What do you like best? This is an excellent software if you want to assess candidates on data analytics skills. But it's not just that... We've been using QH for 2 years now to continuously develop our team members in key data analytics skills. We do so from the moment they onboard our organization. The tools are self-service to the employee, making it easy to personalize learning. So, team members can take ownership of their professional development, and they can also track their own progress in skills development.
What do you dislike? The implementation of this software has taken me a while. I found it a bit challenging to integrate it with our systems, but their support was helpful.

What do you like best? The implementation of QuantHub is easy to deploy. It's an excellent tool if you want to screen candidates. Providing an in-depth assessment of candidates' skills and capabilities is what I like most about this system. Best of all, the above results can be compared to our desired "perfect candidate" so that we can make an easier decision based on data. Another thing I liked is that we can utilize actual challenges.
What do you dislike? As you might know, the field of data science is relatively young. Thus, it's constantly evolving. So, it's good that QH pushes news content constantly and helps learners stay up-to-date with the latest activity in the industry, but that also affects the candidates' scoring over time. Not really a con, just something we needed to be aware of.
