What do you like best? I cannot think of anything about Saba Cloud that I enjoyed. I suppose when it does advance as expected it is not too frustrating. However, working in education where presenting information in an interesting, diverse and logical way I cannot believe that we use such an amateurish software to deliver training to teachers.
What do you dislike? The material is dull, repetitive and tries to cover too many items unrelated to the title. The use of a human voice would be far better. The system seems very unstable, suddenly not advancing, and not offering clues as to why the user is stuck on a particular screen. My experience with Saba Cloud has been incredibly stressful, frustrating and ineffective.

What do you like best? Not one thing. The help menu has nothing helpful in it. There is no way to give them feedback to possibly improve it. There is absolute nothing positive I have to say about it.
What do you dislike? Get training in a room of echoes all from the comfort of your headphones. I turned off all of Windows sounds "enhancements" but the weird echo remained. The audio is trigger inducing. I have to turn it OFF.

What do you like best? saba cloud gives us the ability to drive our own experience, and it helps employees to develop their skills.
What do you dislike? I think that I would need a little bit of explanation from someone to help me use it correctly because I never tried this app before

The usability of this software is amazing from a user point of view

What do you like best? The user interface is quite simple and helps you track your mandatory courses, trainings etc. It also comes with due dates and reports, so it also compliments the other training software we are using internally.
What do you dislike? From what I 've seen the back end can get quite messy from an admin point of view. As a user though, I got to admit that I could not find anything negative to report.

What do you like best? The friendly user interface as well as the ability to easily track mandatory courses assigned to me.
What do you dislike? Although reporting functionality is very good, we have come across instances where we had to get in touch with their support team to help us out. Note that in most cases it takes their team about 2-3 days to get back to you.

Saba Cloud is a decent learning platform but there is always room for improvement

What do you like best? The social collaboration features really stand out and the gamification mechanics such as badges seem to work for us.
What do you dislike? Saba meeting playback, cannot coordinate voice and visual together, customer support speaks too much of a technical language. They need to be more user-friendly and speak a customer's language.
