What do you like best? They really listened to feedback, especially regarding accommodations for some of our learners. From sales > Implementation > adoption .. the whole experience was great.
What do you dislike? I would say the design of some of the courses - however they were very responsive to any typos, errors, UD/UX issues.

A very functional LMS for healthcare. They have informational courses, which are also up-to-date.

What do you like best? If you're looking for up-to-date courses for anyone at your organization willing to improve their skills, then this is a great tool. You'll find plenty of informational and practical courses in this system.
What do you dislike? Even though the courses are great, most of our employees typically use the software during onboarding. After that, we don't see much engagement. Meaning we are paying for a service most employees do not use the following months. Maybe Relias could help us in some way to keep our employees more engaged with the offered content...

Building an in-house LMS that reflects our brand was key to us. Relias has helped us do just that!

What do you like best? Having an LMS tailored to our organization's specificity is all we ever wanted. This system has it all: customization, brand integration, targeted expenses, and improved functionality. Relias has helped us to enhance the aesthetics of our online training programs and boost credibility. Having the power to fully integrate our branding was a prerogative, and I'm glad that this system allows us to keep our brand identity.
What do you dislike? As with any in-house system, there are several technical challenges involved. For example, there might be a time when you'll have to deal with tech glitches... But that can happen even if you purchase a pre-built LMS. Other drawbacks to keep in mind have to do with the maintenance of an in-house LMS. If you have a tech team, that won't be an issue, though.

It's an excellent choice if you need to have your employees up to date on critical training.

What do you like best? As an employer, I love that the system offers interactive videos that demonstrate training on safety and ethics-related topics. Managers can schedule the training videos for their employees, and they can also send out email reminders when they are due. In addition, employees can participate in trainings that have extracurricular nature. For example, employees can brush up on excel skills. All they have to do is follow the video tutorials on that subject.
What do you dislike? Even though the videos are high quality, there needs to be some improvement to avoid dull and monotone training. Of course, how interesting a training video is, depends on the topic. That said, I'd like to see even more engaging courses.

Using Relias as a system to train staff has proven to be a good investment for our business.

What do you like best? This system is very easy to navigate, making training faster since users need little introduction to the product. Plus, it is accessible any time - anywhere, making our work life more manageable. After implementation, we can now train our "round the clock" staff efficiently and consistently. The platform is very user-friendly, so putting together training modules and designing training plans hasn't been very hard. Also, the system makes it easy to enter new users.
What do you dislike? Some months ago, I would have said that connectivity was one of our main issues, but that has been resolved. I'd like to see more frequent updates regarding the trainings.

User friendly and easy to take courses on a variety of topics in my field.

What do you like best? I've been using Relias for more than 2 years, and I have taken over 50 courses through this system. Best of all, the scheduled amount of time to complete the course helps me organize my time. There's a variety of courses available, from HR/management/ leadership to health-related topics, direct client service, and software (ms office). I'm delighted with the content! The courses are easy to navigate, plus they've helped me improve my professional development.
What do you dislike? There are no significant cons to report, I'm very happy with the system. Keep in mind that when you launch a course, it always opens in another window. There's a pop-up that will tell you about it. So, be aware of your settings.
