What do you like best?
I am extremely satisfied with the white-labelling option that allows me to convert courses to bring them closer to my clients’ brands.
What do you dislike?
There are limited options which cannot yet be edited. This is not a deal breaker, and I'm pretty sure that their team will consider adding them to a future release.
Evolve is my First Option when it comes to Course Authoring

What do you like best?
It gives you the ability to create responsive eLearning content way more efficiently than any other tool. It is extremely easy to get started, and also gives you many customization options. Their support team is excellent and they constantly optimize the tool. Pricing also makes it appealing.
What do you dislike?
Although themes are awesome, they are so many and it takes time until you get to try and test if they deliver the results you are after. I would also appreciate a search bar in the editor to save some time from going through all the relevant and irrelevant (for me at the time of searching for something specific) options.
Experience with Evolve Authoring Tool is the best!

What do you like best?
I would like to highlight the ease of use, ability to make several edits to courses and the little time it takes to upload a new SCORM course. Lots of kudos to their fab support team too.
What do you dislike?
Getting the basic grasp of Evolve takes time, especially for beginners. This requires you to take the time and google information, watch relevant videos that will give you a better understanding of the platform’s functionality.
There's a good range of components in this tool, including some really novel interaction types.

Good range of components including some really novel interaction types that I've not seen in other tools. It now features triggers and custom variables which allow more control. A great addition, just a shame you can't really track these vars between sessions unless using SCORM 2004. And the price plan makes it an easy tool to go with. You're not locked in for a year, you can just pay for the time you're using it.
What do you dislike?
Location of all the different feature settings and theme options within the interface is difficult to fathom, and then remember! Sometimes there are too many options made available. Rather than just make a feature work in all environments, there'll be 4 options to try. The onus is on the developer to test them out to see which combination works the best. I'm thinking of publishing here.

Evolve is very intuitive and allows us to create content quickly without compromising on quality. It has a great range of components which are all easy to use. The flexible builder and extensive theming options are great, they let us adapt each course to the specific needs of our different clients.

What do you like best?
Having used a LOT of software over the years to create eLearning, it's really refreshing to find a tool that does what is says on the tin with a minimum of fuss or complexity, and all for a genuinely great price. The fact that functionality upgrades happen very regularly and are included in the subscription price is the cherry on top! We use a range of software tools to create eLearning, but Evolve is always the first we'll show a client - and more often than not, that's what they choose.

It's a simple and reliable way to create great looking, effective online training. And yet, when you get to really know the product, the things you can do with it are amazing - it's so flexible. And they add incredible new features every month - every month! Branching scenarios, interactive video, games, powerful theming, animations. It's the best way to make e-learning look and feel like a rich interactive web page.

What do you like best?
I like that I can create courses quickly, apply branding across the entire course and make sweeping changes within minutes. This gives us the ability to create a minimum viable product that gives clients real insight into what their final course will look like, with the flexibility to make changes throughout production. Our old process was very 'waterfall', requiring early sign-off on decisions. Now we can be more agile and better respond to client needs.
What do you dislike?
Evolve can be daunting at first. The level of customisation it offers is paid for in back-end complexity, but it is possible to start simple and explore the additional options as your skills improve.

What do you like best?
Simple to get started, and as our experience grew we were able to do more and more. Before long we were building branching scenarios with 180+ nodes that work perfectly on all modern devices. The other standout is the responsiveness of the development team - new features come regularly and glitches/fixes are quickly dealt with. Overall, a great product. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike?
If you are coming at it from something like Storyline you have to think differently about production. It's fine once you've got used to the idea that you make and optimise your artwork outside Evolve, and you give up the Storyline obsession of lining everything up to a pixel's width by trusting Evolve's theme settings, then it becomes very likeable.
This is the best authoring tool offering awesome variety of content at a very economical price.

What do you like best?
Evolve has a myriad of content types to choose from which covers needs of almost any industry or education purposes . The pricing is one of the most economical and that makes it a great value for money. Mobile responsiveness is very well built into the system . Support is great and very responsive. Text editor is very rich and even helps one make courses on subjects like mathematics and chemistry . There are many more awesome features that I can't point out here due to lack of space
What do you dislike?
Initial learning curve can be a bit daunting . There are just so many settings and extensions to learn about and then plan your course . The good part is that, once one has mastered these settings and made 'templates' for oneself , the course creation becomes simpler with time.
