What do you like best? Great system at a cost effective price. Ability to chat one on one with our support team.
What do you dislike? Needs some improvement with reporting; at times unclear why users have difficulty running the program

They were the key to being able to translation to online learning during the pandemic.

What do you like best? How professional it looks from the user end. Karlene, our customer support contact, was always quick to respond to our emails when we needed her. In addition, she's very creative and knowledgeable when coming up with solutions to meet our needs. We had to hold a full online conference when the pandemic hit and they were able to do this with us very quickly. Having one contact person was great.
What do you dislike? The reporting. It's hard to get all the information we need at times. However, Karlene, used every capability available to help us get what we needed. We used the platform to hold conferences online during the pandemic. Although Karlene was always available when in town, we didn't have a backup person if she was out of town or unavailable. It would've been helpful to assign us a contact when she was out.

It's a great elearning platform option with regular enhancements

What do you like best? The option for customized enterprises is a great feature. Also like the progress bar for customers. Also the support. Karlene is great.
What do you dislike? The reporting limitations - would love to see some enhancements there. Exporting to Excel and then creating pivot tables and charts can be tedious.
