Easy to Use for Everyone: Participants, Admins, etc
What do you like best?
The tool is so easy to use I had/have no problem suggesting and sharing this tool with clients for them to adopt. I normally only have to show them how it works once and they are good to go.
What do you dislike?
Not sure. The program has been incrediblely easy to use and if I have any questions or anything, I just reach out to the support group and they answer my questions.

The admin side required some learning but is now automated; the user side is simple.
What do you like best?
The system is about 90% automatic. I don't have to do anything but confirm my user are completing the courses. Many of the platforms can be very easily integrated.
What do you dislike?
The set-up was very lengthy. Trying to understand all the categories of enterprise vs learner group vs admin. I made many mistakes with the learner groups and "all" that I'm still trying to fix. Trying to understand that we had to use multiple platforms with different websites and logins was very confusing. I believe that has been corrected.

Rockstar has been a key factor in the success of the AESS training program.
What do you like best?
Rockstar is the centralized location from which I manage student registrations, distribute on-demand content for our courses, and collect student feedback.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike about the platform. The UI is intuitive and the platform has all the features I need to efficiently do my job.

Great experience and extremely easy to use! Fits our strategy!
What do you like best?
Rockstar Learning Platform is an extremely easy platform to use. I use their reporting feature on a daily basis in order to track learners' progress. I also like the ability to customize which users get which content, and for how long.
What do you dislike?
Can't really think of anything I like the least. In case I do, I will make sure to update my review!

It is an intuitively designed and extremely effective LMS.
What do you like best?
I like the incredible responsiveness of the company when I need assistance. They answer and take care of me literally within minutes. I also really like the drag and drop feature when building the system. Finally, I really like the ability to use Lectora inside ELB for building my LMS.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system can be slow to upload if I hit it at a busy time of day, but that doesn't seem to happen anymore-- at least within the last six months.

Overall it is a very sleek and user friendly platform, easy to develop content and use.
What do you like best?
As far as use and development goes, the layout is intuitive and very easy to navigate. The platform contains almost everything I needed for the courses I built in it. Most of all, the service I receive from Karlene and Alex on the tech side and Bill on the account rep side has been spectacularly good. They are very quick to respond to questions, requests for training, and problems. This is perhaps their strongest asset.
What do you dislike?
Two aspects of the platform in its current state have created the most challenges for me. One is that I had to build some of the most important content in Lectora; eLB doesn't provide training on how to use that authoring tool and I needed to employ a third party consultant. The Quiz Builder on the platform gets the job done, but would be much improved if it allowed for student feedback & more sophisticated functions. The report functions could be improved by allowing admin to filter out info.

What do you like best?
Rockstar Learning Platform has changed dramatically over the last 8 years and added many features that keep it fresh and up-to-date for building educational content online. The RLP team is constantly adding new abilities and functionality to the system.
What do you dislike?
With any software change comes the possibility of bugs and system issues - which we've experienced from time to time, which affects our students. Luckily the RLP team has always been very responsive to figuring out our issues and getting this backup and running quickly and effectively.

Extremely powerful and feature-rich platform! Well done ELB!
What do you like best?
The platform itself offers the flexibility to create different learning models. It's intuitive and doesn't require you to sacrifice your whole working day to assemble a course. Great video functionality too!
What do you dislike?
The platform keeps developing, so we've encountered a couple of bugs here and there, but nothing too crucial.

What do you like best?
The look and feel of the user screen is simple but professional. The administrative features are easy to find and use.
What do you dislike?
The reporting feature lacks some functionality. There could be more options and automated reporting.

Easy to create and launch content, ability to enroll users, ability to track progress/reporting, integration with many other utilities, SSO capability, value.
What do you dislike?
The platform serves the company's needs very well as it is today. I would and do recommend Rockstar.

RLP has a great LMS because it is friendly, easy to navigate, intuitive, resourceful, manageable.
What do you like best?
I like that it is modern and intuitive, I like the Learner Activity Creator, the easiness to build learning paths and modules. I really like that it is a fresh product, the aesthetic is simple, but clean and modern. The administrative end is very intuitive to manage and navigate, and the support from the help-desk is very prompt.
What do you dislike?
The reporting has room for improvement. The new BETA Reporting seems much more robust, looking forward for full deployment of feature.

RLP is the easiest platform for creating engaging learning and personalized learning paths.
What do you like best?
Rockstar Learning Platform has a unique drag-and-drop course builder that saves time. I can upload course assets once and use them again in multiple courses. Build blended learning by including virtual meetings and in-person training. I can quickly turn PDFs and videos into engaging, eLearning experiences and track user interactions, all without any coding. Using the built-in app, quickly author microlearning with AI translation so learners can select their preferred language.
What do you dislike?
The reporting can be better. I'd like to see more dashboards and the ability to create custom reports. There is an eCommerce solution, but tighter integration with more eCommerce platforms would be nice.

It is easy to setup, easy to use, and easy to train on.
What do you like best?
I love that I can build out courses with prerequisites and specific roles to view different modules. The modules, learner activities, and quizzes are easy to build and are easy for end users to view and use.
What do you dislike?
There are a few features I'd love to see added, like the ability to add or create tables in a module and sometimes it can take a bit for a system issue to be fixed, but most are fixed the same-day.

Great system at a cost effective price. Ability to chat one on one with our support team.
What do you dislike?
Needs some improvement with reporting; at times unclear why users have difficulty running the program

They were the key to being able to translation to online learning during the pandemic.
What do you like best?
How professional it looks from the user end. Karlene, our customer support contact, was always quick to respond to our emails when we needed her. In addition, she's very creative and knowledgeable when coming up with solutions to meet our needs. We had to hold a full online conference when the pandemic hit and they were able to do this with us very quickly. Having one contact person was great.
What do you dislike?
The reporting. It's hard to get all the information we need at times. However, Karlene, used every capability available to help us get what we needed. We used the platform to hold conferences online during the pandemic. Although Karlene was always available when in town, we didn't have a backup person if she was out of town or unavailable. It would've been helpful to assign us a contact when she was out.

It's a great elearning platform option with regular enhancements
What do you like best?
The option for customized enterprises is a great feature. Also like the progress bar for customers. Also the support. Karlene is great.
What do you dislike?
The reporting limitations - would love to see some enhancements there. Exporting to Excel and then creating pivot tables and charts can be tedious.
