This software does exactly what it claims to, does it well, and has great technical support.
What do you like best?
I most like the easy integration with Powerpoint and the great technical support.
What do you dislike?
While iSpring provides great specialized add-ons called "interactions", sometimes I'm not sure which form to use, and it is a bit difficult to convert one form of interaction to another.

The absolute best authoring tool, they've been leading the market for years in my opinion!
What do you like best?
Ease of use, very short learning curve, great customer support, unlimited possibilities (release your inner creative beast!)
What do you dislike?
Export files for translation feels a little behind - translations are daily part of our business but the export options are limited and it is still a tedious task because of this.

Great and easy to build online dynamic Web content
What do you like best?
I really like the fact that it's very well integrated within Powerpoint. We can build online content using the power of Powerpoint without having to learn much more. The quizzes and role play are great to create dynamic content, integrated within the slide show in a way no other quiz forms go.
What do you dislike?
I actually prefere to record the presentation using Powerpoint recording features and then use iSpring to generate the online content, rather than using the recording from the tool itself. But this is just a personal preference. The tool would benefit also from some external API or automation features to deal with a large number of presentations.

Awesome elearning software that helps promote better learning.
What do you like best?
Building out interactions and simulations for my teammates to use and makes it easier for them to understand situations that may arise while supporting other teammates.
What do you dislike?
The limit on font customization and placement. I compare their font limitations is more comparable to Word than to PowerPoint.

Easy to use and super supportive customer. I was surprised by how quickly I received support.
What do you like best?
I love the narration options and the easy to use platform. The fact that I can just "plug in" through Powerpoint makes this the best use of time for my role. Creating content is only one portion of my role so I feel this is the best option for me!
What do you dislike?
When we were looking at our different options, we thought about other options in eLearning content. This was the best option.

Customer support. Whenever I have any doubts or troubles, they take good care of my needs, shoutout to Jim from Tech Support, who helped me to solve a major issue

I believe because the tool has a lot of features, sometimes it gets confusing on how to do somethings.

So far, service has been excellent. Tech support was very responsive.
What do you like best?
I have not tested all the features as yet to comment - it looks very intuitive at first glance, and the support pages are excellent.
What do you dislike?
Again, I have not tested all the features as yet to comment on what I like least - I am hoping it is very intuitive to use and will require minimal training.

Effective and intuitive authoring tool with excellent support.
What do you like best?
What I like the most is that I can create engaging courses using a variety of ready-made interactions and quizzes, role-play simulations, templates, characters and other useful features. In addition, I find the iSpring Suite really intuitive and easy to use, not to mention that they offer exceptional support and resources to get the most out of their solutions.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really, it suits my needs perfectly. It's a high quality product that offers all the essential features and more.

It is efficient for those who have the right licensing
What do you like best?
I have no proper opinion on ispring since my class was given the incorrect version of the licensing that would have assisted us in our needs. There's nothing wrong with ispring, it just didn't serve my team's needs
What do you dislike?
We had to have a specific type of licensing in order to work on a presentation simultaneously. We couldn't work on the presentation all at the same time, so we decided it was not for us. Nothing wrong with ispring, it just wasn't compatible with the team's goals.

Incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
What do you like best?
I received little to no training on this software and was able to produce professional products in no time. It is extremely user-friendly and an extension of PowerPoint so there was already a sense of familiarity. I would not classify myself as a technical individual so to be able to start developing and producing products shortly after installing allowed me to stay ahead of delivery deadlines. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
What do you dislike?
If I'm pulling information from the slide deck into an interaction, it locks you into the interaction. You have to save and close to then regather information or graphics from the slide deck again and reopen it. Really my only complaint.

iSpring is a FANTASTIC Product that has been designed for people with less Content Creation Skills
What do you like best?
In addition to the powerful features, their Customer Service is FANTASTIC. They have designed the Product to be user-friendly and taken a LOT OF EFFORT to create "Support Docs" and "Videos" to help users.
What do you dislike?
Unable to TALK to Customer Support ....I find CHATTING a very ineffective, tiresome, time-consuming, and cumbersome process. I am not very impressed with their India Support Desk though - that has and remains a dampener that I will have to "workaround" since I am based in India.

The app does a lot of things but not what I needed it to do
What do you like best?
It seems very familiar because the program integrates into PowerPoint, so the learning curve was very low. The program also came with a lot of assets already built in, so course creation was a lot easier than I anticipated.
What do you dislike?
I wish the end-of-course evaluation survey was a little more integrated into the program. It was cumbersome finding the settings to have the survey results emailed to you. I don't really know why a "quiz function" does not have the ability to tally results from several students.

It is user friendly, and easy to learn. I am able to easily navigate through all areas i need to use.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of different programs. Maybe they could consolidate it down to less programs. Sometimes i am not exactly sure which program fits the best situation.

I like the way iSpring integrates seamlessly with with PowerPoint. I had a very short learning curve.
What do you dislike?
I was confused about how to save interactions in a presentation, and it created a lot of extra presentations.

ISpring suite is a great option for non-technical, entry level users
What do you like best?
Ease of use, interactions, templates. As a previous user of Powerpoint it was easy to use, many online resources, good support team. I love the text to speech for audio, the voices are the most realistic I've heard.
What do you dislike?
Text to speech is not possible directly from interactions you must export the audio and insert. Selection of icons and images from stock. Not enough backgrounds and characters for home healthcare industry. It has many errors if you don't save files properly - can't save to a share drive. Boots you out constantly.

What do you like best?
Screen recording and end user interaction with quizzes and other features to keep the user engaged.
What do you dislike?
Hard to say, their are a few features I have not used, but so far all the ones I have used have worked great.

ISprings support is by far the best in the LMS industry.
What do you like best?
Ispring support is top-notch. They will walk with you through your problems. If you and their help can not figure something out you can send them the file and they will take a deeper dive. Talent LMS and Litmos offer nothing when compared to Ispring.
What do you dislike?
A few things could be better, but the positives outweigh the negatives by leaps and bounds. The sound tools could use flags, which one could place to mark a spot.

low threshold effective elearning program for standalone easy access courses
What do you like best?
leverages familiar interface (Powerpoint) with great learning add-ons and without the need for a complex LMS set up (although LMS is also available).
What do you dislike?
can be hard at times to find where the settings are that you need, but the help desk is absolutely fantastic!

It is very versatile tool with a lot of built in features.
What do you like best?
The easy way to tailor a course to different audiences. The online support, which is available all the time and provides helpful answers in short time. The libraries.
What do you dislike?
The need to switch between two screens to edit slides and narratation. Sometimes the graphic wave form of the sound does not show the precice prostition in time.

Customer and tech support is fantastic, and the system is easy to use. the platform for both iSpring and iSpring Marketplace is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of anything that I don't like. Everything is pretty simple to use and it doesn't really require any prior knowledge.

iSpring Suite 11: a real Elearning tool full of good ideas!
What do you like best?
I really enjoy the full and complete functionnality of iSpring 11 max. By adding this tool to your laptop, you will enjoy to develop your courses. The new version integrate very modern assets and template which are very useful in my daily work. One of my favorite learning activity is Role Player, to simulate softskills training. The last but not the least point is to thanks iSpring support team who is very available to answer for all the questions. I recommand iSpring!
What do you dislike?
Some function are limited, for example it's not possible to fully customized interaction, or the animation system is a little bit tricky.

It is a very useful tool with clean design and easy to use.
What do you like best?
Simplicity, clean panel design, integration to ppt as add in, less bug, and strong technical support including both online chat and rich tutorial available.
What do you dislike?
Add a few more function in narration audio editor, such as splitting, integration, and insertion by oral recording. It is to make tool better in dealing with a frequently encountered situation: a completed course is found that there is only one word was recorded wrong and need to be re-recorded.

What do you like best?
I like that the software is easy to use. There are many YouTube videos to help problem solve. If I cannot find the answer there, the instant chat function is amazing, with your message always being answered straight away,
What do you dislike?
Sometimes large projects can take a long time to convert to HTML5. Also, the fact that it won't publish into the One Drive can prove problematic.

User-friendly and easy-to-learn software, IT help was only needed to install it initially.
What do you like best?
Easy-to-build quizzes, library of characters and automated voice are my top three features! Apart of that the interactions and dialogue simulations are nice to have too.
What do you dislike?
Recent update makes me to learn some technicalities from scratch but tech support is the most helpful with that.

Our subscription is for Quizmaker 10 only and not the entire iSpring suite. We prefer this as Quizmaker suits are needs and we do need many of the functions offered by the Suite

Image library is one of the functions in iSpring Suite that we do not need as we tend to use our own images

It's okay overall. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to convert their learning material from PowerPoint to e-learning formats like SCORM and HTML5.

It's one of the most intuitive tools I've come across
What do you like best?
I like that the main work is done simply and easily on PowerPoint. Which greatly facilitates corrections and translations of the eLearning's The construction of the quizzes is also logical and easy to operate - with the support of an instructional video and patience :) With mental flexibility and imagination - I have created some interesting things
What do you dislike?
It's a shame that the software still doesn't support languages that are written from right to left:) Hope it will be developed soon.

What do you like best?
Excellent helpdesk. Good level of complexity and fonctionalities easy to integrate the output in variable LMS. Easy to integrate videos or audio files. the quizz possibilities are amazing.
What do you dislike?
the functions to edit a video (before integrate it in the presentation) are a bit poor. Not easy to propose different paths for the student.

It is a great product to take PowerPoints and publish them for use on the web.
What do you like best?
I first used ispring to convert PowerPoints to HTML web pages. However, I have started using all their other features - and their products are great.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to have the ispring converter remember my past settings when I bring up a new PowerPoint to convert to HTML.

Love it-Soooo easy to use. Makes my projects look so professional.
What do you like best?
I love how easy the software is and if I hit a roadblock--- there is an excellent Technical support team to assist me. We had Camtasia first and I found it very cumbersome. I love the fact that there are soo many tutorials to also assist.
What do you dislike?
I cannot find anything wrong with the software to actually point out something wrong. I find that the software is so easy to use so at this time, nothing.

easy to use software which can convert PowerPoint slides into an interactive eLearning module
What do you like best?
Speed with which you can publish the module. The variety of interactions available. The quality of the screen recorder / video editor and voice over ability. Ease and accuracy of Tests / surveys as part of the overall assessment. The ability to email the results of any quizzes back to the individual. Multiple viewer options and the viewer settings stay the same for ease of republishing .
What do you dislike?
Software is great can't fault it. I believe it is far more capable than the things we use it for with the ability to use branching within the presentation and we never know if we should amend the timings or PowerPoint hyperlinks or use the iSpring branching to move to different parts of the module but I guess that's just a training issue on something we hardly use

- Animations can be as good as in after-effect with synchronization of the narration. - Don't need to program with script - i can do scorm, video, flip book all in one

Very good product for anyone charged with creating training content
What do you like best?
I like the customer service when I need help. They are always available. I like the ease of use, once I got the hang of it and the fact that iSpring is always adding new characters and content.
What do you dislike?
It took me awhile to understand some of the features, and I had to ask for help with an expert, which I was charged for, but it was well worth it to understand the software inside out.

That it does not update to the latest version like my Nvivo license. I would recommend it more if we were able to get updated versions.

It is the best elearning platform on the market. I highly recommend the platform for elearning!

It is easy to use, integrates well, and there are endless options for bespoke learning such as: text, movie, image integration and interactions!

There are numerous things that I like about using the iSpring Suite. I like the way it integrates into Microsoft PowerPoint Application and the support provided by the firm.

What do I like least about using the iSpring Suite? This is difficult for me to answer since I am so impressed by the way it integrates into Microsoft PowerPoint Application and the support provided by the firm.

Speed and quality is the definition of iSpring Suite
What do you like best?
iSpring Suite can do things which Presenter 360 lacks. Example - Using media in-built features of PowerPoint, Support GIF, Interactions UX look much better, Additional simulation support. I work in a very dynamic environment where speed and quality matters and iSpring does the job like a piece of cake. The only thing iSpring Suite lacks is the robust content library of Presenter 360 but that does not make much difference with the new O365 content library.
What do you dislike?
I like the player UX of Presenter 360 better than iSpring Suite. It would be a "WOW" if iSpring Suite adds more players in the kitty.

What do you like best?
The E-Learings are looking like an immense amount of programming, yet it's so easy and quick to do. The results with professional marketing setups are just stunning.
What do you dislike?
The Powerpoints are making trouble when saved in one Drive. There are parts missing or not opening when there ist the auto save activated.

What do you like best?
my favorite thing is the great graphic freedom given by the software. with a good imagination and a touch of experience you can develop practically everything you have in mind in a very easy way and the graphic rendering at the time of saving is practically perfect.
What do you dislike?
the thing I liked least is perhaps the integration with the moodle platform which on some more technical items does not respond exactly as I would like but it is still possible to get the result you want with a little imagination

Great authoring tool to make engaging, instructive content.
What do you like best?
I love how it seamlessly connects to PowerPoint to make engaging content out of the previous presentation my company has already made.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were a few more features that allowed me to control when a learner progressed to the next slide, for instance needing to click five options before moving on, etc. Often the learners can skip past any added interactions I include.

It is simple to use. I have tried 3 or 4 other tools and none have been as easy as Ispring
What do you like best?
They have excellent support. I have needed to make inquiries in some constraints due to specific situations and the help is fast, very friendly and focused on supporting the client.
What do you dislike?
It does not have help videos for intermediate or advanced level. The videos that exist are very basic and are not enough for more complex situations. It would help a lot if they developed those tools.

What do you like best?
The fast feedback I got on my question and that they stayed standby untill I told her my problem was solved. I tried to figure out what to do for more than a month an in 30 minutes the technical consultant solved my problem by thinking together.
What do you dislike?
Liked everything! Great service, nice to use, clear guidance on the website. Would really recommend!

iSpring's power and ease of use makes anyone a course developer
What do you like best?
My primary role at SchellingPoint is managerial but I needed to create eLearning formats for some of our content. It seemed easier to find an eLearning and LMS system I could use rather than transfer the knowledge in my head to an eLearning specialist. I chose Spring Suite and LMS and have been delighted with the decision. I can use PowerPoint and iSpring's features to quickly put out a high-quality quality course for learners without any technical needs.
What do you dislike?
No being able to store iSpring folders in the cloud (OneDrive, Dropbox) but manage them on a dedicated, backed up device, is the only nuisance.

Very user friendly, easy to understand and figure out without any instructions
What do you like best?
The ease of converting between ppt format to SCORM format. When I changed laptops I needed help with my activation key and the customer service I received was prompt and sorted my issue out quicker than I would expect.
What do you dislike?
I wouldn't say there is anything in particular but would maybe be nice for the ispring tab to be a different colour as it took me a while to realise it had been downloaded into ppt.

PP Integration, support's responsiveness, seemless integration of courses with iSpringMarket, some of the functions are hidden in (sometimes in unexpected) sub-menus but available at the end of the day
What do you dislike?
Glossary is unusable in that a) no import of data in files like *.csv or *.txt or *.xls is possible b) not direct link to terms is possible c) no return from glossary to where it was called from is possible

They answer your questions in a timely and detailed manner. They walk you through any issues or questions you may have.
What do you dislike?
Nothing I can think of so far. The response time is great and the software is easy to navigate even for the most non-technical audiences.

This will be a very useful tool for training and outreach.
What do you like best?
I love that we are able to personalize everything that is sent out to employees. I also love that we are able to receive feedback on quiz results and have proof of training and participation.
What do you dislike?
I am not an avid powerpoint user. I think for those who are very familiar with powerpoint already, this is would be a very easy transition. However, if you're not, there is definitely more of a learning curve. I wish the online training tools and tutorials would also provide a small amount of information regarding powerpoint.

ISprings upscales my PowerPoint education tremendously.
What do you like best?
ISprings allows me to continue using PowerPoint as my education foundation. I can create professional looking online modules without giving up my comfort level and having to learn entirely new skills. Also, I don't have to recreate wheels because my existing PowerPoint educations are ready to publish out of the box. When I present a published education, most people are amazed that it started as a PowerPoint!
What do you dislike?
Definitely not dealbreakers, but a couple of creative options for a PowerPoint slide don't translate well when published, and I'm hoping for integration of Actions into the Quiz and Interaction features.

I like that it is easy to use and that whenever there is any trouble I feel relaxed knowing that customer support is there to help out.

For now, using iSpring space for logging in is still one area that I am still not comfortable with...

It is easy to use, does what I need and when I've had problems the support team has been great. Today, a file wouldn't publish and the iSpring app asked to send info to their support team. I did, just so they could have the info. I didn't expect a response, but I got one!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a while to publish a class, but that is to be expected! Some of our presentations are over 100 slides with animations, transitions, etc.

Great eLearning platform. Flexible and with a lot of adding value features.
What do you like best?
It is user friendly and mostly when there is the need for some technical support this comes quickly and very straighforward.
What do you dislike?
I would like the possibility of adding immediate translations by the system to content elaborated in ppt, pdf, etc., without the need of using translating platforms.

Great program for creating simple quick training courses for staff

the simplicity of creating easy to use courses, the easy communication with the tech teams. one simple live call with them and it takes minutes to explain and be provided with the answers to your questions!

Great program for the layman in that it is designed for the non technical.
What do you like best?
Interactive capabilities. A great program for the less IT technically minded like myself. I was able to put a presentation together that was well received by senior management.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of functions that take time to learn. Would strongly recommend purchasing the "iSpring Essential" book to learn the basics prior to creating content.

I like the built-in narration editor and sync tool. The support team at Spring are always helpful and quick to responde.
What do you dislike?
Despite me calling out the narration tool as a highlight, it would benefit from additional audio editing capability such as being able to record new audio into an existing clip.

iSpring Suite helps me deliver rockstar quality training quickly and with ease!
What do you like best?
I love that it is integrated with PowerPoint so there is only one place that I have to go whether I am working on design or functionality. I love that I can deliver stellar products in a third of the time with a lot less effort. I love that I can share content with Subject Matter Experts without having to import or export. I love the customer service. They go above and beyond to answer questions and assist me quickly and in a professional manner.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to preserve ordered lists in question answers without manual intervention. This is something that I have experienced as an issue with other dev tools also, so I know that it there is probably a reason for this. The benefits far outweigh this little issue.

Inability to judge online storage capacity is unnerving; you are given a lot of space with iSpring Space, but I'm always left a bit worried about "when will my space run out?"

What do you like best?
Customer support is always there when I need them! If I have a question about how to do something, I don't have to spend long periods of time reading through manuals. I simply ask their chat support for help, and they provide it immediately.
What do you dislike?
Having to republish an entire course to our LMS for a minor change (typo, etc.). I also wish there was a way to save the slide format and background of quizzes so I do not have to do it again and again for each new PPT I create.

What do you like best?
iSpring Suite is the most user-friendly eLearning authoring tool I have ever used, and I have tried so many. The system is based on PowerPoint, and who doesn't know how to use PowerPoint? The documentation is outstanding compared with every other system I have used over the last 25 years. The support team are thorough and professional.
What do you dislike?
There are two issues I have with the system - it only works with Windows and as a Mac user, I was disappointed that the system was not compatible with iOS. The other issue is that you cannot use a shared drive and auto-sync for content development.

What do you like best?
The integration into PowerPoint and the ease of use of the LMS. The fact that there is an App that is freely available for all licensed users sets it apart from most similar products. The new feature of machine voice overs is awesome and I believe will add value to the eLearning experienced.
What do you dislike?
I introduced iSpring into my company 6 years ago and have found iSpring to be very innovative when it comes to adding new features required by the market. I have not found anything to date that is vital to the creation or delivery of eLearning content that iSpring has not addressed.

The platform was intuitive for me to use as a beginner in the system. Our customer wanted product training for their sales people with video education, supplemental files and a quiz in the end - made in 5 different languages. The service and chat functions were essential for me to fulfull the goal. Catherine helped me out with a tutorial for building a framework that would match the requirements I had for the system, but couldn´t figure out how to set-up properly. Great support!
What do you dislike?
I didn't as such meet any issues other than my own shortage of time for the assignment at hand. If I had had more time I would have gone through more of the tutorials.

It's a great tool to create interactive learning materials.
What do you like best?
The integration to PowerPoint. This is great because you can transform the existing materials into learning materials, add animations, interactions and make improvements very quickly. Also, since PowerPoint is a popular tool, iSpring usage is also easy. Just follow the same rules as in a classic Power Point and that's it.
What do you dislike?
The fact that is desktop-based. I'd love to see something that is web-based and has the same functionalities. I mean, it's fine for now, but in the context in which you have 3 computers (one at the office, one at home and one for traveling), you would also need 3 licenses, which can be quite expensive. So you need to carry the same computer with you everywhere. Besides this, the rest is great.

What do you dislike?
It is tied to the powerpoint "slide deck" metaphor, so lacking some responsiveness in its design. The ispring space functionality attempts to address this, but doesn't really go far enough, yet.

iSpring is very easy to learn and utilize and is a must have if you are using an LMS platform.
What do you like best?
I like the ease of learning the software as well as the user friendliness of it. It also seemlessly publishes and converts for my online learning platform, which is a major plus. The support is unparalleled also. I recently had an issue that I thought was related to iSpring. The contact at iSpring was able to solve my issue despite it not even relating to iSpring.
What do you dislike?
There is literally nothing to not like about iSpring. It is a great product, user friendly and offers flexible options to help learners engage more with your presentations.

An intuitive software perfect for making interactive courses.
What do you like best?
The interaction and quiz slides are very easy to put into place and make the courses stand out from other eLearning platforms. The compatibility with PowerPoint is also a big plus. And it helps that customer service is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
I found the additional platforms (Space/Cloud/LMS/Learn) a bit complicated to wrap my head around and think the possibility of working as a team on the same course should be more straightforward.

What I like the most is that it is an add-in in PowerPoint, which we already had the trainings in. We just pimped the slides with the characters and objects and added some quizzes for interaction and then we had an elearning!

Sometimes a re-install is required when it stops working (e.g. after a Powerpoint update.)

It is easy to learn and easy to use, provides the most common output formats. The service responds quick and solves a problem in no time (it was not a big problem, I have to add).
What do you dislike?
I had no real bad experiences so far. From time to time the system seems to be very "busy", especially when the size of the source file exceeds 200MB. Could be a problem with my hardware as well, I am still veryfiing this.

The PowerPoint in ISpring is just amazing -- I have used PowerPoint for years but never anything like this. There are so many characters, symbols, etc from which to choose. Probably the thing I like the most if the superb support that I have received since i have been using it. I had so so much to learn and they have been very supportive all the way. I could not have done as much as I have with the support here at ISpring.
What do you dislike?
What I like the least is that I find it a little complicated simply because I have never used software like this -- it has been a rather large learning curve for me, however, as I have indicated, the support staff is awesome. They are always so friendly and so knowledgeable -- they never make you feel inadequate or sorry that you contacted them. I had difficulty using the video add-in --- I thought that the process is complicated.

Astonishing results, learned to use it in no time.
What do you like best?
If someone knows his way around PowerPoint iSpring Suite is exceptionally easy to use with great results. I like the various interactions, especially the dialogue simulations. That trainings done with iSpring Suite are also available offline sealed our deal:-)
What do you dislike?
That you can't sync the projects with OneDrive and that the tool is not available online. Downloading and installing it, and then find a way to save the projects without accidentally syncing them is a pity. I now work with iSpring Space, but still it would be much easier to be able to integrate it into our IT working environment.

It would be nice to have a catalog of standard trainings available. There are other LMS's with strong catalogs we can upload and use.

Disappointing support and arbitrary pricing with updates
What do you like best?
It isn’t as complex as Adobe Captivate, there’s a bit more flexibility with the question types when compared to Articulate 360. I suppose if you want to publish single learning objects it might be useful.
What do you dislike?
I purchased a lifetime license for Suite 9 in May 2020. I also paid a subscription to the Assets Library since it was pointless to use it without. This wasnt cheap mind you. Lo and behold I keep got a pop up in September saying there is an update Suite 10! But what do you know? they want 770US more because my lifetime license doesn’t allow me to update. So lifetime of a software that cant be updated? So why the scam? Not to mention support had been unusually quiet.

Apparently very simple software (of course it isn't really) that is remarkably effective.
What do you like best?
Ability to directly convert complex hyperlinked PowerPoint presentations, with embedded audio and video, into an HTML module deliverable via an LMS (including as a SCORM package if needed) with ridiculous ease and no errors -- ever! I have been a very satisfied user for more than 5 years now. On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, it has been prompt and efficient, with a complete solution to the problem at hand.
What do you dislike?
There's very little to criticise. It might be nice to be able to edit some of the quiz messages a bit further, but there are workarounds for most of those minor issues.

Best product and customer service I have ever experienced
What do you like best?
Product is easy to use, but produces very professional products. I am very proud of the products I'm able to complete for clients and I am self taught on e-learning. What is truly amazing is how prompt and responsive every single person is that I've dealt with whether from sales or tech support. The follow up on everything even after the chat to make sure it is working. I am also grateful for quick response because I usually don't have the time to wait for an answer.
What do you dislike?
I am not making complex products so I can't talk to more complicated functionality. For my purposes, it is perfect.

Great add-on feature to PowerPoint. Worth the money!
What do you like best?
Adds value to training for kinestetic learners. Also allows the training to be more interactive to prevent boredom with the topic.
What do you dislike?
Just having to learn all the ins-and-outs, and little details behind what I was doing. I still haven't hit on all of the features, I'm sure. The character feature is a little confusing with the graph, and so I wasn't sure what to do here to make it work.

Highly effective and adaptable software; Highly recommened to any educator!.
What do you like best?
I have been using iSpring software for years in the educational environment in Northern Ireland. I still get so many questions asking me how I produce some of the material and I am always happy to explain about ISpring Suite. Any issue I have ever had have been dealt with quickly and effectively by friendly online support. As an educator - I love it; my colleagues love it and most importantly my students love it.
What do you dislike?
The maintainance plan is the only issue. This is an optional extra but is not cheap, especially for a single user teacher. Their support has always been fabulous but I would expect this for such a great product to come as standard. This is the only quibble in what I believe is an outstanding product for 21st century education - especially in troubling times such as at present (Coronavirus)

What do you like best?
I like that it integrates seamlessly with Powerpoint. I really like that all Powerpoint animations translate to HTML5 accurately. I like that the players you publish to have so many options and are customizable.
What do you dislike?
Publishing is pretty easy. But I wish I know what all the technical jargon in the options meant. I hope I'm not missing something important.

One of their best assets is customer support. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael, a Tech Support Engineer, for some time now and believe he’s awesome. In addition to having a thorough understanding of iSpring’s product line, he’s always very professional and provides very quick responses. Michael is always a pleasure to work with, is very professional and a top-notch tech support engineer. Kudos to Michael. Product has tight integration, especially with their LMS products.
What do you dislike?
Would be great if "Longreads" were available in the new Flora LMS. This is a powerful tool, currently available in their legacy LMS product.

What do you like best?
Easy to use tool with a powerful video suite of tools I use to create vlogs and use within online modules. The online support team is effective, supportive, and always helpful. Provide answers with pictures and arrows to make sure I understand and can implement on my own. ALos like the free webinars, lots of techniques learned and shared with user community.
What do you dislike?
I like th eimage library yet connectgin it o the screens I am working on sometimes is confusing unless y9u have been doing it a couple of times.

You'll find lots of Videos on YouTube which are good for having an overview of the most important functions. The current user License model was one of the main Facts that lead us to iSpring. The tool is user friendly and easy designed so that yo ucan start creating your own e-learnings really quick.

The tool is sensitive regarding the different files (PPT, quizzes etc.) when they are not located in the same place

Great product, but the customer service and support is next level
What do you like best?
iSpring is a fairly intuitive, if simplified, suite which adds a huge amount of quality to work. Fantastic range of resources for using the suite in the form of tutorial videos and webinars, and CS Consultant Sebastian saved me hours in sorting out issues I had with publishing. Very friendly and helpful, couldn't recommend the company more highly for the customer support they provide alongside what is already a very strong and comprehensive product.

It can be a bit clunky in places, but for what it is and what it offers it's brilliant. I'd like a few more navigation options in interactions.

I love the ease of use of the system. I was able to self-teach myself on the software and did not need to utilize the wealth of training aids provided by the company.

I wish that they had an image system like Getty Images or I stock integrated within the system for ease of access.

Not much at this stage of being a user of the software. There is a learning curve but if you have any background working with similar packages it will be shortened.

It's a user-friendly tool for quickly creating a variety of eLearning lessons.
What do you like best?
I like that it is very user-friendly and did not take extensive training to start using it right away. With the integration as a tab in the PowerPoint ribbon, it is very easy to spot where to click to add audio/quizzes/screen recordings/etc. Then, once the elements have been added, it is very easy to figure out how to edit them.
What do you dislike?
At this point, I have not been using it long enough to come up with any aspects of the tool that I do not like.

Easy to operate the software. It is great to share files with a link and use a password. It is great that videos in the presentation work straight away.

The iSpring Suite extremely intuitive and has all the necessary functions you'll need.
What do you like best?
I like the fact that it's integrated into PowerPoint. This makes the process seamless moving from storyboard to production. The Content Library is helpful as well.
What do you dislike?
I wish the QuizMaker had all the same animations and functions as what you would find in PowerPoint. I also wish you could have specific feedback for multiple select questions based on various responses.

We needed ispring quizzmaker to create math tests and the built in equation editor is great. Also, the variaty of different types of questions is wonderful.
What do you dislike?
More options for feedback via email. In quizzmaker, when the tests is finished ther is an option to send email to the students but I would prefer to send a general message without the answers.

iSpring Suite is very intuitive to easily transforming PowerPoint into an eLearning course.
What do you like best?
The features are rich for a Rapid Learning software, with quizzes, interactions, dialogue simulations, screen recordings, the iSpring library with its characters, backgrounds and so on. In addition, eLearning courses are responsive, with an adaptive player for any supports.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes iSpring crashes and I lose a lot of my work. iSpring suite only allows you to create linear modules. You can not trigger a voice on multiple objects in the same screen.

The integration with Powerpoint, the excellent fit for mobile devices and the high quality media library. The fact that it is also easy to produce, review in exported HTML5-format and then finally release the production, makes it stand out significantly.

The limitation of various interactive functions + the LMS, where the pricing model is quite limiting.

Using familiar tools (powerpoint) to produce rich, engaging content efficiently and effectively. It is easy to roll-out to both users and non-technical administrators and content creators. Great way to produce SCORM content for publishing in our LMS
What do you dislike?
Administering quizes can be a little cumbersome with the embeded quiz module feeling somewhat removed from powerpoint itself - but it is a minor gripe of a very strong area of the solution.

The connection to Power Point. It`s very east to create content like video captures, quiz etc. It is easy to get started.
What do you dislike?
In some cases iSpring does not support it`s own file formats. That`s quite special. There is also some limitations related to design/format and the flexibility of it.

It is exactly What we needed in terms of starting from simple to more complex productions.

I have not explored it deep enough yet ,because I am not the person who usese it, but for what we see it´s simplicity es a great advantage. iSpring integrates very well with PPT, its easy to add pictures, music or voice and convert into part of a course or an entire cousrse. Online quizzes is another great advantage, that we highly recommend.

One of the interesting thing about iSpring is that it has a huge collection of templates, customizable themes, characters, icons, objects, and background images which will help us design engaging e-learning courses.

As iSpring is installed as an add-in to PowerPoint, it cannot work without PowerPoint unlike other authoring tools.

iSpring Suite allows us to provide professional-looking training materials onsite. We create most of our training in-house and iSpring Suite makes it easy to provide a quality experience to our learners.
What do you dislike?
I cannot really think of anything that I like the least. iSpring representatives are very responsive to feedback, and many new features have been added based on past feedback, such as new backgrounds and characters that more closely match our work spaces.

Annoyed by some weird glitchy things that happen sometimes when moving files from Macs to PCs (sometimes VO we have uploaded gets thrown out), there are font issues that have to be changed (which is time consuming)

Even if you are professional IT person, you will need time to make great "not boring" e-lesson, and time is a critical factor in any job you might have today. iSpring will help to: be creative, be fast, and be 21 century teacher.

iSrping's customer support has been extremely responsive to my needs, and have resolved any qusetions or barriers I have had very quickly.

The only challenges I have faced have been 1) some functions not transfering when a presentation is emailed prior to publishing, and 2) needing to be working from my physical office (to be connected to my company's network) for some functions to work.

Ispring Suite is built into Powerpoint and gives very powerful features of Quizzing and Gamification. It's easy to add narrations and video files to slides. A feature that we loved the most is Simulations; allowing us to present scenarios based on case studies to student and asses their knowledge.
What do you dislike?
For very large projects and heavy files; you may require more system resources and No, it won't work on MAC :( unless you install windows or use Virtual Machine. You need Microsoft Office Powerpoint license.

The quiz and interaction functions are really neat, and easy to use, but the amount of files it produces is a bit overwhelming. If you're creating a large course or you move files (as I frequently do move files from my desktop to a drive that gets backed up) it can ruin your interactions and quizzes.

The software is very easy to use and you can achieve very demanding results despite this simplicity.
What do you like best?
Since the software is based on PowerPoint, you can build on existing things. No significant training is required. You can start creating content immediately and don't have to worry about technical problems. However, if help is needed because a specific problem needs to be solved, technical support is very competent (and incredibly fast).
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I don't like about the software. For future versions I would wish that you could also work with variables.

A really useful software, combining many functions you need to produce engaging e-learning modules.
What do you like best?
I like most the ease to translate pptx-Slides into engaging, navigable course modules, inlcuding quizzes, videos etc. The possibility for recording a screen presentation in Power Point together with the option to show the notes is extremely valuable. The export with a html player is very intuitive, and the player can be well configured. I can recommend this software to anyone who wants to start with instructional design projects.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes iSpring seems to use a lot of computer resources, making it a bit slow. Sometimes I found the possibilities to configure Quizzes (e.g. two Quizzes on one slide; size of quiz buttons and text) unsatisfying, but I think iSpring will develop these features along the go.

This is the best PowerPoint-based eLearning Platform and it exports to HTML5 for deployment methods.
What do you like best?
I love that iSpring is almost totally customizable which allows us to modify the default user interface to match our company's branding standards. It also includes fun interactions, quiz question types (graded and ungraded) and characters to give our courses personality! The output to HTML 5 allows us to deploy our eLearning to PCs, tablets and phones while still tracking through an LMS.
What do you dislike?
Because of iSpring's robustness, there are a LOT of options. While this means that it is VERY powerful, it also means that some of the options can sometimes be difficult to find. An hour or two of training might be necessary even for the most seasoned eLearning developers. A day or two of training may be required for those PowerPoint users that want to get into eLearning.

The solution to all our e-learning quiz needs, after a lot of research.
What do you like best?
The integration with Powerpoint is seamless and surprisingly bug-free. The variety of exercises for the quizzes and how customizables they are is close to amazing. The quizzes we can make can be very visually appealing as well and that is a big plus. Last but not least, it is very easy to get support from the staff and that is very important for us.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there's anything we really dislike. If i could be picky, at most I could give possibilities of improvement. And that is, we think it would be great with rewards in tiers, rather than only passed or not passed. An example would be that the students can fail, pass, or get a medal if they hit 100%.

I have looked at other options but found the learning curve was too long compared to iSpring Suit.
What do you like best?
For anyone familiar with PowerPoint it is intuitive and quite easy to get up and running quickly. It does much more than I initially thought it would and opened up some new Elearning deliver approaches that I had not thought about. The point is, competitors, can possibly offer the same and perhaps sometimes more, but unless you are very technically savvy or have a team of such people, you are going to spend a huge amount of blood sweat and tears trying! With iSpring suit it is easy!
What do you dislike?
I think that the trial period should be at least 30 days, and automatically give you access to all the functionalities. This may have changed now, but when I took out a trial period, I was amazed by the software, but disappointed by the apparent meanness of such a short time that was given to test it. Furthermore, I had to keep requesting for access to some of the key features, which I assumed would come with the trial! Its great software, it sells itself, with more time to find out!

I Strongly recommend an investment in multi-level Training from Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced to become Certified iSpring Solutions Product User/Trainer.

Ispring Suite is definitely a great authoring tool create quick and effective content for Elearning. The platform is alike a plug and play unit, which gets easily configured to your PowerPoint. The UI is so simple and user-friendly, so that one doesn’t need a prior experience to curate the eLearning content. You can export the content to multiple formats which can load quickly and runs on a huge range of browsers and devices

The software was easy to use and extremely useful for the eLearning modules I was creating.

It was intuitive and everything was well-integrated. I especially loved the customer service - very prompt and always responded quickly so I could resolve my issues.
What do you dislike?
There were some limitations in the customization. For example, I was not able to set the condition to have all on-screen buttons clicked/revealed before allowing the user to progress to the next screen.

What do you like best?
I switched from another quiz program due to feedback from others about ISpring, and I was very pleased with the product. I was however concerned, as a nontechi, about customer support. Michael rather than just stating the product will not do what I needed it to, investigated the situation and came up with a solution. He responded timely and empathetically. The product is great, but having excellent customer service is what helps me decide to stick with a program or not. Great job!
What do you dislike?
Was not able to export to excel or word Quizmaker, but hopefully future updates will cover that. Also hope an option to update a program one time with minimal cost is offered in the future.

I like that it uses the familiar controls of powerpoint and that it is easy to add quizzes and other information, such as flipbooks, very efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish the flipbook could add quizzes and movies and sound into it directly. I realize they have other products for that but I am hoping for a PC alternative to iBooks Author.

What do you dislike?
Whenever a major new version is released users should check all their customized settings. It happens that part of these get lost.

That it is powerpoint based, easy to use and has a great content library. The webinars are really handy also

That I lose the connection to my folders, that it can make powerpoint unstable and at times the time zone difference can be a pain.

It is very useable and allowed me to do everything i needed to to create a basic course.

I loved the ability to change the pathways and automatically forward to a new slide.

I was unsure of what the different publish functions were for and had trouble finding a tutorial for that.

Amazing price to performance ratio
What do you like best?
Intuitive GUI and supporting features. Great platform for publishing learning material across a wide spectrum of multimedia application environments. In the event of OS crashes or software re-activation the support team has always reacted within hours to get me back in business.

What do you like best?
I love the fact that iSpring has a huge library of videos and webinars available to watch at any time. Their customer service team is fantastic! I enjoyed working with Max and Pavel who helped me get started. They are prompt and provide great customer service!

Not much to dislike. It's a great solution. Probably only needs a few more tweaks and additions that will take it to number one in dominance. I am sure they are working on it to get there.

Easy to use, very flexible & makes me look like a rock star
What do you like best?
It's based on PowerPoint so if your comfortable with that then iSpring is the perfect solution. The suite gives me flexibility to create lots of interactions, quizzes & surveys and, my favourite, the ability to create a simulated conversation. The best part is their support, even though it's straight forward sometimes I have a question or two. The support team is amazing (and very patient) they're always online or will schedule time to do something over the phone.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing to dislike really, it's pretty straightforward. The content library is great I do wish you could download multiple characters or backgrounds at a time instead of one at a time, but that's not a big deal.

Excellent tool for creating on-line training courses
What do you like best?
The program is smoothly integrated with PowerPoint - making it easy to get started. The support for the program is terrific. I am new at creating on-line learning courses, but I jumped in and was able to create a training course of pivot tables in two days. Amazing.

What do you like best?
It is fully intuitive. You do not need tutorials or long explanation to simply jump in and start. Create a PowerPoint and the iSpring features just fall right into place.

So few interactions - but this is being fixed by ispring version 9.

I like the fact that iSpring is integrated with PowerPoint, it is a natural progression of skills.
What do you like best?
I am anxious to start using the RTL text functionality in the new version 9 QuizMaker and Presenter. This will greatly support my Arabic and Hebrew content needs. I have recommended this software to many LMS admins within my organization because beginners can jump right in and create content immediately, even without any previous experience.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to actually remove the nav bar on specific slides, not just disable it.

Simple integration with Powerpoint and really nice looking quizzes in Quizmaker.
What do you dislike?
Sizing was hard - I had to 'trial and error' that as the software didn't seem to publish what I'd expected (size wise).

We use iSpring for all of our eLearning. The software is easy to use and integrates with our LMS.
What do you like best?
I like the functionality to build out interactive simulations. This keeps our learners engaged and involved...instead of just clicking through boring screens. I also like the ability to preview the content. Overall, I've been very pleased with the ease of use and ability to develop quality content quickly.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to manage the narration better. When using audio content, the recording and editing of the audio and narration could be more robust.

Excellent application to convert my PowerPoint presentations to video format.
What do you like best?
Certainly the ability to quickly convert my many PowerPoint presentations to a preferred video format teaching tool was of paramount consideration for me. iSpring also has an intuitive menu bar in PowerPoint that includes helpful Help documentation as well as numerous helpful how-to videos.

Integrates well with PowerPoint. Easy to use variety of quizzes and formats. The ability to publish to my website or to the iSpring Cloud. AND, the technical support ... any program will require an occasional "assist." iSpring has always responded promptly and solved and issues.

I liek the ease of use, intuitiveness, general ease of finding teh features I'm looking for without having to search too hard. They also have a GREAT video tutorial library that really helped me learn about the software, how it works, and what it can do. I really recommend this software wholeheartedly!

What do you like best?
iSpring Suite allows me to change my teacher roles more freely in the classroom. This adds value to my students' experience of my classes, since I can offer much more teacher time.
What do you dislike?
I teach languages and I would love to have a few more question types at my disposal.

Easy and simple to use, create eCourse from PowerPoint yet having all the SCORM features. One can also easily convert any powerpoint slide, add in some tracking - Quiz or Assessment, to eCourse with an ease. Learning curve for iSpring is short and easy with numerous of online tutoring videos. Strongly recommend to all! Great product at a added value price.
What do you dislike?
Some limitation on Version 8.7 - Suggested to add more new features: 1. Tool for learner to record their voice and store it somewhere or send it to their email, or pass up as assignment. 2. Other than add "YouTube" link as direct add-on, please enable "VIMEO" link to use this feature also, and add "Autoplay" at the link setting. 3. Please consider iSpring license to be installed up to 5 PCs, instead of 2. Thanks.

Our experience with iSpring Suite was wonderful!
What do you like best?
What I like most about iSpring Suite is that it has the BEST customer support team! Every time I had a question or something was not the way I wanted, the customer support team was amazingly fast at answering my questions and solving any problems. I also love that it is easy to use, and easy to implement. iSpring Suite provides an excellent user experience for everyone.
What do you dislike?
I don't really like this question, because there is not anything I really dislike about iSpring Suite, but more so what would I like to see developed. The number 1 feature I would like to see updated is MAC compatibility with iSpring Suite. The other thing I would like to see updated in the future is more customizations to be able to fully brand the site, but I know customer support is working on this!

Ease of use, faster Production time, Easily adaptable
What do you like best?
The storyboard becomes the final product, shortening the production life cycle by having to recreate storyboards in a completely different authoring tool. iSpring has great visual publishing quality and the learning curve is not as rough as other softwares. The price is very competitive and it can allow for some very interactive presentations
What do you dislike?
Variables and Drag and Drops would definitely bring iSpring to a new level.

Great Results in a Short time
What do you like best?
I've been able to take highly complex Power Point presentation, embed interactive web objects that utilize a programming IDE, and make wonderful presentations that convert to an obfuscated HTML 5 file with relative ease. While the software is impressive, what's even more impressive is the support. I've asked a number of difficult, unique questions and they staff took the time to investigate, solve and show me the solutions. I am extremely happy all around.

Super attententive to customer support requests
What do you like best?
The application is very easy to use. I have taught many employees / peers to use this application. It has many cool features and the company is always looking for ways to improve the product. If you do have a problem you can be assured a tech support will be assigned to your case and will resolve it quickly. The quiz feature works really well and they have a large selection of question types. I particularly like the matching and sequential order question format.
What do you dislike?
Wish I had more time to explore and deploy some of the extra cool features. I am limited to using just basic e-learning features for my projects.

I definitively like iSpring QuizMaker. It's a fantastic tool for creating professional and interactive assessments with rich media and video. It’s so easy for designing engaging quizzes with feedback. iSpring QuizMaker offers everything you need for reaching your assessment goals. It’s so easy to record and/or add audio, images, and hyperlinks in the feedback, and you can fine-tune the text. You can configure the scoring however you like. It’s really flexible.
What do you dislike?
I would love that iSpring QuizMaker supports embedded code for videos.

What do you like best?
Ispring offers a variety of tools to make development easy for all levels of users. We particularly like the way they leverage PowerPoint and interactivity. This tool never lets us down!
What do you dislike?
I don't care too much for their interaction builder, but I suspect new features are being built into it. For me, that's a minor dislike as I can inset other objects that do the same thing.

I was able to make HTML5 using PowerPoint with iSpring Converter Pro.
What do you like best?
I can embed web objects I can control remotely so it is easy to update, concept being to make learning environments using PowerPoint. Interactive Presentations. Presentations as Lessons/Modules.
What do you dislike?
just need a preview of web object, after inserting iFrame embed code, it is hard to keep track. perhaps allow user to NAME WEB OBJECTS.

I have used iSpring for the last several versions.
What do you like best?
Of all the products I've tried, iSpring does the best job of converting PowerPoint to HTML5. Its TalkMaster feature helps me put the learner in a problem-solving mode rather than a passive one. For the money, the support is fantastic and the features included cover almost everything I need for my basic eLearning needs, and some of my higher ones too. The speed with which I can create eLearning with iSpring means when I'm given a very ambitious deadline, I don't have to compromise on quality.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see iSpring beef up the number of wizard-based interactions it offers. The four it includes are quite good, so more of that quality level would be fantastic.

All in one interactive training tool.
What do you like best?
Great selection of innovative tools to insert characters, audio, video, set up assessments and certification. Integrated into Powerpoint with intuitive functioning. As a medical education company for ultra rare disease the use of video and ability to integrate translation is essential. It also integrates well on all devices and is not bandwidth hungry for my trainees in the developing world.
What do you dislike?
The fact that it doesn't support MAC OS as that first forced me to purchase Parrallels which didn't work well and in the end had to create a separate bootcamp drive just to run Ispring.

The products are powerful yet very simple to use and if you ever have a problem or question the support you get is second to none. The company as a whole is super receptive to feedback which tells me they are committed to building awesome products. I use the Ispring suit, Iflip, and the Ilearn LMS all great products!

What do you like best?
iSpring is the most reliable eLearning tool that I use. There are virtually no surprises/disappointments after clicking Publish, no matter what the LMS is or what device my learners are using. Also, it is extremely easy to use, and if you need help or guidance, their Customer Support team is *outstanding.*
What do you dislike?
It would be nice to have a few more built-in learner interactions.

Easy versatile authoring tool for e learning
What do you like best?
Ease of use. reliability. Conversion of powerpoint to HTML 5 which makes it usable across all platforms (Windows, Apple, android etc.). The quiz maker is awesome. It allows review by the student, by the teacher and also allows explanations of EACH correct as well as incorrect responses. I am a Pediatrician by training and I use it for authoring e learning and could manage it easily. The iSpring support team is awesome and very prompt.
What do you dislike?
The cost is on the higher side (they have discounts for educational and government purchasers). Some restriction on formatting etc. but has been improved to a large extent in iSpring suite 8 version.

Great tool to create training materials fast and easy
What do you like best?
You start with your training presentation, add e-learning functionalites, such as interations, narration, quizes,... You can easily preview parts or the whole module. when you're happy with the result, just click publish and select the desired output format. Piece of cake.
What do you dislike?
Own powerpoint themes are difficult to include in the iSpring modules, such as quiz slides. You have to create separate background images if you want to use the same layout on the quiz slides.

I like iSPRING definitely because it is a one stop app for eLearning. There is about everything I need in one place - although there are some I don't need. (Maybe someday I will...)
What do you dislike?
There are aspects I have run into that are not logical. But the good by far outweighs the bad from my viewpoint.

Create cool interactions with this easy-to-use dev tool
What do you like best?
Anyone familiar with MS PowerPoint can create fantastic-looking content. I really love that any PPT-created animations, transitions, or other 'tricks' are available and used 'natively' inside iSpring content. Unlike other tools, there is no importing and thereby, no 'loss' of fidelity (ex. complex animations). Plus, the HTML5 publish is clean and looks great across many devices.
What do you dislike?
Other dev tools showcase their ability to insert custom triggers; and while you can achieve similar triggering and injection of code (specially, JavaScript) using iSpring, it would be nice to see this functionality front-and-center and easy to access, like some of the other development tools do.

Powerful but lightweight on the system. Just a very solid program and runs really smooth.
What do you dislike?
They should be ranked number one. Maybe the name is not as flashy as the competitor. "ISpring" who came up with that name needs some help with marketing and publicity. I hope they gain more of the market because I've tested the competition and ispring wins in design, use and learning curve is really easy for educators!

Delivering and design specific elearning courses in medicine
What do you like best?
First of all: human side of the company! They have an excellent customer care system (not only for the paying members, but also for people who are involved in the free trial period). All of the team members are very kind, tolerant and effective. They can always provide quick solutions for any situation. And of course the Suite: integrated quiz, screencast and interactions. Very effective is for us in medical education the simulation tool.
What do you dislike?
The so called picture labeling drag and drop question-type is the only one missing for us until now, (but with the help of the team it is already solved with another methods).

Made us more productive as an eLearning developer
What do you like best?
Originally I wrote HTML/JS/CSS/XML SCORM modules from scratch. It limited how many I could do, and nearly impossible to leverage resources from other teachers. Publishing directly from PPT presentations, or from Excel Spreadsheets for Quizzes required no additional training for the contributors, and allowed me to focus on publishing and maintaining Blackboard, Moodle, Haiku and other LMS with the standard SCORM produced, and additionally blended courses published as a website.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike. The output is standard HTML5/JS so customization is completely open if you want to change something.

Evaluation for iSpring ConverterPro 8.x. (-> virtual museum)
What do you like best?
The publishing process is easy to use and fast, even for large Powerpoint shows with over 100 slides. The rendering of the fonts is very good (this was a major complaint with our previous software), hyperlinks work 100% and the Player is very good in its near default configuration.
What do you dislike?
iSpring Converter Pro: The Internet-published HTML5 show can not be read by robots and search engines like Google, so a web search for an item in a slide is not possible. I avoid this problem by publishing both an iSpring Converter version and a standard PDF made by Powerpoint (I use 2007, the latter being searchable.

How easy it is to transform my PowerPoint presentation to web based presentations. Another note, I was stuck on one of my PowerPoint presentations not playing right after being converted using the iSpring suite, so I called iSprings tech support and technician Paul was able to identify the issue right away and assisted me in getting my presentation to play 100%. Great tech support!!!!

Essential E-Learning Tool
What do you like best?
iSpring Suite is VERY simple to use with Power Point, and has all of the tools necessary to produce professional E-Learning products for our clients. We wouldn't get such rave reviews with out this product!
What do you dislike?
We often produce Website Navigation E-Learnings for our clients, which rely heavily on the screen recording feature. It would be wonderful if the screen recordings transitioned flawlessly from one slide to the next. As is, there is a slight blink that occurs in the final product when advancing slides before the next screen recording begins playback. Their customer service is top-notch and said they will try to fix this in future updates.

It's very easy to use and convert to a SCORM file for Learning Management Systems.
What do you dislike?
The quiz is also easy to use but the challenge lies in how you save the file. If you don't export the file properly, you will not be able to find the quizzes. Fortunately the tech support team stayed on the line patiently and walked me through this.
