What do you like best? Their customer support team is outstanding. Whenever we came across an issue, they were there for us in-time. Lots of templates to select from and plenty of layouts.

What do you dislike? I would have preferred to customize the fonts in order to fit with our organization's branding. I can’t really think of anything else to add here.

What do you like best? Everything! From the initial discussions with their team, the quick response to all our queries, as well as their very comprehensive platform and pricing.

What do you dislike? Although there is always room for improvement and optimization, I have not been able to track any potential cons so far.

What do you like best? It is very easy and simple to use. It features several templates you can select from and it works great with Vimeo and several other web tools.

What do you dislike? I would have preferred more customizable options, e.g fonts and/or styles. I have not been able to identify any other cons so far.

What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use and quite intuitive. There are lots of templates to select from and they can be utilized for any course creation purpose. Their customer service is really good as well as its integration with our training platform.

What do you dislike? There are limited third party integrations. Other than that, I cannot really think of anything that has caused me any issues in the 6 months that I ‘ve been using this platform.

What do you like best? Their product and their customer service team deliver the goodies. It’s easy to use with lots and lots of templates and customization options that help you produce and present content in a professional manner.

What do you dislike? We are extremely pleased with HowToo and the limitless possibilities to produce our courses. If pushed I would most probably suggest more styles and fonts.

What do you like best? I have been working with Authoring Tools for close to 5 years now. HowToo offers a great service, backed up by a team of pros, which makes it easy to work with and most importantly you see the ROI immediately. Can never get enough of their design templates.

What do you dislike? t misses a couple of features that would make it stand out like for example allowing the admin to perform changes to fonts and styles.
