What do you like best? It provides a website publisher and a separate website hosted on their domain. However, you can't link to it from the learning centre.

What do you dislike? The admin tools are clunky, slow and it's not obvious what all of the settings do. I spent weeks testing each setting. Errors are generated that are never followed up by learnyst. Errors can be introduced for functionality that was previously working without any warning so you need to be vigilant. Help Desk are more interested in closing tickets than fixing the issue. There have been many locality issues since we operate outside of India. We only use it because we have a lifetime subscription.

What do you like best? Considering the couple of years of strained experience we have with Learnyst, it is very very difficult to find anything to like the most.

What do you dislike? The App is a buggy, inefficient and fails to fulfil the most basic of the objective i.e., video streaming & playback. Our students constantly complain about the huge amount of data consumption by the Learnyst App. A single video download exhausts the student's daily data! Learnyst team is quite casual about this aspect and did not do anything optimise the videos to fix the most basic of the problems. Other problem is their billing practices, the outages cost you 10X times the subscription plan.

Generally Learnyst offer adaptive video streaming by default which is the standard feature across most video streaming platforms. We do understand your requirement that students in remote locations are concerned about data consumption. Considering your requirement, we have custom built your app to steam and download videos (DRM encrypted) in lower resolutions (320P) by default in your app. It took us time as we had to custom build this solution for you. We hope this solution has helped you.

What do you like best? They do not only have a very robust software, but they also have a very good software support team. The content security features they have rolled out was a big big plus for me.

What do you dislike? Sometimes, it takes time for requested features to come. Though I do understand that it is not easy to manage as their customer base is growing.

What do you like best? Live streaming, video lessons of recorded lectures test series feature, bundle to add multiple courses, pdf uploads, cop paste of course content, encryption, difficult to do piracy by screenshots.

What do you dislike? Marketing part specially the newsfeed as it is very simple format and difficult to do seo with continue blogging with this feature. Also the offline course added to students is counted in income in dashboard and we cant keep the fee recieved in real value. Less protection on browsers and same account is used by multiple users which leads to loss of coaching business in online

What do you like best? I think other LMS softwares charge a lot more and are at times difficult to understand and dont meet my needs. There is no gain share pricing model which is also a relief for a small educator like me.

What do you dislike? Features can be enhanced. Typically you only get one page to showcase things, we should be allowed more pages to get more flexibility. Integration with Instamojo has some issues sometimes. Some download features from list of learners is not available in lower paid versions, which I think shouldnt be the case.
