What do you like best? The level of customization so far has been incredible. Any sort of change that we've been looking to make has been easy to implement ourselves. We've been able to customize our LearnBook instance to an extremely fine point that we didn't think was possible thanks to all of the settings for each module, course and program.
What do you dislike? The scheduled tasks feature can be a bit of a hassle at first. The global scheduled tasks run once an hour at different times which has confusing at first as the way we had set up our courses depended on one task. Fortunately eCreators Support was able to tweak the timing on the scheduled tasks we needed and everything has been extremely smooth since then.

What do you like best? The theme is aligned with the stock moodle theme and isn't something complex to learn if you are already familiar with the moodle terminology. Its simple and serves its purpose well.
What do you dislike? Same thing as above, since the theme is so stock , there is very little to customise. Even the logo on the header is so small that it wont even matter if it exists or not. The theme could be more editable and more plugins should be provided as a standard package.
