It's a surprisingly well-featured application for its price & provides all the functionality I need.
What do you like best?
That it sits inside PowerPoint and can be used to easily enhance PPT functions. It is fairly intuitive to use.
What do you dislike?
I wish it had popup and slideout functions. I need to add these manually in PPT. I wish the text format functions weren't quite so clunky.

It offers basic features to develop eLearning lessons.
What do you like best?
The Cam Pro app and Player's Presenter mode are my favorite. With Cam Pro, I can easily screen-record my lessons and add annotations to my videos. The Presenter mode is easy-to-use and saves me a lot of time in squeezing a cameo into an already-available PPT.
What do you dislike?
The captions, interactions, and playback control are a bit disappointing due to their inconsistency. First, I cannot generate captions in quizzes and interactions. Second, the interactions offer little optimization opportunities so I cannot tailor my design to my liking. Third, the playback control appears inconsistently for PPT slides, quizzes, interactions, and role-plays. This adds up a lot of development time to ensure the best learning experience for learners.

I liked the convenience of using the program. My presentations look better and it is really simple to use.

What do you like best?
What I like the most is how easy it is to use; I was able to train others to use it very quickly. It's a very useful tool to help build interactive eLearnings
What do you like best?
I like being able to make things interactive. I especially love the fact that you can upload image files into your quizzes and interactions.
What do you dislike?
The saving. It's so impossible to figure out how to save quizzes correctly. I always have like 4 different folders with various versions of the eLearning I'm working on. It's incredibly confusing and seems unnecessary.

It's easy to use; anyone who knows PowerPoint could use it.
What do you like best?
The integration into PowerPoint feels seamless, and the company's attention to accomodations is appreciated.
What do you dislike?
There is a slight lag when switching into the application; this is my only complaint. I'd like to be able to copy/paste from other PowerPoints while using the application.

Lot's of function, excellent integration with PowerPoint, and very functional.
What do you like best?
I like the overall functionality iSpring. It has many assets that have let me develop trainings that addresses most of the learning styles of my students.
What do you dislike?
The focus of iSpring is adult learners. My courses are directed to a younger audience, but I was able to integrate any assets I needed. It took longer than I would have liked, but the overall combination of iSpring and Learn helped me put together a pretty good package.

Great Product - Highly Recommend For Anyone looking to transform their PPT Presentations!
What do you like best?
Recently purchased. Has exceeded my expectations . User-friendly, intuitive and straightforward to create PPT presentations. Even with minimal technical expertise anyone can navigate and utilize its features effectively. iSpring customer services is incredibly responsive and helpful. If you want a tool that will save you time and enhance the quality of your PPTS , iSpring is the perfect solution. Worth the investment!
What do you dislike?
There was nothing that I did not like about the product so far. I am just starting out and still have a lot to learn about what the product offers.

I think the integration with Powerpoint is really helpful. The trainings and videos are very helpful in getting started, and the support staff is wonderful.

I don't really have anything that I like the least about this product. I have been very satisfied.

This software does exactly what it claims to, does it well, and has great technical support.
What do you like best?
I most like the easy integration with Powerpoint and the great technical support.
What do you dislike?
While iSpring provides great specialized add-ons called "interactions", sometimes I'm not sure which form to use, and it is a bit difficult to convert one form of interaction to another.

The absolute best authoring tool, they've been leading the market for years in my opinion!
What do you like best?
Ease of use, very short learning curve, great customer support, unlimited possibilities (release your inner creative beast!)
What do you dislike?
Export files for translation feels a little behind - translations are daily part of our business but the export options are limited and it is still a tedious task because of this.

Great and easy to build online dynamic Web content
What do you like best?
I really like the fact that it's very well integrated within Powerpoint. We can build online content using the power of Powerpoint without having to learn much more. The quizzes and role play are great to create dynamic content, integrated within the slide show in a way no other quiz forms go.
What do you dislike?
I actually prefere to record the presentation using Powerpoint recording features and then use iSpring to generate the online content, rather than using the recording from the tool itself. But this is just a personal preference. The tool would benefit also from some external API or automation features to deal with a large number of presentations.

Awesome elearning software that helps promote better learning.
What do you like best?
Building out interactions and simulations for my teammates to use and makes it easier for them to understand situations that may arise while supporting other teammates.
What do you dislike?
The limit on font customization and placement. I compare their font limitations is more comparable to Word than to PowerPoint.

Easy to use and super supportive customer. I was surprised by how quickly I received support.
What do you like best?
I love the narration options and the easy to use platform. The fact that I can just "plug in" through Powerpoint makes this the best use of time for my role. Creating content is only one portion of my role so I feel this is the best option for me!
What do you dislike?
When we were looking at our different options, we thought about other options in eLearning content. This was the best option.

So far, service has been excellent. Tech support was very responsive.

I have not tested all the features as yet to comment - it looks very intuitive at first glance, and the support pages are excellent.

Again, I have not tested all the features as yet to comment on what I like least - I am hoping it is very intuitive to use and will require minimal training.

Effective and intuitive authoring tool with excellent support.
What do you like best?
What I like the most is that I can create engaging courses using a variety of ready-made interactions and quizzes, role-play simulations, templates, characters and other useful features. In addition, I find the iSpring Suite really intuitive and easy to use, not to mention that they offer exceptional support and resources to get the most out of their solutions.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really, it suits my needs perfectly. It's a high quality product that offers all the essential features and more.

It is efficient for those who have the right licensing
What do you like best?
I have no proper opinion on ispring since my class was given the incorrect version of the licensing that would have assisted us in our needs. There's nothing wrong with ispring, it just didn't serve my team's needs
What do you dislike?
We had to have a specific type of licensing in order to work on a presentation simultaneously. We couldn't work on the presentation all at the same time, so we decided it was not for us. Nothing wrong with ispring, it just wasn't compatible with the team's goals.

Incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
What do you like best?
I received little to no training on this software and was able to produce professional products in no time. It is extremely user-friendly and an extension of PowerPoint so there was already a sense of familiarity. I would not classify myself as a technical individual so to be able to start developing and producing products shortly after installing allowed me to stay ahead of delivery deadlines. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
What do you dislike?
If I'm pulling information from the slide deck into an interaction, it locks you into the interaction. You have to save and close to then regather information or graphics from the slide deck again and reopen it. Really my only complaint.

iSpring is a FANTASTIC Product that has been designed for people with less Content Creation Skills
What do you like best?
In addition to the powerful features, their Customer Service is FANTASTIC. They have designed the Product to be user-friendly and taken a LOT OF EFFORT to create "Support Docs" and "Videos" to help users.
What do you dislike?
Unable to TALK to Customer Support ....I find CHATTING a very ineffective, tiresome, time-consuming, and cumbersome process. I am not very impressed with their India Support Desk though - that has and remains a dampener that I will have to "workaround" since I am based in India.

The app does a lot of things but not what I needed it to do
What do you like best?
It seems very familiar because the program integrates into PowerPoint, so the learning curve was very low. The program also came with a lot of assets already built in, so course creation was a lot easier than I anticipated.
What do you dislike?
I wish the end-of-course evaluation survey was a little more integrated into the program. It was cumbersome finding the settings to have the survey results emailed to you. I don't really know why a "quiz function" does not have the ability to tally results from several students.

ISpring suite is a great option for non-technical, entry level users
What do you like best?
Ease of use, interactions, templates. As a previous user of Powerpoint it was easy to use, many online resources, good support team. I love the text to speech for audio, the voices are the most realistic I've heard.
What do you dislike?
Text to speech is not possible directly from interactions you must export the audio and insert. Selection of icons and images from stock. Not enough backgrounds and characters for home healthcare industry. It has many errors if you don't save files properly - can't save to a share drive. Boots you out constantly.

ISprings support is by far the best in the LMS industry.
What do you like best?
Ispring support is top-notch. They will walk with you through your problems. If you and their help can not figure something out you can send them the file and they will take a deeper dive. Talent LMS and Litmos offer nothing when compared to Ispring.
What do you dislike?
A few things could be better, but the positives outweigh the negatives by leaps and bounds. The sound tools could use flags, which one could place to mark a spot.

leverages familiar interface (Powerpoint) with great learning add-ons and without the need for a complex LMS set up (although LMS is also available).
What do you dislike?
can be hard at times to find where the settings are that you need, but the help desk is absolutely fantastic!

The easy way to tailor a course to different audiences. The online support, which is available all the time and provides helpful answers in short time. The libraries.
What do you dislike?
The need to switch between two screens to edit slides and narratation. Sometimes the graphic wave form of the sound does not show the precice prostition in time.

iSpring Suite 11: a real Elearning tool full of good ideas!
What do you like best?
I really enjoy the full and complete functionnality of iSpring 11 max. By adding this tool to your laptop, you will enjoy to develop your courses. The new version integrate very modern assets and template which are very useful in my daily work. One of my favorite learning activity is Role Player, to simulate softskills training. The last but not the least point is to thanks iSpring support team who is very available to answer for all the questions. I recommand iSpring!
What do you dislike?
Some function are limited, for example it's not possible to fully customized interaction, or the animation system is a little bit tricky.

It is a very useful tool with clean design and easy to use.
What do you like best?
Simplicity, clean panel design, integration to ppt as add in, less bug, and strong technical support including both online chat and rich tutorial available.
What do you dislike?
Add a few more function in narration audio editor, such as splitting, integration, and insertion by oral recording. It is to make tool better in dealing with a frequently encountered situation: a completed course is found that there is only one word was recorded wrong and need to be re-recorded.

What do you like best?
I like that the software is easy to use. There are many YouTube videos to help problem solve. If I cannot find the answer there, the instant chat function is amazing, with your message always being answered straight away,
What do you dislike?
Sometimes large projects can take a long time to convert to HTML5. Also, the fact that it won't publish into the One Drive can prove problematic.

User-friendly and easy-to-learn software, IT help was only needed to install it initially.
What do you like best?
Easy-to-build quizzes, library of characters and automated voice are my top three features! Apart of that the interactions and dialogue simulations are nice to have too.
What do you dislike?
Recent update makes me to learn some technicalities from scratch but tech support is the most helpful with that.

Our subscription is for Quizmaker 10 only and not the entire iSpring suite. We prefer this as Quizmaker suits are needs and we do need many of the functions offered by the Suite

Image library is one of the functions in iSpring Suite that we do not need as we tend to use our own images

It's one of the most intuitive tools I've come across
What do you like best?
I like that the main work is done simply and easily on PowerPoint. Which greatly facilitates corrections and translations of the eLearning's The construction of the quizzes is also logical and easy to operate - with the support of an instructional video and patience :) With mental flexibility and imagination - I have created some interesting things
What do you dislike?
It's a shame that the software still doesn't support languages that are written from right to left:) Hope it will be developed soon.

What do you like best?
Excellent helpdesk. Good level of complexity and fonctionalities easy to integrate the output in variable LMS. Easy to integrate videos or audio files. the quizz possibilities are amazing.
What do you dislike?
the functions to edit a video (before integrate it in the presentation) are a bit poor. Not easy to propose different paths for the student.

It is a great product to take PowerPoints and publish them for use on the web.
What do you like best?
I first used ispring to convert PowerPoints to HTML web pages. However, I have started using all their other features - and their products are great.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to have the ispring converter remember my past settings when I bring up a new PowerPoint to convert to HTML.

Love it-Soooo easy to use. Makes my projects look so professional.
What do you like best?
I love how easy the software is and if I hit a roadblock--- there is an excellent Technical support team to assist me. We had Camtasia first and I found it very cumbersome. I love the fact that there are soo many tutorials to also assist.
What do you dislike?
I cannot find anything wrong with the software to actually point out something wrong. I find that the software is so easy to use so at this time, nothing.

easy to use software which can convert PowerPoint slides into an interactive eLearning module
What do you like best?
Speed with which you can publish the module. The variety of interactions available. The quality of the screen recorder / video editor and voice over ability. Ease and accuracy of Tests / surveys as part of the overall assessment. The ability to email the results of any quizzes back to the individual. Multiple viewer options and the viewer settings stay the same for ease of republishing .
What do you dislike?
Software is great can't fault it. I believe it is far more capable than the things we use it for with the ability to use branching within the presentation and we never know if we should amend the timings or PowerPoint hyperlinks or use the iSpring branching to move to different parts of the module but I guess that's just a training issue on something we hardly use

- Animations can be as good as in after-effect with synchronization of the narration. - Don't need to program with script - i can do scorm, video, flip book all in one

Very good product for anyone charged with creating training content
What do you like best?
I like the customer service when I need help. They are always available. I like the ease of use, once I got the hang of it and the fact that iSpring is always adding new characters and content.
What do you dislike?
It took me awhile to understand some of the features, and I had to ask for help with an expert, which I was charged for, but it was well worth it to understand the software inside out.

Speed and quality is the definition of iSpring Suite
What do you like best?
iSpring Suite can do things which Presenter 360 lacks. Example - Using media in-built features of PowerPoint, Support GIF, Interactions UX look much better, Additional simulation support. I work in a very dynamic environment where speed and quality matters and iSpring does the job like a piece of cake. The only thing iSpring Suite lacks is the robust content library of Presenter 360 but that does not make much difference with the new O365 content library.
What do you dislike?
I like the player UX of Presenter 360 better than iSpring Suite. It would be a "WOW" if iSpring Suite adds more players in the kitty.

The E-Learings are looking like an immense amount of programming, yet it's so easy and quick to do. The results with professional marketing setups are just stunning.
What do you dislike?
The Powerpoints are making trouble when saved in one Drive. There are parts missing or not opening when there ist the auto save activated.

my favorite thing is the great graphic freedom given by the software. with a good imagination and a touch of experience you can develop practically everything you have in mind in a very easy way and the graphic rendering at the time of saving is practically perfect.
What do you dislike?
the thing I liked least is perhaps the integration with the moodle platform which on some more technical items does not respond exactly as I would like but it is still possible to get the result you want with a little imagination

I wish there were a few more features that allowed me to control when a learner progressed to the next slide, for instance needing to click five options before moving on, etc. Often the learners can skip past any added interactions I include.

It is simple to use. I have tried 3 or 4 other tools and none have been as easy as Ispring
What do you like best?
They have excellent support. I have needed to make inquiries in some constraints due to specific situations and the help is fast, very friendly and focused on supporting the client.
What do you dislike?
It does not have help videos for intermediate or advanced level. The videos that exist are very basic and are not enough for more complex situations. It would help a lot if they developed those tools.

What do you like best?
The fast feedback I got on my question and that they stayed standby untill I told her my problem was solved. I tried to figure out what to do for more than a month an in 30 minutes the technical consultant solved my problem by thinking together.

iSpring's power and ease of use makes anyone a course developer
What do you like best?
My primary role at SchellingPoint is managerial but I needed to create eLearning formats for some of our content. It seemed easier to find an eLearning and LMS system I could use rather than transfer the knowledge in my head to an eLearning specialist. I chose Spring Suite and LMS and have been delighted with the decision. I can use PowerPoint and iSpring's features to quickly put out a high-quality quality course for learners without any technical needs.
What do you dislike?
No being able to store iSpring folders in the cloud (OneDrive, Dropbox) but manage them on a dedicated, backed up device, is the only nuisance.

Very user friendly, easy to understand and figure out without any instructions
What do you like best?
The ease of converting between ppt format to SCORM format. When I changed laptops I needed help with my activation key and the customer service I received was prompt and sorted my issue out quicker than I would expect.
What do you dislike?
I wouldn't say there is anything in particular but would maybe be nice for the ispring tab to be a different colour as it took me a while to realise it had been downloaded into ppt.

PP Integration, support's responsiveness, seemless integration of courses with iSpringMarket, some of the functions are hidden in (sometimes in unexpected) sub-menus but available at the end of the day

Glossary is unusable in that a) no import of data in files like *.csv or *.txt or *.xls is possible b) not direct link to terms is possible c) no return from glossary to where it was called from is possible

Nothing I can think of so far. The response time is great and the software is easy to navigate even for the most non-technical audiences.

I love that we are able to personalize everything that is sent out to employees. I also love that we are able to receive feedback on quiz results and have proof of training and participation.
What do you dislike?
I am not an avid powerpoint user. I think for those who are very familiar with powerpoint already, this is would be a very easy transition. However, if you're not, there is definitely more of a learning curve. I wish the online training tools and tutorials would also provide a small amount of information regarding powerpoint.

ISprings upscales my PowerPoint education tremendously.
What do you like best?
ISprings allows me to continue using PowerPoint as my education foundation. I can create professional looking online modules without giving up my comfort level and having to learn entirely new skills. Also, I don't have to recreate wheels because my existing PowerPoint educations are ready to publish out of the box. When I present a published education, most people are amazed that it started as a PowerPoint!
What do you dislike?
Definitely not dealbreakers, but a couple of creative options for a PowerPoint slide don't translate well when published, and I'm hoping for integration of Actions into the Quiz and Interaction features.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use, does what I need and when I've had problems the support team has been great. Today, a file wouldn't publish and the iSpring app asked to send info to their support team. I did, just so they could have the info. I didn't expect a response, but I got one!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a while to publish a class, but that is to be expected! Some of our presentations are over 100 slides with animations, transitions, etc.

It is user friendly and mostly when there is the need for some technical support this comes quickly and very straighforward.
What do you dislike?
I would like the possibility of adding immediate translations by the system to content elaborated in ppt, pdf, etc., without the need of using translating platforms.

the simplicity of creating easy to use courses, the easy communication with the tech teams. one simple live call with them and it takes minutes to explain and be provided with the answers to your questions!

Great program for the layman in that it is designed for the non technical.
What do you like best?
Interactive capabilities. A great program for the less IT technically minded like myself. I was able to put a presentation together that was well received by senior management.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of functions that take time to learn. Would strongly recommend purchasing the "iSpring Essential" book to learn the basics prior to creating content.

What do you dislike?
Despite me calling out the narration tool as a highlight, it would benefit from additional audio editing capability such as being able to record new audio into an existing clip.

What do you like best?
I love that it is integrated with PowerPoint so there is only one place that I have to go whether I am working on design or functionality. I love that I can deliver stellar products in a third of the time with a lot less effort. I love that I can share content with Subject Matter Experts without having to import or export. I love the customer service. They go above and beyond to answer questions and assist me quickly and in a professional manner.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to preserve ordered lists in question answers without manual intervention. This is something that I have experienced as an issue with other dev tools also, so I know that it there is probably a reason for this. The benefits far outweigh this little issue.

Being able to deliver training in the format that works best for each situation, whether that be static slides, videos, or interactive worksheets and quizzes.
What do you dislike?
Inability to judge online storage capacity is unnerving; you are given a lot of space with iSpring Space, but I'm always left a bit worried about "when will my space run out?"

Customer support is always there when I need them! If I have a question about how to do something, I don't have to spend long periods of time reading through manuals. I simply ask their chat support for help, and they provide it immediately.
What do you dislike?
Having to republish an entire course to our LMS for a minor change (typo, etc.). I also wish there was a way to save the slide format and background of quizzes so I do not have to do it again and again for each new PPT I create.

What do you like best?
iSpring Suite is the most user-friendly eLearning authoring tool I have ever used, and I have tried so many. The system is based on PowerPoint, and who doesn't know how to use PowerPoint? The documentation is outstanding compared with every other system I have used over the last 25 years. The support team are thorough and professional.
What do you dislike?
There are two issues I have with the system - it only works with Windows and as a Mac user, I was disappointed that the system was not compatible with iOS. The other issue is that you cannot use a shared drive and auto-sync for content development.

What do you like best?
The integration into PowerPoint and the ease of use of the LMS. The fact that there is an App that is freely available for all licensed users sets it apart from most similar products. The new feature of machine voice overs is awesome and I believe will add value to the eLearning experienced.
What do you dislike?
I introduced iSpring into my company 6 years ago and have found iSpring to be very innovative when it comes to adding new features required by the market. I have not found anything to date that is vital to the creation or delivery of eLearning content that iSpring has not addressed.

The platform was intuitive for me to use as a beginner in the system. Our customer wanted product training for their sales people with video education, supplemental files and a quiz in the end - made in 5 different languages. The service and chat functions were essential for me to fulfull the goal. Catherine helped me out with a tutorial for building a framework that would match the requirements I had for the system, but couldn´t figure out how to set-up properly. Great support!
What do you dislike?
I didn't as such meet any issues other than my own shortage of time for the assignment at hand. If I had had more time I would have gone through more of the tutorials.

It's a great tool to create interactive learning materials.
What do you like best?
The integration to PowerPoint. This is great because you can transform the existing materials into learning materials, add animations, interactions and make improvements very quickly. Also, since PowerPoint is a popular tool, iSpring usage is also easy. Just follow the same rules as in a classic Power Point and that's it.
What do you dislike?
The fact that is desktop-based. I'd love to see something that is web-based and has the same functionalities. I mean, it's fine for now, but in the context in which you have 3 computers (one at the office, one at home and one for traveling), you would also need 3 licenses, which can be quite expensive. So you need to carry the same computer with you everywhere. Besides this, the rest is great.

What do you dislike?
It is tied to the powerpoint "slide deck" metaphor, so lacking some responsiveness in its design. The ispring space functionality attempts to address this, but doesn't really go far enough, yet.

What do you like best?
I like the ease of learning the software as well as the user friendliness of it. It also seemlessly publishes and converts for my online learning platform, which is a major plus. The support is unparalleled also. I recently had an issue that I thought was related to iSpring. The contact at iSpring was able to solve my issue despite it not even relating to iSpring.
What do you dislike?
There is literally nothing to not like about iSpring. It is a great product, user friendly and offers flexible options to help learners engage more with your presentations.

An intuitive software perfect for making interactive courses.
What do you like best?
The interaction and quiz slides are very easy to put into place and make the courses stand out from other eLearning platforms. The compatibility with PowerPoint is also a big plus. And it helps that customer service is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
I found the additional platforms (Space/Cloud/LMS/Learn) a bit complicated to wrap my head around and think the possibility of working as a team on the same course should be more straightforward.

What I like the most is that it is an add-in in PowerPoint, which we already had the trainings in. We just pimped the slides with the characters and objects and added some quizzes for interaction and then we had an elearning!

Sometimes a re-install is required when it stops working (e.g. after a Powerpoint update.)

It is easy to learn and easy to use, provides the most common output formats. The service responds quick and solves a problem in no time (it was not a big problem, I have to add).
What do you dislike?
I had no real bad experiences so far. From time to time the system seems to be very "busy", especially when the size of the source file exceeds 200MB. Could be a problem with my hardware as well, I am still veryfiing this.

Seemless PowerPoint integration. Powerfull sound and video editing features. Packages that work perfectly well in LMS such as Cornerstone or Syfadis. Reactive and efficient technical support.

Easy to use, great customer support. Since it is based on PowerPoint, and the fact that I have used multiple software products over the past 50 years, I found it easy to get started.

Haven't come across that yet. Each time I think I've found something I don't like, I contact support and that problem disappears.

The PowerPoint in ISpring is just amazing -- I have used PowerPoint for years but never anything like this. There are so many characters, symbols, etc from which to choose. Probably the thing I like the most if the superb support that I have received since i have been using it. I had so so much to learn and they have been very supportive all the way. I could not have done as much as I have with the support here at ISpring.
What do you dislike?
What I like the least is that I find it a little complicated simply because I have never used software like this -- it has been a rather large learning curve for me, however, as I have indicated, the support staff is awesome. They are always so friendly and so knowledgeable -- they never make you feel inadequate or sorry that you contacted them. I had difficulty using the video add-in --- I thought that the process is complicated.

Astonishing results, learned to use it in no time.
What do you like best?
If someone knows his way around PowerPoint iSpring Suite is exceptionally easy to use with great results. I like the various interactions, especially the dialogue simulations. That trainings done with iSpring Suite are also available offline sealed our deal:-)
What do you dislike?
That you can't sync the projects with OneDrive and that the tool is not available online. Downloading and installing it, and then find a way to save the projects without accidentally syncing them is a pity. I now work with iSpring Space, but still it would be much easier to be able to integrate it into our IT working environment.

Quiz information over email. In Germany we have some problems with the law to keep the data private and secret. Some tools to integrate videos in an booklet (transfering pdf to a booklet format) would be perfekt.

It would be nice to have a catalog of standard trainings available. There are other LMS's with strong catalogs we can upload and use.

Disappointing support and arbitrary pricing with updates
What do you like best?
It isn’t as complex as Adobe Captivate, there’s a bit more flexibility with the question types when compared to Articulate 360. I suppose if you want to publish single learning objects it might be useful.
What do you dislike?
I purchased a lifetime license for Suite 9 in May 2020. I also paid a subscription to the Assets Library since it was pointless to use it without. This wasnt cheap mind you. Lo and behold I keep got a pop up in September saying there is an update Suite 10! But what do you know? they want 770US more because my lifetime license doesn’t allow me to update. So lifetime of a software that cant be updated? So why the scam? Not to mention support had been unusually quiet.

Apparently very simple software (of course it isn't really) that is remarkably effective.
What do you like best?
Ability to directly convert complex hyperlinked PowerPoint presentations, with embedded audio and video, into an HTML module deliverable via an LMS (including as a SCORM package if needed) with ridiculous ease and no errors -- ever! I have been a very satisfied user for more than 5 years now. On the few occasions that I have needed technical support, it has been prompt and efficient, with a complete solution to the problem at hand.
What do you dislike?
There's very little to criticise. It might be nice to be able to edit some of the quiz messages a bit further, but there are workarounds for most of those minor issues.

Best product and customer service I have ever experienced
What do you like best?
Product is easy to use, but produces very professional products. I am very proud of the products I'm able to complete for clients and I am self taught on e-learning. What is truly amazing is how prompt and responsive every single person is that I've dealt with whether from sales or tech support. The follow up on everything even after the chat to make sure it is working. I am also grateful for quick response because I usually don't have the time to wait for an answer.
What do you dislike?
I am not making complex products so I can't talk to more complicated functionality. For my purposes, it is perfect.

Great add-on feature to PowerPoint. Worth the money!
What do you like best?
Adds value to training for kinestetic learners. Also allows the training to be more interactive to prevent boredom with the topic.
What do you dislike?
Just having to learn all the ins-and-outs, and little details behind what I was doing. I still haven't hit on all of the features, I'm sure. The character feature is a little confusing with the graph, and so I wasn't sure what to do here to make it work.
