What do you like best? With Lanteria LMS, you can automate your employee learning flow 100%. One of my favorite things about this LMS is its integration with LinkedIn learning. Creating learning sets for newcomers is a breeze. And you can also check their progress with engaging quizzes. Support guys can leverage its instant video player to create customer success video tutorials.
What do you dislike? If only the UI could be less complicated, I'd give it 5 stars. When it comes to system usability, there are some features that are not that obvious. Other than that, it's an awesome automated learning solution that can help you cover your needs.

Great for the HR processes with a wide range of features. A true all-in-1 tool at an efficient price

What do you like best? LanteriaHR has truly helped us simplify our HR processes. It's been over 5 years that we've been using it and I find it quite user-friendly. Plus, its web-based design is really nice. We've benefited a lot since it allows us to keep everything in one database. Everything is more visible, and we can finally provide self-service management, saving precious HR time.
What do you dislike? Setting it up was quite technical. So, I'm not sure that all HR can do it. You need to have some design knowledge to come through. I'd like the setup options to be more diverse, especially on the performance side. However, if your company falls into the SMB spectrum, I recommend Lanteria HR for sure.

A simple and user-friendly software that will automate your HR tasks.

What do you like best? Lanteria HR allowed us to start our digital transformation. It was a life-changing decision for our HR department. By moving our employee database from Excel spreadsheets to a cloud-based HRMS, we now save time and effort. And, we can focus on more serious business than simple administration work. With this tool, we can cover people management-related tasks, and we can also offer training. Plus, we can deal with recruiting and smaller tasks like time tracking.
What do you dislike? Honestly, I can't think of any disadvantages. Even when we wanted to add some custom features, their support made it happen; no questions asked. I'd like to note, though, that the system is quite complicated. That said, it needs onboarding.

What do you like best? If you want a tool that gives you a simpler way to do administrative work and streamline processes Lanteria HR is fantastic. We've gotten rid of all the physical paperwork and we work much faster. It has helped us to keep all of the employee information in one database. Best of all, it's easily searchable, meaning no more time spent searching hundreds of paper files to find what you need. The system makes it easy to see employees' salary/hourly wage, benefits and compensation.
What do you dislike? There are times that the search bar for candidates doesn't respond accordingly. It's often picky. Or it might not pull up the candidates we want.

What do you like best? If you want a very high ROI, this is true value for money. Their support team is amazing, and they are always there to help! Honestly, the time and resources invested in implementation were worth it. It's very easy to implement, and you can start using it immediately. Suppose I could pick out only a few modules; Time and Attendance and the Performance module are my go-to tools. Very good functionality and insights.
What do you dislike? In some cases, the customization had a few issues with its functionality. Also, sometimes alerts and notifications don't always seem to work properly. So, make sure to do regular check ups. Especially if the system is being upgraded/updated. I'd like to see improvements for the Compensation and Benefits module, as it doesn't quite serve its "real" purpose.
