What do you like best?
Easy to understand and use for our learners, easier to administer from the admin portal. Good user experience and fantastic support from the Kredo team.
What do you dislike?
The reports section can be enriched to provide more flexibility to create, generate and download reports.
Tesseract will support you in every single step of the way!

What do you like best?
Great learning experience platform backed up by a world-class support team. Their platform is extremely user-friendly, fast and gets the job done.
What do you dislike?
I cannot compliment their support teams enough. They give you the time to ensure you are fully supported. Great job guys!

What do you like best?
The authoring tool in the platform was my favorite. It has a variety of templates for creating content. The gamification template helps makes assessment fun and engaging. The look and feel of the platform is vibrant and lively. The admin dashboard is clutter free and easy to understand without and technical assistance.
What do you dislike?
Limited options in the report segments. Few more detailed analytics like Bulk download of time spent by users, Module completion report in the learning journey and automated language translate will be helpful.
It was an enriching experience to explore the platform.

What do you like best?
- The KREDO platform is quite intuitive and user-friendly. - It's quite easy to explore as a learner. - As a manager/author there are a lot of features to create a good learning experience for users including integration with MS Teams and other LXPs.
What do you dislike?
The report generated for learning should be more comprehensive and easy to evaluate and use.

What do you like best?
• The KREDO platform has a highly intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's easy to set up and manage the platform. • The inbuilt course authoring tool is comprehensive and it helps develop interactive courses in a short span of time. • The platform has a lot of potential with the plethora of features on offer, which when utilized effectively would surely benefit the learners significantly in their journey of professional growth.
What do you dislike?
The KREDO product team is constantly working on future roadmap and enhancements. One such area with some scope for enhancement is the reporting system and visual analytics.
The KREDO App acts as an intermediary, enabling training for our seafarers.

With the help of KREDO's Templates, creating capitivating courses becomes effortless. You have the ability to generate 10 type of quizzes and create personalized learning paths.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing special for KREDO Android App but need to improve for iOS device.
It's been a great experience. The platform is very user-friendly.

What do you like best?
In addition to this, Kredo also offers gamified learning experience which includes points system that allows employees to earn rewards for their efforts. This helps in keeping them motivated throughout their learning journey. Overall, I highly recommend Kredo Learning platform for its excellent design, user-friendly interface, and extensive learning resources.
What do you dislike?
I like everything about Kredo Learning Interface. It would be more user friendly if the preview option is provided for full screen learning.

What do you dislike?
The platform is loaded with plenty of features and they are continuously working to upgrade the systems and introduce more. So far, we didn't dislike anything on this platform. Keep up the good work @ Team Kredo.

Intuitive and user-friendly platform made course development a breeze, even for someone like me who is not well-versed in the field of learning design. The interface is clean, organised, and incredibly easy to navigate. Customizable templates to a rich library of multimedia resources Gamification Analytics and tracking
What do you dislike?
Nothing yet. I have found all the features we need for our courses in KREDO so far.
It's amazing to use such a well-thought and designed platform.

What do you like best?
We've been in the elearning space for a little more than a decade now, but we've always had issues with industry vendors. Tesseract promises and truly delivers.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing at all to add to this section. If pushed, I might add a full-screen capability so that learners don't get distracted.
Easy to use & reliable. A knowledgeable team is always ready to assist & respond quickly.
