What do you like best? I like the ability to make customization. We don't necessarily need all the bells and whistles right now, but it's nice to have options down the road.
What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve on the admin side, but I think that will be the case with any new learning management system.

What do you like best? The ability to create workflows. User management features are excellent. Scope of configuration options is un-matched. Organisational structure options. Domain hierarchies and options to customise user environments. Support for extended enterprise. Multi-lingual support. Modular design of 'Hubs' makes adding user features easy. Overall the LMS is not prescriptive and enables a very granular approach to the user experience for different audiences.
What do you dislike? Online user and admin help. Some admin settings are not clear on their impact and/or function.

What do you like best? Customer oriented approach. Both how that is reflected in various configuration / use case implementations, and how the services are provided by the company.
What do you dislike? In the very beginning, the richness of functionality felt overwhelming. (However, after the initial services , forest and trees did become very clear).

What do you like best? Due to the nature of our business we needed a solution with maximum flexibility and to a great level Percepium has catered to our needs. There are many features we like, however a few worth mentioning are: *The live feed - this was customised for us and we are pleased wit the results *Catalogue - was customised for us so we are very pleased with the outcome * Multilingual - allows a global organisation like us to utilise the platform to its full capability across the globe *Leaderboard
What do you dislike? We believe Percepium is continuously working to develop the platform, however few things that can be improved for more usability are: - The news functionality - where more creative things, like links, images, videos etc can be added to make it more attractive to the users and serve its purpose. - Gamification - this was built to accommodate our needs however it can be enhanced more to the modern world of LMS to make it the state of the art platform.

What do you like best? They have a very flexibel and customer centric approch and excellent service and support. Very trusted, knowledge and adaptable partner. Have good functionality but not cutting edge. Are true experts on our existing set up and integrations. Excellent service model which some of the most experienced an skillful employees in the business. More focus compared to the other suppliers on scalability, adaptability, security and robustness and business process automation. Very cost efficient solution
What do you dislike? Not in the forefront regarding technology and not most engaging UI. Rather small Lund based company (+25 employees) Could have better integration with social learning platforms.
