What is QuantHub LMS?
QuantHub is an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled software designed to help businesses analyze applicants’ skills to streamline the hiring operations. The application enables HR teams to identify and assess job candidates’ profiles based on their existing skills, languages, and behavior.
Administrators can use the application to create custom assessment tests with fill in the blanks, multiple choice, and coding questions for various roles such as data scientists, functional analysts, data engineers, and more. Features of QuantHub include data visualization, targeted learning, analytics, training management, single sign on (SSO), data import/export, workflow automation, and customizable branding. It enables managers to evaluate various technical skills including conceptual understanding and programming language proficiency of applicants via a unified platform.
QuantHub offers a reporting module, which lets supervisors generate reports to gain insights into applicants’ performance and compare and rank candidates. The platform also allows HR professionals to invite candidates through email invitation codes in real-time.
