What do you like best? The team and support is some of the best I’ve personally built a relationship with, always happy to help with quick response.
What do you dislike? I wouldn’t say dislike, but new features come every few months if not more. It’s the struggle of any growing business. I do think this will improve in the very near future. 🙂

What do you like best? That they also provide course building services to help us build out our LMS offerings quickly and professionally.
What do you dislike? There really isn't anything that I don't like about the platform. It's like they knew exactly the right amount of features and functionality to provide without going overboard with feature overload.

Great LMS platform with unlimited possibilities for both learners and admins.

What do you like best? The biggest pros to Northpass relate to their incredibly straight-forward platform with incredible support. We had a unique need in requiring hundreds of LMS accounts for various clients, but I would recommend Northpass to anyone looking to deploy an individual LMS or deploy them at scale. In addition to a very intuitive platform that enables you to be building your own courses within minutes, the incredible support team at Northpass is there to help you at every turn!
What do you dislike? There aren't many drawbacks to utilizing Northpass, but they are a smaller/younger company than some of the other big players in the LMS space. Some might view this as a disadvantage since they have less native integrations with other platforms, but I'd argue that it's actually an advantage. Northpass truly treats each customer as if they're the most important and we've personally seen that you just don't get service like that form some of the 'bigger names' in the space.

Sub-par LMS with premium LMS pricing - huge rip off.

What do you like best? We didn't really like anything about Northpass - clunky, unreliable and bad customer service.
What do you dislike? The analytics are simply awful - there is no consistency between reports and don't buy the marketing about custom reports - there aren't any. The pricing also appears to be random - we would regularly receive multiple invoices that never made sense. Dealing with technical issues (of which there are many) usually consisted of US doing all of the troubleshooting and then telling Northpass how to fix it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
