? The help manual. It is huge and takes for ever to find an answer for a specific issue. I hate the "help ticket" function. It is very cumbersome and you have to read through long strings of the email just to find the answer.

What do you like best? It is highly configurable to match almost any business situation including our weird one in the State Government.
What do you dislike? Because it was highly configurable the "Get up and running time" was rather large.
