The usability of this software is amazing from a user point of view

What do you like best? The user interface is quite simple and helps you track your mandatory courses, trainings etc. It also comes with due dates and reports, so it also compliments the other training software we are using internally.
What do you dislike? From what I 've seen the back end can get quite messy from an admin point of view. As a user though, I got to admit that I could not find anything negative to report.

Saba Cloud LMS is very helpful for learners and managers

What do you like best? The friendly user interface as well as the ability to easily track mandatory courses assigned to me.
What do you dislike? Although reporting functionality is very good, we have come across instances where we had to get in touch with their support team to help us out. Note that in most cases it takes their team about 2-3 days to get back to you.

Saba Cloud is a decent learning platform but there is always room for improvement

What do you like best? The social collaboration features really stand out and the gamification mechanics such as badges seem to work for us.
What do you dislike? Saba meeting playback, cannot coordinate voice and visual together, customer support speaks too much of a technical language. They need to be more user-friendly and speak a customer's language.
